Id recommend them to anyone. Theyre very knowledgeable and friendly. I brought a car to them that I was looking to purchase and they inspected it for free. Our business goes through BH tire regularly and they always get us in quickly. One of their team members even gave me a ride back to work when I dropped off a work vehicle the other day for a tire repair. They go out of their way to help you out.

I was unfortunately surprised by a random nail in one of my tires, deep in the sidewall. Being an AWD vehicle, I had to replace all four tires. BHT was very professional, friendly, and quick! My wife is a travel nurse, and our high-mileage truck gave out on us over a weekend. Its our only source of transportation, and they quickly came up with an estimate and had it fixed within a day and a half. Has worked great so far. Had more work done since... They finish the work VERY quickly, very fair prices, and stand behind their work COMPLETELY. They WILL make it right. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Great customer service. Put new tires on my trailer. When I went to leave a couple young guys were looking at the bearings on the right side. I asked them about it and they said everything was great. Headed out on day 3 of my 6 day drive relocating. Got about 78 miles down the freeway and the bearings on that exact same tire did something. I list the tire and destroyed my axel. The trailer is a total lost and so is 80% of everything I owned is damaged or destroyed. This was only a 14 foot trailer.

Excellent service. Picked my vehicle up at work and dropped it off after repairs were completed. Link was sent via text so I could pay over the phone. Very convenient for people who work Monday to Friday 8 to 5.

Great customer service, kind of high on pricing after asking around after the fact. Possibly considering using them again in spite of that, just because they were quick to get my only vehicle back on the road for me.

I try to work on my car myself but could not get this project done. After spending all day Sunday with little progress, I broke down and gave Black Hills Tire a call. Dropped my car off Monday afternoon and they were done by 8am Tuesday morning. Amazing! This place is definitely breaking the mold in this area for automotive repair shops. The inside is nice and clean and looks great. Someone is always available to help at the desk and they answer the phone promptly. Weston is super friendly and really takes care of everything and the prices are fair. Absolute Best place around to get your tires and tire repairs ! Always a quality job and Weston and the crew couldnt be friendlier. I have had several things done by them including an alignment on one of my big service trucks. Everyone in town told me they couldnt do it and Weston specifically ordered the right jigs to do my truck and got it done for me in pretty short order !

I have lived in Rapid City most of my life. I use to get all my gas at Doug’s and a ton of service back in the day most on account account. I loved pulling up filling up or walking in and having each person there know your name.To finally have a repair tire oil shop that will toss you your keys when you walk in text you when the work is done and that you can drop off and know the work is honest is rare today but the norm at BH Tire.Thank you for bringing this back.

I went to dougs to have my breaks done and have a hose replaced. They let me bring my own parts in and were super friendly and polite. These guys are great!! From the first phone call to completion of work, everyone & everything was best car repair experiences for me!!First time, I brought in a car to have Weston look at because I was tired of working with large local car dealership that was giving me the run around. After he assessed what what wrong, thought it best to leave alone until IF it becomes more of an issue, then spend the money, not just replace it at super high cost like dealership.Note: He did NOT even charge me!!Second, brought in my daughters car. She wasn’t sure what was going on but it made some weird noises at times. Westin has me bring it right in, checked it out but unable to diagnose anything specific. This was the time of the real snowy and very cold temperatures, so maybe ice build up as she is 15 and not real car savvy.AGAIN, Weston did NOT even charge me!!Lastly, my daughters clunker was acting up again later in the winter season. Again, brought it in right away. Even though they were busy, they were able to fix the power steering & other issues right away. For being 10 years old, it drives great now.By the way, this time he DID charge me!!! But very reasonably and I have NO objections to what I paid!!!As you can probably tell, I highly recommend if you have ANY car issues, give Weston at Black Hills Tire a call ASAP! Great place. Fast quality service.

I have been coming here for over 6 years and have given Dougs Sinclair at least six thousand dollars for repairs on our snow plow and personal vehicles. I just stopped in to talk about new repairs I need done. I accidentally pushed open a door that opens into the garage area that came off the hinges. I was greeted with total hostility and scolded like a child. By the way the bolts are all missing on the door witch is a major safety issue. There was a sign in the door but I didnt see it. I am 50 years old and have a business degree and run two separate businesses. I am really offended and would not recommend doing business with them.
