Denny Menholt Toyota is amazing. I asked if they could arrange the service I wanted around a crazy schedule of travel and weird hours. No problem. I thought that the results of the service/repairs on my 2008 Tundra with 190000 miles was going to be $$$$$$. Nope. They did a thorough inspection and did what I thought needed to be done (the works-I love this truck) nope. A thousand bucks and good to go. Great people, service and value.

I love doing business with Denny Mehnolt Toyota. They went above and beyond my expectations again this past visit. I was overdue for an oil change abs first appointment was a couple weeks out. They told me if I could drop my truck off that they would get it worked in. They did that! Great service as always.

I have a new Tacoma Truck that needed it’s 5000 mile maintenance. I thought the Customer Service was really fantastic…everyone was super friendly and I absolutely did not wait even a minute. My appointment was at 8:30 am…they got me right in…rotated my tires and changed my oil and I was leaving at 9:05. I definitely think this Service Department is great!! Everyone was super professional and I definitely would recommend.
The service department was prompt, efficient and courteous. In addition to that our sales representative, Dan Anderson, had told us at the time of our purchase that the little micro scratches we noticed on our Highlander he would arrange to have the vehicle washed and buffed upon our return for regular service. This was taken care of by him just as stated. Excellent service from purchase to this visit.
The service manager Nick is one of the most customer service oriented automotive professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. This is coming from a person who spent almost ten years working in shops. The technicians doing the repairs/maintenance always leave the car as it should be with the seat where I have it adjusted and I have always been pleased with any work they’ve done. I often recommend the Toyota shop to others due to my many positive experiences there over the last ten years.
Good job. Appreciate the service manager getting it taken care of. Only thing was that I had to wait an hour plus past my designated appointment time. But I understand as workers did not show for work, service department short that day of workers. But overall great job. Thank you.
Eric took very good care of me yesterday. I had a window problem I thought was going to be over $100, and when it turned out to be just a reset, they called and told me no charge. Then they did my service and replaced a cabin filter and got my car back to me in short order! Good job, Guys! Thanks Eric! I feel like one of the family! 😉👌
I went in for a oil change and tire rotation and balanced. 1.5 hrs later they came out and told me I needed tires balanced i told them I wanted tires balanced they had tires off for rotation why not balance them now they want it another hour to balance them. They should have just balanced them when they had them off.
Kim got me in and out for my 15,000 service. Always great customer service and I love my Toyota’s.

There was somewhat of a mix up with my appointment for my 2012 HIghlander. My Service Advisor, John, went out of his way to assist me, get my vehicle in and get me on the road. I appreciate all his help.
Good guys in the service department. They always tell you whats recommended, they do not force any repairs on you, they tell you about it in advance so you can plan for it.
The pandemic has caused production issues and so the new vehicle selection was limited. In spite of this, my salesman did a fantastic job and I could not be happier with my new car. I just wish that I would have been allowed to see if they would throw in a remote car starter but I was told they dont negotiate whatsoever.
I did not like the fact we had to pay $70.42 extra, after your mechanics forgot to put all the pins on the fender liners.
I think I need to come back and have service look at the cabin air filter again. Not sure if it was put in wrong but now the A/C makes a loud noise on high speed.

I would’ve loved to buy several 4Runners from this company but since the new ownership, customer care has disappearedThe last salesperson i had the unpleasantness of dealing with, NATE, was constantly on his phone, couldnt have cared less what my interests in vehicles were, and had no care to earn his paycheck or make a sale.I have ended up walking the parking lot for 25 minutes hoping to get some help buying a vehicle but no one comes to help.They have no drive to make sales, zero care for negotiating, and frankly they made me feel like im not worth their time and my money is no good.Highly recommend shopping in a different town or state. Denny Menholt Toyota/Chevrolet/Honda are not places you want to spend money. They dont care at all.

Bought a new Toyota 4 runner on May 6th, 2020, brought the car in for hail damage repair on May 20th, got the car back on Thursday, when I got the car back there was a scratch on the bumper that was not noticed until I said something to Bryan Carrier and he had to take the car back to be repaired, was very upset and nobody contacted me to apologize for the problem.
