Jessica is an AMAZING massage therapist. HIGHLY RECOMMEND her! I am about 6 months pregnant and a hairstylist, so I’m on my feet all day and needed a massage. Jessica was really professional, making sure I was comfortable the entire time, even checking in to see if I needed a break to stand up for a bit or switch positions. She was very thorough as addressed all my concerns. I will definitely continue to see her pregnant and afterwards. She is TOP NOTCH.

My sister went in and got her haircut and OH MY GOSH her hair looks HORRIBLE!!!! They didn’t offer nothing but to go back and have her hair fixed by the SAME girl who messed up the first time like why would she trust her a second time when she couldn’t do it right the first time? Ridiculous.

I have been going to see Mollie since I moved to RC back in September 2020. She is a true artist and passionate about her craft! I have VERY thick, long hair that can be a challenge to work with, and Mollie cuts, highlights, colors, and styles my hair, by far, the best of anyone who has ever done it! Not only is she extremely talented, she is so outgoing, funny, down to earth, and a blast to spend a few hours with - like hanging out with a good friend! Go see Mollie. I promise you, you will be so glad you did!

Went in for a haircut. Appointment was at 9 when the salon opened. I got there at 9 and doors were locked. I waited a few minutes and someone came up behind me and it was the woman who was cutting my hair. She was late to open the salon and let me in but I had to wait for her to open up and get set up. That was not the problem I don’t mind waiting. She washed and cut my hair. She was nice. But when I got home and finished drying my hair I noticed how choppy and uneven it was. I had to cut some pieces myself to even it out. I emailed the salon and they suggested I come back in to have her fix it. I just don’t trust her to not mess it up even more. Salon did nothing else to remedy the situation and I was very disappointed. Would never go back and would not recommend anyone else does either for hair cuts.

Sent my mom here for a birthday haircut. Very professional. Super helpful. She loved the whole experience. Appreciate this place.

I wish there was 10 starts. First off in my opinion hands down the most beautiful salon in town.Katie is absolutely amazing. she made my hair beautiful again.(I had a not so good foil job last week). She exceeded any expectation that I had. My hair is perfect and not fried. Definitely won’t be going anywhere else, and would 10000% recommend.

After living overseas for 5 years I was ready to get a good fresh hair cut. I had an amazing experience with Amanda who cut my hair exactly how I wanted it! She was so friendly and was fast and efficient. She had me washed up, cut, and styled in no time all the while carrying on a great conversation. Shoutout to this salon. I’m not from rapid city so I didn’t have a clue who to use when I flew in for my wedding. I asked the only person I knew in town who could possibly do hair and makeup for my big day and they sent me Katie Sutters number. I text her out of the blue with 2 days notice to do my hair and makeup. She wasn’t even supposed to work that day but opened the salon bright and early at 7:30 am just to make sure I had everything perfect for my wedding. Not only was she willing to work on her day off but she offered to drive about 30 mins away to come to me. I gave her free reign to do whatever makeup she wanted and showed her a random pic of how I wanted my hair and she did an amazing job on both. Completely redid the pic I showed her but even better. I know this is a long review but weddings are special and there is no one better in this area to take care of you and make you look beautiful. Also the salon owner came in at opening time and was just the sweetest lady. These women will take care of you from start to finish!!! Thanks y’all when I move here next month I will be back !!!

I am never had a more unprofessional horrific its very into my life I went there planning on getting colour correction done they quoted me $300 price for doing that they had me there for 15 hours while the lady that was doing my hair talk to me about going out getting drunk and find my hair up so I had become like a boys no one would take responsibility for the mistake so I had to eat the $600 a charge me after the fact I just got hit by a car and was in a wheelchair in couldnt believe my bad luck anyway they were horrific they didnt do a colour strand test before they did my hair do so in Bern and fried off all my hair Ive never seen anything so horrible in my life it will be forever for my hair to look decent at all n has made the hat companies a lot of money I hope no one ever has to experience what I went through much less to be extorted over 600 dollars for the nightmares

Shane is amazing! I had gotten a really bad haircut and felt absolutely terrible about myself. When I sat in Shanes chair I was nervous. Afraid It could be made worse but something had to happen, he looked at it and said I can fix this easy! He told me what he was going to do and I approved and talked me through the whole cut. I ended up with what I wanted in the first place, just shorter because the other stylist had cut it so short to begin with. Now I feel confident and much better. I will definitely be driving the extra hour just for him!

My experience here was like living out the movie Mean Girls... without Tina Fey’s award-winning screenwriting.To put simply—if you are going to do business here... know the owner gossips about customers.I purchased a $200 gift card here for my girlfriend. I’m still in disbelief at what followed.The owner, Jen, (who has been dishonest twice now) sent inflammatory text messages to my girlfriend while she was at a hospice grieving over a loved one. The reason? Jen saw a Facebook post of my girlfriend’s that was “irritating”.The best part—Jen accidentally sent her mean text messages to my girlfriend. She meant to send them to someone else. Jen quickly tried to cover-up her mistake.I called, obviously upset she ruined a Christmas present (you know how hard it can be to shop for someone). I told her I wanted to come down and get a refund. Jen responded she was going to call the cops “for trespassing” if I went into her establishment. Apparently, since I’m a male, I’m a threat and going to “cause a scene”. No Jen, I wanted a refund and an explanation.I assume I’ll receive my refund. The explanation? I guess we’ll all have to wonder. Jen ended up admitting she was out of line (Hooray for personal growth). She then tried dissuade me from posting anything about the experience (Boo for whatever the opposite of personal growth is).Listen, you really messed up here. You know it. I know it. I know you don’t care about my business (you made that pretty clear), but next-time consider that you can just hit that “Unfollow” button on Facebook if you don’t like someone but don’t want them to know it.It’s fine. We all do it to our politically-charged family members.Most importantly though—don’t be mean.It’s pretty simple.

I have never entered a salon with more un-professionalism than I encountered here, absolutely no knowledge of the products that they carry, will never go back and would advise anyone else that does not want a hair style that they never ask for and the amount of damage to my hair that is irreversible without many years of growth. VERY DISSAPOINTED
