I have used them for a while for my nails and usually Ill have Amber which she does amazing job. But for a while now, its been going downhill. I always greet everyone when I come in. There is a girl there named Tori if Im correct who is absolutely rude and makes sure you know she doesnt care for you or what you want done. And now the quality of my nails arent as good as they were before. It rushed service so they can get you out the door very quickly.

Freaking amazing! Amber is great! Im never disappointed! Clean great prices and arent afraid of a challenge.

Quality of work is great, depending on which tech you see. During one appointment, my tech spent the entire time on her phone and didnt say a word to me. Professionalism is lacking in this salon and the price is never consistent.

Me and my mom came in for a couple pedis and a fill. They asked if we had appointments. We didn’t. They said we would have to wait for the pedis because there was only 2 techs and one of them already had a client. I’m not sure what kind of nail salon has only 2 people working. But l ended up just getting a fill. And the nail tech next to me with a the was taking her sweet time with no sense of urgency. It was obvious she had no intention of getting us in for a pedicure. The tech who did my nails had terrible customer service. She wasn’t friendly at all. She did a bad job on the fill. The shape is off, the nails are lumpy and uneven. I paid $50 plus tip for a gel fill and a nail fix for a less than mediocre job.

At first I loved going there but as time went on service got worse. The professionalism has gone down hill. They try and get your fill down as fast as possible and get you out the door. They have gotten a lot more rude and definitely make sure you know they dont really care for your appointment.

There is a lady named Tori, She is the most disrespectful person ive ever met, very unprofessional talks down to other coworkers and is absolutely rude, making others around feel uncomfortable, its a ghetto establishment also very un organized.

I had a last minute appointment so, I didnt attempt to get any of the fabulous nail art theyre clearly known for. BUT the fill and gel color were excellent.AND... I had HANDS DOWN THE MOST FABULOUS PEDICURE OF MY LIFE!!!Seriously Ive had pedicures that were over $100 (special occasion) that didnt compare to this places regular pedicure.Ive been searching for a new salon for awhile now... I just found it!!!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I recently got my nails done at a place other than H and D and the day after I got them done one of them cracked. I was very disappointed for the high price I was charged. After being recommended to H and D following the incident I was quick to go in and see if all of the hype was true. My nail tech did an amazing job and was so kind about answering all of my questions regarding acrylics. I really appreciated the atmosphere here and will 100% be going back!

I went the day before my wedding 10/23/2020 to get my nails and toes done and took 3 girls from my wedding party with me I believe her name was Amanda I’m not even sure because she didn’t talk to me much but when I showed her how I wanted my nails done she told me she “didn’t have time for that today” I spent over 170 dollars there 100 cash and 78 plus gave each a tip on my card The lady that did my toes did a wonderful job I’ll never go back and spend money there again I didn’t even get to have my nails the way I wanted for my wedding because she rushed through my nails I even had to have one re-polished

No attention to detail: nails cut uneven, polish was streaky and missing in spots.

Love the design of my manicure a but not as happy with it as Id like for spending over 100 bucks... there is leftover gel polish on the sides of almost every nail. Also I paid extra for the deluxe pedicure which was supposed to include callus removal and my feet in fact feel worse...my husband compared them to the feeling of a chesse grater. Very disappointing.

I love the pedicure and manicure. My nails look incredible. They use new nail clippers every time and area is very clean. I highly recommend.

Hannah is a Godsend to the nail industry! She is meticulous and artistic. I can easily go a month between fills. Love her and her shop.
