I had booked a party of 5 for my wedding. The morning of the appointment they emailed me canceling the appointment claiming they had the wrong email and phone number but were able to figure out my email the morning of. This was very disappointing. Please teach your scheduling department how to take down info.

Update they contacted me and I went back and they did gel polish for the $10 difference.Yesterday was my second experience with pedicures at the Omaha store and both times I have had regular polish that will not dry. I told the gal it happened the time before. But I had the same experience yesterday even though I waited an extra hour for the polish to dry but when I got home it was totally messed up. Once again I ended up taking all the polish off myself. The pedicures are good but the polish stinks. I called back to see if I could get just the gel polish and pay the $10 difference but they wanted me to make an entirely new appointment for another pedicure that included gel polish. That is BS. I am not happy!

Im speechless. I had a negative experience last week with the location on Stumer last week, the employees customer service was fabulous but thats particular day they quality of her work was not.After a previous review I was immediately contacted by management. It was very disheartening that the only opening compatible with my schedule for a fix was on a Saturday but, they are very very busy so I tried to keep that on mind.Upon entering, I was greeted by Jordan. She had been told that I would need a couple nails repaired. Upon assessment of my nails she agreed much more would need to be corrected.This is when I saw Jordan swing into action and saying I am impressed is an understatement! She asked her co-worker to help adjust her schedule. She managed to arrange all of her appointments, so that all of her customers would be able to receive quality work and she would be able to fix my nails well. Juggling a schedule like that isnt easy but she and her co-worker made it happen!She took her time with my nails. Working carefully, frequently asking as we moved on to the next step if I was pleased. She never spoke poorly of the co-worker at the other location. Just explained very tactfully what had/ hadnt occurred that caused the nails to look the way they did and then told me how she was going to correct them. Her techniques produced amazing results and as I said, impressed is an understatement.I can now comfortably give perfect 10 a five star rating. As Jordan definitely gave me 5 star treatment!* Note to current management:If you ever need additional management I would recommend Jordan. She displays all the attributes of an employee that would be a true asset to a management team!

The staff was friendly, cleanliness was fine, nails were cute, but expensive.Booking was a horrible. I tried to book online, but I could not get a mani and pedi with color and nail art to schedule via the website. I called and booked with a girl, 2 weeks ago. My daughter and I were going to have a girls day. We were going to get our fingers and toes done before our vacation, matching.I got the reminder text yesterday, it did not have the entire appt detail. I called to ensure they had scheduled us for our fingers and toes, gel with nail art. They did NOT! They only scheduled us for our toes with one color. I advised them what the appt was supposed to be. The gal basically said, we dont have time for all that. I couldnt cancel, my daughter has been looking forward to this for weeks. Needless to say, I transfered my appt over to my daughter so that she could get her fingers and nails done. Frustrating. I will not be going back.

I would give 2.5 stars if possible based on friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness, also the ombre gel polish was done very well. My poly gel manicure however, was lacking tremendously especially for the price.The gel was applied unevenly and incredibly thick. The profile shape of my nail was horrible! Some nails had a lot of product off to the side making them look very unusual. Also I asked for almond shape, on my left hand I had two nails that were almond, the rest were oval. My right hand had no almond shaped nails at all. The lighting made it difficult to see the imperfections. Overall not satisfied and will be going somewhere else.

I had gone to A Perfect 10 a few days ago, and for some reason the polish didnt set correctly. Amber, the manager, was able to get me in and fixed it at no charge! It was a great experience and Ill definitely go back again! They are a good model for customer service.

I had been hopping from salon to salon for a year trying to find my salon. I have only been once, so far... but will definitely return. Molly S did my pedicure and gel manicure. The pedicure chair was super comfortable! Molly chat with me like we were old friends. She did a great job on my nails with amazing designs! This place and the people make you feel welcome and comfortable. I also love that they only do real nails! Thank you for an amazing experience!

I love A Perfect Ten and come in when I am in Rapid City. My last visit I had a haircut by Rachel. My previous stylist in Georgia had literally butchered my hair. Rachel was very patient and fixed it completely to my specifications. I was more than satisfied. Then another person did my nails and they too were beautiful. I wish I could remember her name too, but I don’t. What a relaxing, nice atmosphere!

I started going to A Perfect 10 before my wedding 2 years ago. Having tried out several local salons, looking for a place to have a bridal party get-together, I fell in love with Perfect 10s fun, quirky atmosphere and wide range of services. The excellent quality of the work, reasonable prices, and stellar customer service has kept me coming back twice a month ever since. The facilities are clean and welcoming and everyone on staff greets me by name whenever I enter. I recommend it to anyone looking for a great local salon.

Its clean, stylist are friendly and Amanda my stylist at the Omaha location is so talented when she highlights my hair.

I absolutely love the ladies here!!! Never a bad experience. The ladies are always so sweet and fun to chat with. They always make it possible for my mom who is in a wheelchair to be served and never make it into a big deal or make us/her feel like its an inconvenience. My nails no matter what always looks amazing!! Best Perfect 10 in town!!

Ive had services at all 3 locations and they were all very pleasant experiences. The facilities are clean and comfortable, and the nail technicians are very competent and fun! I usually get a French tip gel manicure and the one Ive had here last about three weeks. They give great pedicures too but paraffin wax treatment was not available.

I have had pedicures and waxing done at many different places, but the service and the people at perfect 10 by far surpass the other places. Kassie was amazing and I have recommended her and the services to many other people. I will continue to come back and look forward to trying all of their services they have to offer!

My friend and I were getting a updos for my friends wedding the one stylist couldnt figure out how to do a drop French braid She was the bride. I ended up doing her hair last minute before her wedding. The next day I called perfect 10 nail and beauty bar to explain what had happened the only thing she could do was give us a $20 gift card to use at perfect 10. With my updo I could have done it myself it was nothing like the picture that I showed the stylist

Messiest polish Ive ever had. When did nail techs stop using a brush to clean up the sides of the nail? This tech kept using her fingernail to wipe off the extra polish and then would have to go back and touch up what she wiped off. I ended up with a sloppy mess! I tried this place after seeing a beautiful manicure on a nurse in my docs office. Followed her recommendation and was absolutely disappointed.

I love going to A Perfect 10. The girls who work there are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Its a great place for a manicure, and a great place to relax. I wont go anywhere else after having tried their services.

I had originally given this establishment 5 stars but since then Ive had to go back and change my rating. Unfortunately the nail tech, Kassie, who I originally gave 5 stars has left and gone to the Glitter Booth inside of TanXcel on the westside (definitely 5 stars there)! I loved the service I received from Kassie here but did not like the over-sized chairs for pedicures or the buckets with stones in them. Perfect 10 has revised their pricing for nail art/design/glitter nail and in my opinion is extremely over priced. My husband bought me a large sum gift certificate for my birthday so I scheduled my first massage and was excited to try them out for this kind of service. Unfortunately, the day my massage was scheduled there was a snow storm and school was cancelled. As soon as they opened that morning I called to let them know I would not be able to make my appointment because of this and was told that since I was cancelling under 24 hours I would still be charged the $70. I stated I have been to this establishment MANY times and have never cancelled last minute and would like to speak to a manager. I was put on hold and the person came back on the phone and told me that they would make a special exception for this and started to state their policy to me again. I told the girl that I know the policy and that I have never done this before and would never do this had school not been cancelled (my children are 8,6,4 and cannot watch themselves) and the next thing I know I was hung up on. At this point I will not be going back to perfect 10 again.

I really enjoy going to A Perfect 10 for manis and pedis. All of the ladies are professional and friendly. I especially enjoy my appointments with Kassie! I look forward to my time with her! She is extremely talented with nail art! The salon is clean, neatly decorated, with services priced fairly. I highly recommend it!

The ladies who gave us our pedicures were wonderful, but all of the polish on my daughters toes peeled off within 24 hours. I went back in to have them fixed and instead of just repainting them, they gave her another pedicure- and charged me full price for it.

I am only giving this place a star because one you have too and two because of the girl who did her best to fix my hair! She is wonderful. My husband who knows not much about salons booked me appointment here for my birthday. I havent done my hair in a long time as a stay at home mom just didnt seem important anymore, but after some convincing I went to the appointment he booked me. The girl that did my hair on my birthday RUINED it!!! They charged me over 100 dollars. The girl never did a consult with me, although she told her bosses she did. She fried my hair and I had to go somewhere else to get inches chopped off and thats is where the horror that was my hair began. She never showed me the back of my hair or any of it actually, she never even finished drying it! I asked her if that was my hair breaking off and she said no and I can visibly see my hair on that comb! I went to their main office and they were uncaring and told.me I have no one here to deal with this right now and took my name and number and said they would call me! I havent heard from them. So I go back home and my husband turns us right back around to go the the store. Mind you this is on Omaha and we live on the valley. We went in and they are like o its not ruined just needs some blending, yada yada! Tell me the guarantee their work. No they dont. Made me an appt for Wednesday. Which I then had to find a babysitter and drive back over there. The wonderful girl did the best she could to make it look presentable and its ok as long as you spiral curl it or throw it in a bun other than that I cannot wear my hair down or straight!!! Now I have to come up with money to fix my hair completely and they get to keep my over 100 dollars for a crappy job! Never would I go there or recommend going there!! I wish there was a way to show how bad this really is!!

I think that most of the reviewers on here havent tried/had many pedicure before, because they would know that it is not perfect or impressive. The lukewarm foot bath with stones reused from everyones bath kind of grossed me out. I find that the plastic foot bath and lazy boy chair combo was just a cheap cop out for them rather than investing in a pedicure/massage chair combo. Plus they had very little color selection for regular polish (the front desk lady kept pressuring me to do gel?!) and the atmosphere wasnt relaxing it was plastered in tacky zebra print and mis-matched light fixtures. The girls in there dont look very professional with their jeans and tee shirts and flips either. However, they seemed friendly (when they werent talking about their personal lives loudly to each other) and they did bring my a fresh lemon water which was nice.

My daughter and I always have a relaxing good time. The girls are creative and good at what they do!

This place is a scam- they do the least for the most money. The technician stands behind a bar, while you sit at a bar stool. No way are they going to actually provide a decent manacur. They basically, and barely at that, push your cuticles back- and do a little scraping thing at them that has no value whatever. This place is $30 for basically polishing the gel on. Shane on them!!

I went in for a pedi, which should consist of a leg and foot massage and dry skin removal. I pretty much paid for a soak and nail polish. One of the worst pedis Ive ever gotten.

We confirmed our appointment on our email. They called us back a second later saying that their computer glitched so they had to cancel, even though we watched them put our names in. They didnt say sorry about the inconvenience or even try to help us out. Very disappointed...
