Service was prompt and the worker was very friendly. Asked me if any of the discounts applied to me, which was very appreciated. You also get a token for a free car wash. I feel like the attention give to customers by one worker in particular went above and beyond here. I’m so sorry I didn’t catch his name. Would recommend based on that alone!

I waited about an hour to get my oil changed. However, the manager came to my car, greeted me and let me know they were short handed and going as fast as they could. He was very professional. They did a great job on my oil change as well as figuring out my check engine light issue. I will be back again!

This has become my favorite place to get an oil change due to the super kind and accommodating staff. The new assistant (I didn’t catch his name) is who I worked with primarily and he was phenomenal! He was very nice and super helpful when I took my truck to get the oil changed. I will not be taking my business anywhere else!

We needed a quick oil change for our 2020 Ford F-350 while on a road trip. We pulled in and Nathan, the asst manager, was very kind, quick, and took excellent care of us. He was also helpful to the rest of his staff and other customers as he worked. Shawn also did a bomb-diggity job cleaning our windows, checking our tires and helping Nathan as needed.Thank you for the solid communication as you guys worked. :)Customer service was out of this world awesome!

Great place and great staff . Tanner wanted to check my air filter but needed to get inside the vehicle to do so. He kindly asked me beforehand if I minded if he went through the glove box to access and I happily agreed. All the guys working there are super nice and professional.

I’m a driver and do about 1,500 miles a week and constantly need oil changes. I had been taking my vans to the place my boss recommended until after about 4 times of going to them having leak issues immediately afterwards and being tired of their rude customer service I decided to try super luge out. I was pleased to be served by Tanner, he provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever received. Communicated well and was very friendly and helpful. That man deserves a raise or something. He’s without a doubt earned my business and I’ll be getting my oil changes here from now on, both for work and personal, and will also recommend everyone else go there as well.

On our way back home from Montana we discovered we needed an oil change. We pulled up to this shop 20 minutes before they opened on Thursday, June 14, to try to get an early start to the day. The assistant manager came out before they had even opened and welcomed us and advised on us on the services he could provide. He then proceeded to pull my car in and begin and end services before the shop even opened in order to help us get on the road quickly. While we never got the assistant managers name, he had phenomenal customer service and truly made what is usually an unenjoyable experience a truly enjoyable experience.

It got the full service oil change. They cleaned some bugs off the windshield, topped off the coolant and even got the tar off of the side of my car, and I drove out within 15 minutes. Great service, and the included car wash at Parkway was excellent.

Just got a basic in and out done on my car and they were all very friendly! Fast service. They do a lot for you for what you pay for. Ive been to a LOT of different places to get oil changes done and they are by far the best in town. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Hands down the best oil change performance.

I was sent in by my husband to have fuel Filters changed i took my own fuel filters which was $200. Asked them to change them. they proceeded to charge me $200 for a 15 minute job. Not sure if it was because i was a woman or not. My husband called they have records of all the work theyve done for us and all they could say was well thats just our pricing

They had an empty bay so this was about as quick and painless as possible. Pulled right in and had a basic service at $29.95 but I need an extra quart of oil, so after tax the whole thing was $36.90. The staff was very helpful and didn’t try to upsell me at all. The Pure Bean Coffeehouse is also just around the corner if there is a queue. Would recommend to anyone in need of oil change in Rapid City.

Very upset i drove an hour to this location specifically because it states on your website that you do tire rotations. I was told when I got here that it was by appointment only. I then paid $60 for an oil change. They didnt check any other fluids or filters. It also says on your website that I would get a coupon for a car wash. It also says that my car would be vacuumed. None of which happened. Dont waste your money here.

Service technician said that we had a radiator leak even though we had just had the radiator replaced. Took our vehicle back to where it had been replaced. Our mechanic said when they looked at it there was no sign that the radiator was leaking at all.

Stopped here today to get a quick oil change although the staff were polite and friendly they botched the oil change & removed the current oil supply & didn’t replenish my oil supply. My engine reacted appropriately with warning lights eventually idleing and cutting off within a block of the business I barely made it back without my engine turning its self off about 4-5 times as a safety measure. When I returned 10mins later the Assistant General manger couldn’t tell me the origin of the problem eventually decided to redo the entire oil change process. He mentioned his mechanic possibly didn’t add enough oil to the engine. I watched him put oil in the engine before he could take it back into the bay. He assured me that these type of issues never happen but I’m not convinced. What should have been 20-45 mins took almost 2 hours with a couple dozen empty apologies and half ass oil change don’t waste your money.

When I got there I told them back brakes are out need pads, asked to check front. They did not. It is a miracle that my son and I made it home from South Dakota to Montana without flipping my truck. If theyd have taken the tire off and looked at the front of the car, theyd have noticed my hub was gone...

Decent price for a oil change, but I was also looking to get the tires rotated on my van at the same time, as I was going back to the waiting room they told me my van might not work with their floor jack...guess what it didnt..so I had to go somewhere else for that and I had my 3 young kids along so I was hoping to get it all done in one shot.

We were impressed with the speed and professionalism.

I took a Volkswagen there, and they some how messed with the chip in the key, so I have to pay to get it fixed .I will never be going to another super lube again. Just get your oil changed at your dealership.
