I was passing by the area and I went to this spa without an appointment for manicure and gel pedicure. I didn’t have to wait long for my turn. Quite clean and professional environment. The technicians are very patient and pleasant. Prices are well reasonable for the quality of the service. I would 100% recommend.

Went with my girlfriend to get her a mani-pedi. The pedicure was nice but the manicure was terrible. The UV light was burning her hands and not to mention they told her that they could do the nail style she asked for but when everything was done it looked as if a 7 year old did it. Would not recommend getting your nails done here.

My mom and i booked an appointment here for 11;30 am. we got seated almost immediately for our pedicures. however, we sat there with no service for a good 20 minutes. a lady with her daughter entered for their 12:30 appointment and got service almost immediately. by the time her daughter was done, my mom had only just started getting her pedicure. i believe that this was due to the fact that i am the only brown person in the salon.. this has happened before as well.i am still waiting for mine (12:46 pm). i don’t recommend this place to anyone. the nail techs are nice but passive-aggressive and rush your nails. they had to redo one of my mom’s toes and seemed pretty annoyed about it.the service was alright but a significant waste oftime. it would be more efficient and better-looking to just put white-out on your nails and call it a day.my mom and i had gotten gel manicures from here last time (paying over 50$) and they chipped just one day after. absolutely ridiculous

Kim did a great job on my daughters nails. She was patient and adapted to the design she wanted, ensured it looked great.

New customer, I had Lee do a dip-powder French set. Im obsessed! The nail job was a little rushed because they were busy, but for the price it was okay. I will be back!

Nails By Us is the only salon in the area I trust with my nails. Kim is the best and always takes her time to make my nails look amazing. Everyone is very friendly and the salon is always clean.

I went to this place with my friend and we waited for three hours after our appointment time. The one technician I had kept yelling at me. My friends nails ripped of in less than 3 days. Mine came off in a week. When we made our appointment we asked for acrylic and we got dip powder. Many of their polishes were old. My nails cost me 50 dollars when I normally pay 35-40. My nails were not flat. I also asked for almond nails and she gave me pointed. I went to a new place to get them filled and they told me that they did them wrong. I will never go back there again.

Are used to go to the other nail salon down the street and I’m so much happier since I start going to the salon book an appointment owner she doesn’t excellent job my gel manicure last me two months and it came out perfect every time thank you happy holidays

Since I’ve moved to Metuchen, I’ve been going to Nails by Us regularly. There are several nail salons on the same street that I’ve tried, but Nails by Us has been consistently clean with their work & provide the best results. It’s a bit pricier in comparison to other nail salons (reason for my 4-star rating), but again, the work they do is great and my gel manicures & pedicures last me until I visit next (which is typically every 2-3 weeks). They’re also very accommodating and friendly! Would recommend.

Very good. I made an appointment so there was only about a 10-minute wait. The service is fantastic. the salon is clean and I like it very much. I have been going to this nail salon for over a year and I will continue to go to the salon.

I had my nails done by Kim today....she was so great! She suggested colors that would work for me and she took her time ..... my nails look amazing! Hannah was also great! She did my pedicure and was very nice. I have my next appointment scheduled for two weeks and I can’t wait to go back! Thank you ladies for making my nails look so pretty! I took a picture of my nails but I can’t seem to attach it!

Kim was sooooo amazing!! She did such a great job with giving me a brand new stiletto acrylic set - I’m in love!! Everyone go spend their money there!! You won’t regret it!!

I love this friendly salon in the goingheart of downtown Metuchen. I chose this over the other places on Main Street mainly because they go the extra step to make my nails look great every time. (And my gel French manicure actually lasts!). Kims attention to detail is what makes me keep coming back regularly. She always remembers to add the flower I requested each time as a remembrance of my Mom who loved daisies. Thanks!

I think this is a decent place to get a pedicure, around $25 for a basic one. Most of the time, I just walk in and the wait time is pretty short if any at all. I had Nory the first time I went and she did a fantastic job. My polish did not chip and my nails looked perfect. The 2nd time was good, but I think Ill ask ahead for Nory again. She was great! Parking can be hard to find on the weekends, but there is metered parking.

I went to this place to get a pedicure and to get my eyebrows done. The pedicure went well and I went into the back room to get my eyebrows done. Everyone was nice and everything seemed to go well. I have naturally thick eyebrows and I like them that way and I told her to keep them like that but clean them around the edges. When she was done and I looked in the mirror I realized that she completely butchered my eyebrows. One was longer then the other they were 1/4 the size they were before and there was an arch on one and a curve on the other. I looked at them for a good minute and I was so angry at how they were I couldn’t stop looking at them. She completely disregarded what I said and she did them however she wanted. Great place to get a pedicure but don’t get waxing, you will probably regret it.

Very disappointing nail salon. The technicians work very fast paced and rush you along. They apply the polish way to thick. I left with lumpy nails the gel polish pealed in one day! This place is not worth your money.

Place is clean.You can get good pedicure but awful job on your nails.Almost look like I went to a kids party and get my nails down.My skin is colored too.Im not going back thats for sure.

I would like to start off by saying that the man who is in the salon is by far THE WORST. This man is unprofessional and rude, if he is the owner I am extremely disappointed on his attitude and the way he treats his customers. I specifically called the day before to set an appointment for two pedicures, meaning TWO people. All my friend and I wanted was to get together, catch up and get a pedi. The minute I walked in I specifically told the woman at the front desk that I had an appointment for two people at 6PM. First of all they took a group of 3 women that were there after us before us, KNOWING that I had an appointment set up. Thats when i decided to complain I was never rude, I literally let it be it was a mix up by the man. Secondly this man pointed me over to an available chair, I told them that i had specifically asked for two chairs he started speaking in his language to the woman at the front desk and LITERALLY started raising his voice at me infront of the salon filled with many women. Immediately I felt offended and started complaining. They didnt even care all he said was No time, no Space, sit All these people care about is money. After they were practically done with my pedi they sat my friend next me. They literally rushed us out the salon didnt even want us to wait for our toes to dry. As I was walking out the woman came up to me and gently smacked my back, saying oh ya waited too long today didnt even apologize. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE GOING BACK. I hope someone else realizes how bad their customer service is. This place does not deserve your money.

I went to this place for the first time Sunday, when I arrived they told me that I have to wait an hour, I ended up waiting two and a half hours before they treated me, but the worst thing was that they did a terrible job and when I complained, the woman who I believe is the owner, she became rude and violent, terrible unacceptable attitude, they take to many customers when they dont have enogh personel, as result they make you wait long hours and doing a poor job, I absolutely dont recommend this place ..

I went to this nail salon to just get colored nails, and they gave me LCN nails which cost $20-$30.00 more than the regular gels. I would have been fine paying that price but then the job was extremely sloppy, I pointed out a few things to the woman while she was working on them and she just ignored more. My nails are now bumpy, there is dirt under one of the nails. Terrible service, terrible prices! i wouldnt have stayed if i wasnt meeting someone there who recommended the place. AWFUL!!!

Usual nail salon. Friendly staff. Gel Nails started coming off a week later which ripped off natural nails. Wont go there again.
