I really owe so much thanks to this agency. I have been temping with them for the last seven months. I would like to rate Invero Group as a 5-star staffing agency. When I was out of work the beginning of last year, I had signed up with several staffing companies and did not have one interview. When I was let go from my job I was on a never ending hunt for new employment. However, after a month of disappointment, I turned to Invero. I contacted James and he was so kind, friendly and listened to my needs and within 2 hours of submitting my resume, I was presented with a temporary offer with an employer I had been trying to work for for months!Invero really responds to their employees concerns and within a timely manner, too. Initially, James was great. Found me a temporary job within a week. I was told that it was supposed to be 6 weeks, but it ended up only lasting 2. Then I was told that because it was the holiday season, there wasnt anything else available. Basically, I got ghosted.I called and left voicemails 4 times from January- February, but none were returned. I work as a sub, so I was able to work for the next couple of months, but when I called in May looking for summer work, James asked me to send an updated resume (which I did). He also told me that he would email me a list of possible jobs within the next day or two. Never got anything. Phone calls and voicemails again went unanswered and unreturned. I finally sent an email expressing my disappointment in their lack of communication and professionalism, which again they did not respond to. I would not recommend Invero. Their lack of communication and just a general consideration for peoples time is very unprofessional.
