Such great service, and did amazing work. out did my expectations and my nails just turned out gorgeous. definitely making them my nail spot. because i love love the work.

I went here to have acrylics/gel nails professionally removed. The guy began trimming my nails, and then he took the finger nail clippers and wedged the edge between the acrylic and my natural nail to pop the nail off. Not only does this unnecessarily damage the natural nail, it hurts like a b!#

If you live in this area you are very fortunate to have D Nails as your salon. Very professional and accommodating. Friendly staff from the minute you walk in the door. Anthony is amazing for “Dip” nails. You will not be disappointed.

I call ahead of time to avoid the wait. Kimmy, Rachel and a few other technicians did my nails and they all do a great job. Both Kim and Rachel get them done just the way I want them and they let me try a few different colors so I can see the how it looks on me. I am very particular in terms of length and shape, I like them short and natural looking and they deliver every time. I clean and cook everyday and they last well over a month. Love these ladies and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely recommend ♥️

Every time I go I am always satisfied they do pedicures manicures and even are able to do my eyebrows. Love this place. I travel 45 min just to have nails done here its worth it each time.

I will NOT be returning to this location. I went here for a pedicure, asked for white polish. The nail tech placed gel on my toes even though I never once asked for gel. When I went to pay, and they tacked on $15 for gel, I told them I didn’t ask for that. As a “favor” I was only charged an extra $5 and told the pros of having gel polish. This felt like a tactic that they probably use often to squeeze extra money out of people.Also during the pedicure, my cuticle was cut too deep and about a week later, my toe started to hurt and then eventually started to pus. I have NEVER had my toe get infected from a nail salon, and I’ve been to places that looked worst than this.The 2 stars is because the place does “look clean” and the location is perfect, but the location does mean that at the time I went in, it was packed. As I mentioned in the beginning, I have no intention on returning to this business and would not recommend it.

Poor customer service and rude staff. They dont even try to make it pleasant for you at all. My nails were sloppy and when I told my lady about a nail her sweater hit and just acted all upset that even said anything.Cheap place to get nails done but Id rather pay a few bucks more for a pleasant experience.Dont recommend going. I know I wont be back.

Nail technician did not soak, clean and push my cuticles back before my dip and the cuticles started showing after 3 days picture taken at 13 days and they argued with me about fixing them. Terribly disappointed and never going back!

I have been going to D Nails for 2 years and I’ll never go anywhere else. I make sure to make an appointment, so I know I’ll get in with my favorite manicurist Kimmie. Kimmie is wonderful and she’s so much fun. It always ends up taking longer than my daughter’s because we’re laugh and catching up the entire time. The rest of the staff is wonderful as well.

Call and ask if they had time for a pedicure, they ask how long before you will be there I said 5 minutes. Okay come over so when I get there they said oh we made a mistake and took 4 in ahead of me. So i said how long is that going to take oh we should be able to get you in a few minutes but let me check. So he goes to the back keeps talking to other people never comes back up, finally I just walked out. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wiil go somewhere else and wait before going back there.

My first visit was excellent. Today I had an appointment- waited 30 minutes and walk-ins were served first. I left. Don’t bother making an appointment.

Ive used D nails lots of times. All the girls are great except today I got the owner. And lets just say the visit was less than lackluster. From her having people that were there after me being serviced first. To her constantly answer the phone and getting up from.her chair. She rushed me through it and left me feeling like I didnt matter and my nails were the least of her worries. So if u go there just make sure u dont get the owner.

Poor service, prices and rude staff. Don’t recommend this place at all. Five of my daughters fingers were bleeding by the time he got her acrylic nails on. They charge more for color change then both places in the mall. The lady at the desk was very rude.

I had such a great experience at D Nails! Jamie did my manicure and Mia added the design - the phases of the moon on navy blue. This is the coolest nail polish I’ve ever had! I’ll come back for sure!Once again D nails has outdone themselves! Vivian painted my nails a beautiful green with a leopard print design. They are stunning, I’m so thrilled! Everyone I have met here is friendly and very good at what they do. I 100% recommended!

I tried D Nails on the recommendation of my cousin and loved it. Kimmy was friendly, attentive and gave me a great set of acrylics while allowing my natural nails to grow. 5 stars across the board!

Went in to get acrylic nails for my birthday. When she was finished, I thought they were beautiful! However, a few downsides. The acrylics were not pushed back to my cuticle, meaning they looked like they were already five days old. Also, after exactly one week, one acrylic was cracked and the other completely broke off. Im sure I would have had to fight them to fix it. So I didnt back in and I wont be going back.

First time visiting D Nails, I got a manicure and I love it!! There was no waiting, and the staff was friendly. I definitely recommend!

Would not recommend, was packed already but the lady who did my nails kept telling people to come in and itll only be 10 mins smh I sat there waiting for 45 mins and she did my nails short and square when I wanted long and coffin it was so rushed my nails look lumpy and was not worth the 55$ she charged me for a basic white acrylic set 😡 never going back

I went there for a pedicure, the girl who did my toes cut my cuticles but she also cut more and made four of my toes bleed, I have pictures but I’m not sure how to post them. She also stabbed me in the leg with the cuticle cutter. She did not get all of the nail polish off of my toes before she painted them so you can see my old nail polish. She also did not paint all of my nail on my toes so you can see my nail.

Kimmie and Mikey were amazing and did a fantastic job on my nails and my daughters. We will definitely go back!!!

I have been to quite a few nail spas and D Nails is by far, the best in RC! I thought I loved my nails before D Nails.... ha! Jacob blew my mind with his skill and techniques! Today, I was finally able to get the Milk bath nails Ive wanted for a long time! Other nail techs had no idea what I was even talking about! Keep up the good work! Its appreciated!

I went to d nails today and usually my experience is amazing but today it was horrible. Mike did my nails and was extremely rough yanking at my hands and throwing my arms back at me. He also didn’t clean under or clip my nails which were kind of gross because they’ve been under a different set of acrylics. He wasn’t friendly and I tried to keep the convo going but he kept giving rude remarks. I was so upset with my experience.

I got my nails done here and honestly, I loved them! They looked super good, my nail was a little crooked and I didnt notice until after the fact but the lady was super nice and fixed it. The jewels I got popped off after a couple days but Im pretty hard on my nails so that doesnt surprise me. On the down side, they did charge my card way more than they should have and I still havent gotten the refund. So pay with cash, but I would definitely go back! (With cash)

I have been going to these gals long before it was D-Nails and they always do a great job. Kim and the gang are all super nice and friendly. Kim did an incredible job on my manicure, like always. My gel stays on forever too!! The deluxe pedicure is the best in town in my opinion. The massages are my favorite part and my toe color always looks great. Very clean & Highly recommend!!

This place was so clean and the employees were all very friendly. I went in with a picture of what i wanted and he gave me exactly that! It was an amazing experience and i will be back again! I recommend this place 100%! Soooo happy with my nails. :)

Kim and her crew used to run Paris Nails in the mall. Ive gone to Paris for years so when they left, I went looking for them. I found them at D Nails!!Ive never had any problems. I like them, very friendly and I like their work, very professional.I work at a restaurant, any time a customer needs their nails done, I send them to D Nails!

Went 3 weeks ago same time 615 website states open til 730. Got there tonight same time and they told Us no.

I went in last week to get a full set and they were PERFECT, done by Rachel. A few of them ended up coming off so I came in to get them put back on. Kim, the owner, ended up fixing them for me and the whole time she kept commenting on how small my nail beds are and asking me if I bite my nails when I don’t have acrylics on. Being a person that gets acrylics put on to make me feel better about my short nails, having the person doing my nails comment about how short my nails are the whole time does not make it a very comfortable experience. She made them way shorter than I wanted and didn’t file them all the way down so they just look puffy and really thick, not natural at all. I understand that “they know best”, but I ask for what I want because I know I’ll love how they look! So now I need to file them myself when I get home. Also the service was VERY rushed and she barely paid attention to me. I would recommend Rachel to do your nails but that’s it.

This place has a traffic flow problem.

I don’t know why anyone gave this place bad reviews. They got my daughter and I in right away for 2 walk in pedis. They were clean, friendly and the prices were decent. My large toe got a little smeared but it was my fault for touching it before it was dry. They did an accent nail and gave my daughter a beverage all included for no extra price. Needless to say, I will be returning.

Ive been here several times and always came away happy. This time, my nails were left thick and wider than my fingers. The artwork was great.

I would recommend this place to anybody. The lady that did my nails was super sweet and funny and I had a great time. I will go back and get my nails done again. I give them a 10 it is a great place.

A friend went to them a week or so ago and the guy who did the nail messed them up. Two nails already broke and some of the other nail are too thick.

We just had the BEST time staff was amazing with my teen for a new set and a wax! Found my new spot!

My first time going there with my daughter was horrible. Kevin did my daughters nails and they looked amazing. Vincent did my nails and didnt even do them with the colors I had asked for. I asked for rhinestones on one finger and was told they dont do that but my daughter got them on her nails. I gave in and went back on my birthday. I had Rachel. She was wonderful and did and excellent job. My daughter however had Vincent and her nails were not what she asked for. Once again he said he couldnt put hearts on her nails and they were for little kids. However the hearts I have on my nails are amazing. I would not pay money to go to Vincent as I feel my granddaughter could have done a better job than he does.

Terrible experience when I went. I felt very uncomfortable much like other reviewers have said. When I first arrived they set a bowl in front of me. It was unclear what I was supposed to do with it. The staff then proceeded to stare/glare at me while I waited for another 15 minutes for someone to come do my nails. I showed them this very cute picture of pineapple nails that I wanted. Instead I got one orange pineapple with neon yellow nails. They let me pick the yellow color but there was limited yellow choices and the swatch was different than the Actual color. Then they completely ignored the picture and did my nails very differently than I asked. They also speak in a foreign language in front of you that makes you very uncomfortable. I felt like they were talking about me. It was very unprofessional and I would not recommend going. However I will be going back because I have a gift card that I think is better to use than have no nails at all.

I’m never doing there again! Terrible customer service. The guy that did my nails didn’t even take off my nail polish I had on and he was hurting my wrist and not a nice man. No tip.

Was the worst service Ive ever experienced!! My nails are super thick and uneven when I asked the man to fix them he said that he made them that way they wouldnt fall off!! Its been 4 days and they are starting to come off!! Worst of all it was my birthday and the nails were getting done for my sisters wedding.

I was really excited to try this place out. The actual place was very clean and nice. But my nails turned out very badly.. the way they filed my nails made them super rough on the edges. And very uneven. They didn’t seal the polish right so I’m assuming that it will start coming off of my nails within a couple days. It’s supposed to stay on two weeks. The guy only took about 30 minutes on my nails and took a total of about 10 seconds massaging my arms. Most places only charge $30 for a manicure. This place costed me $50. That was unreal. Sad to say I won’t be back here again.

Quick in, quick out. No waiting.

I am not one to complain or post negativity on or about anyone but unfortunately I had the worst experience of my life here at D-nails. I came in asking for a simple fill and gel color. After two and a half hours I left completely unsatisfied my nails being done with colored powder verses gel polish, my cuticles did not get filed down, and the colored powder does not fully cover my nails. Even after my constant opposition, and being there for 2.5 hours I was charged $70 for a service I did not want and nails that are extremely under par.Very disappointed highly recommend not coming here

Best place in Rapid for pedicures. Also great job on finger nails. My technition was very meticulous at clean in around my nails which is what I like.

I have mixed feelings. Kim did a fill on my acrylics, shaped them the way I wanted them originally, and cleaned off the snags, etc that were left there after the original application. She is AMAZING!!!! Ill be scheduling appointments from here on out and requesting only her! The young guy that applied my acrylics and just did my deluxe pedicure a couple days ago is AWFUL! I had him twice, and he made me bleed both times. He actually cut into my skin when he did my acrylics. And during the pedicure, he cut my big toe nail so that there was an outside piece of nail still attached to my toe. He just yanked it out. It hurt so bad and bled like crazy! He tried to tell me it was an ingrown nail, but it definitely was not. He just cut the nail wrong. He was rough and my feet ached when I left there. When he did the acrylics, I specifically asked for them not to be pointy, but guess what they were? And....he left snaggy chunks on the ends of two of the nails rather than filing them down smooth. Kim? Yes!!! Anyone else there? No!

I went here Day of my sisters wedding. We had an appointment for three of us. When we arrived it was the most unorganized situation. First off. They had no one available to do our nails. We had to wait twenty minutes. I had to tell them we booked appointments for a reason and they decided to pull of workers who were in the middle of doing other customers nails to start ours. Those other customers had to sit there for at least 30 minutes before someone came to finish what was started.... the man who did my nails you could tell was sick and had a cold. He continually was wiping his snotty nose with his hand and then with out washing them grabbing my hand to keep working on my nails. My sister the BRIDE was not started for another 20 minutes after my mother and I already were sitting down. This was suppose to be a fun last girls get together on my sisters wedding day that was just a mess. To make the matters worse not only did we pay $180 for our services and not offered anything for the wait, my acrylics popped off after being on for 4 days and my sisters gel she planned on having on for her vacation after the wedding peeled off two days later. I have called the shop and discussed this with the owner and they have chosen to not do anything about this. I was told i would get a return call and never have. I would never recommend this place to anyone. From the customer service, to the hygiene, to the quality, to the management.

I went in for a plain manicure and they are way overpriced. 29.00 for a plain manicure with clear polish. The lady was very hateful. She knew I was out of town and knew I wouldn’t be back. Wouldn’t ever return here. Went to Walmart and purchased a finger nail file and redid my nails they were a mess.

I love this place! I’ve been going for awhile now. I would highly suggest Kim or Kevin. Both are amazing to talk too, so friendly, and always great at suggesting colors because I am so indecisive.
