I had my eyebrows waxed a couple of weeks ago and this girl DESTROYED my eyebrows. I was in complete shock and I am now regretting not saying anything because I am usually not a confrontational person. She waxed the middle part of my brow completely off, completely changed the shape, extremely uneven, etc. I normally am not a complainer, but this was bad enough that I am embarrassed to leave my home without a full face of makeup on. I had very thick brows before this and they are gone. I have never had my nails done here, but I can guarantee I will never recommend having eyebrows waxed.

Cassie did an amazing job! My nails were in need of care and pampering. I left completely happy with beautiful nails. A week later and they still look awesome!

I have Autumn do my nails and I am always impressed with not only how they always turn out but how engaged and attentive she is while I get them done. She always goes above and beyond no matter what challenge I give her! I’ve been going to her for a while now and I would definitely recommend her!

I had the same nail tech for over 15 years and then moved to Custer two years ago and had to find a new nail tech. I tried a few and then found Tatum at A Perfect 10. Besides her friendly and gentle spirit, she does an amazing job on my nails!!! I look forward to my appointment every month!! Im typically a little more conservative, but heres a fun pic of my nails in May. I had these done for my 5 grandsons who love the Avengers!! :)

I have gone there multiple times and have always walked away satisfied. Tatum is awesome and she is just a breath of fresh air.

I feel like perhaps I can give a more thorough review once I speak to some coworkers who only do polygel nails. Tatum was fabulous, she has excellent customer service skills No Doubt. But I am used to acrylic nails, many women have been recommending polygel nails to me. They just seem very thick and uneven. It is metallic polish, and I know that is a difficult polish to apply. I did buy their membership as I probably visit salons too much. I believe very firmly in self care.Based upon customer service I would definitely recommend Perfect 10. I dont have a great deal of knowledge about polygel nails, maybe this is how theyre supposed to look. I will update my review after I speak with some women who are familiar with the world of Polygel.

I have had my nails done by Sydney on several occasions, and she amazes me each time. Shes got tremendous talent, and an outstanding personality! I usually have a basic idea of the look im going for, but her creativity is what really makes it special. The space is also very outstanding. Very friendly staff, who are always smiling and ready to answer any questions, or get you a glass of wine! Five stars each and every time Im there, which is becoming a regular thing! Thanks ladies!

Decided to try a new nail salon for my powder dip. Came into the stumer location yesterday and received a pretty poor nail job from one of their newer nail techs. After seeing my review the Rushmore crossing store called and asked if they could offer to fix it. They were able to get me in right away and Riley did a fantastic job redoing my powder set. Between the companies quick reaction to fix the problem and Rileys flawless work, I will definitely be back.

I had went to another location of theirs and was not happy with my results and so I called rhis location on catron and they scheduled me an appointment with Riley to have them redone. I could not be happier. She did and amazing job and took her time and I am in love with my nails. I will definitely be back!

This is the only location I will ever go to! The ladies at A Perfect 10 on Stumer Rd are amazing! Jen has been my “beauty manager” as I like to call her - for about 4 years now. She is awesome! Sydney is great too! I love walking in there and always being greeted by everyone and being treated so well! Plus, they actually know what they’re doing unlike some other places I’ve been (too many bad experiences elsewhere). I will never go anywhere else, EVER!

They did an okay job but they didnt confirm properly what I wanted done, so when I showed up they tried to make me reschedule. They found someone to do it which was super great but the ombre was hardly what I wanted and the under part of my nails was so thick after the gel was put on I cant even itch my arm. I noticed it at the time but didnt say anything because they were closing. I think they can do better but my experience was far from the best. I had to break the awkward silence with my nail tech when I finally got one who was available to do the design I decided on when I set my appointment

I love going to this place to get my nails done. Jen and her staff are wonderful. Autumn has been doing my nails for over a year and she is very good at what she does ( I have had problems with others) and she is a ray of sunshine and so much fun to talk to. She does an exceptional job on nails, which is what I pay for,, but I truly look forward to our time together because she is such a wonderful person. You pay to get your nails done, but to have the added “girl time” is great. I highly recommend Autumn, she’s my girl.

This was a nice little place, very cozy. Never been here before I was pleasantly surprised. Very good conversation with the nail tech and got a chance to relax. Nothing better than getting pampered with a drink in your hand.

I have been going here for a year now & this is a great place!! Not only the building but the environment & atmosphere! I of course have made good friends with one particular specialist & she’s the greatest!! Tatum is her name & she’s amazing! Smiling always!Happy, helpful & her basic nail be it normal or gel is fabulous! Ask for a little extra an this you g lady lights up & the sheer artist in her shines!She the best!! I love going to Tatum! She is super intricate and makes sure you love it. She pays very close attention and for someone like me (who is a people pleaser) this is great. If she can see it on my face if I dont like it, she will change it to make it her best one yet. My nails last minimum 2 weeks and can usually go 3 sometimes 4 weeks! These girls are wonderful!

Went for an updo and after showing the stylist a photo with a braid, she didn’t think my hair was long enough (even though I’ve braided my own hair and my hair is at the top of my shoulders). She then proceeded to mess with my hair trying to do what I showed her in the picture but couldn’t. I essentially wound up with a pony tail with some pieces pinned up and a bump. The last of this wonderful experience was that she didn’t know if they had flat irons! How do you work in a hair salon and not know if you have flat irons! All in all, my hair worked but it was not what I wanted and I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism and experience. Now with that said, my sister who was with me, had her hair done by someone else and hers looked great!

I absolutely love the carton location, the staff there is so perky and energetic! Exceptionally Autumn, I go to her all the time, and each time she does an amazing job! She definitely knows what she is doing! I highly recommend going to her for your perfect 10 experience!

I love going to this location! Ive been going to Sydney for a little over a year now. She consistently does amazing work, and helps when I run out of ideas. Ive seen Jens work and she does amazing things as well. Katherine is always friendly and accommodating in getting drinks throughout appointments as well.

Professionals, clean environment, caring technicians. Atmosphere is excellent with big oversized chairs for pedicures. Tatum is the technician I use and she does free form art on nails, is very personable and makes going to this salon a joy. Latest types of manicures available and and lots of colors to choose from. ❤️

Defiantly the best place for a good pedicure, I book with Tatum Mendoza. She is super friendly an helpful. Always can squeeze you in. She always makes you feel amazing when you get done with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone!

I CAN NOT say enough nice things about A Perfect 10 on Catron! Everyone there greets me by name, I am made to feel at home instantly and ALWAYS come away relaxed and feeling pampered! I regularly see Autumn Savage and she has quickly become a part of my family! I can honestly say that if I need to change an appointment or want to bring one of my daughters along that it doesn’t matter which clinician(s) is/are available. We will look FABULOUS!!!!!I know they provide many services, I have enjoyed manis and pedis, but would confidently refer anyone I know who is looking for salon services to contact them! You won’t be disappointed!

In general I thought this place was very nice. Clean, inviting, friendly staff, good concept. I came for a pedicure & brought my own nail color. The work that the tech did on my toes and nails such as trimming, filing, and painting was well done. I could have used a lot more scrubbing however. The tech kinda just ran the file over my heels twice and called it good. I still have visible callouses and rough skin on my heels! To me thats the whole point of a pedicure so I was disappointed. Also a bit pricey for what essentially amounts to just having your toenails painted ($35). I will have to finish up with a pumice stone at home later.

Absolutely LOVE Perfect 10 and the girls on Catron never disappoint! Autumn, Tatum, Jen, and Sydney all do amazing work. Whether you want a single color slick pour or an elaborate design in gel, they always “nail” it 😊

I get my Nails done here every month with Tatum M, she and the rest of the staff are phenomenal! They are all so kind and so helpful! I am always pleased with my results leaving a Perfect 10 on carton next to the new Walmart! Definitely need to check them out!!!

Clean salon, good environment. However, my gel nails chipped after 3 days and were applied very uneven coats. I was unable to take them up on their fix it policy because I am not from Rapid City. Not worth the money I spent on gel. My friend got a pour and it looked a lot better.

I have Sidney do my feet and nails. She does an awesome job on both. Sidney is very personal, I have enjoyed getting to know her. The atmosphere is inviting. I suggest trying Perfect 10 !!!

Got the perfect 10 pedicure and a mimosa! Pleasantly surprised at how much time Cassie spent on my massage and foot scrub. I highly recommend her and A Perfect 10!

This was only my 2nd pedicure, and my first manicure using gel polish. The manicurist was nice but very quiet. I sort of felt like I was bothering her when I tried to have a conversation. Based on my lesser expensive previous experience, I felt this pedicure was just a surface, bare essentials treatment. I noted when I made the appointment that my heels needed some extra attention, but there was no additional treatment given. $79.88 is pretty pricey for what I received. She did do a nice job on the polish. Otherwise, not so much. Ill be going elsewhere in the future.

I love coming in for a perfect 10 pedicure and enjoying a glass of wine. The staff is wonderful and make you feel right at home.

In my opinion, they are over priced for the services offered. I can paint my toenails myself, and Im quite good at making cute designs. My favorite part about getting a pedicure, and the only reason I allow myself to pay for someone else to do it, is the foot massage and foot care, which was practically non existent.They also did not fully remove my old color on my toenails, and I can see the old colors on the edges. One lady also asked if I would like anything to drink and suggested a strawberry water I said sure, and she brought a glass of ice water (not that big of a deal, but i was expecting strawberry water). If I am going to pay $50 for a pedicure, I expect more than a sub-par experience. I dont need anything high class but for $50 they should at least remove all of my old nail polish.

My daughter paid over $50 for gel nails and the very next day one fell off so she had to go in and get that nail redone. Then on the second day 2 nails fell off. We gave up. We will never go there again. So the manager contacted me and said we want to make it right and we will redo your nails for free. She said contact us when you are ready to set up an appointment. So a month went by before my daughter was available for appointment because we had a lot going on. So we called them back and said ok..we are ready to make an appointment. The manager then states its too late now. You should have called us within 7 to 10 days of me calling you. So I told her no one mentioned to me a timeframe to make things right and that I had to call back within 7 to 10 days. She argued with me for a couple minutes and then said.. ok fine..Ill give you a half price one. Wow!! Btw..I updated this since the manager called me.

Ive gone to A Perfect 10 on Stumer for over three years. They do incredible, durable nails and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. I wont go anywhere else. I wish I could give them ten stars :)

My sister and I didnt actually end up getting our pedicures because of scheduling, but the staff was extremely nice and helpful. They looked around for other available places. We also found out that they serve adult beverages making the experience even more relaxing. I hope to get a pedi from there soon.
