Do not waste your time. The company and people who work for it are trash. I have been chasing down 3 paychecks for two weeks and no one is helping me. No one returns calls, no one in the office can help because they dont handle that account. Super rude and unprofessional. They do not care if you get paid or not. Will be contacting the Better Business Bureau, city council, and the corporate office

Shenoah is the rudest, dishonest person you’ll ever meet! She Will not pay you on time and will ignore you and give you a very difficult time! She’ll give you payrolls number and payroll will tell you to contact her and the cycle never stops ! There’s nothing you can do but learn from my mistake and don’t work here!

This is an absolute waste of time. Lets break this up and start at the beginning! At the beginning of February 2021, I went in with the offer of $15.60 for a material Tester for CTDI in Fontana. I had low expectations. The sign up process was quick and rather easy, and i was in and out in a couple hours. At the end of the day, the recruiter on the phone and workers in the office promised me $15.60. Maria Tostada emails me my wage promise, shift, the address, and some basic info.First day of work is the next day and everything is pretty ok. Orientation was non wwwexistent and they threw me into the warehouse immediately, but luckily my station head was very kind and helped me learn the ropes easy peasy. The job is cake, i think CTD Is actually a pretty ok company.Well three days later, I get another email from Maria Tostada, the same woman who emailed me my start date information with a big fat $15.60 bolded on it saying that my wages we $14.00 the entire time. Something about company availability, but no one, not CTDI or Adecco communicated with me about this. I figured it out myself later. When I called her, i asked her what was up, she told me there was nothing she could do and closed my assignment.Adecco is basically another company that chews up and spits out temps with little regard for them. We are just money making machines to Adecco, and i was dumb enough to fall for it despite the warnings. This is your warning: Go work for Walmart, Mcdonalds, literally anywhere else and stay far away from Adecco. The worse company I have ever worked for. I worked at the CTDI warehouse. Adecco has an on site office at the warehouse. It was good at first. The girls were nice. There were 2 girls. Stephanie and Jessica. Stephanie got promoted and Michelle came and took her spot. It went all down hill from there. Michelle and Jessica were such drama. We got written up for everything. We can’t even talk. Even if it’s about work. They would write people up with out going in to detail why they were getting written up. I worked there for 4 months and had enough... I walked out. The week before I walked out I used my sick hours and they have yet to pay me for them! It’s been almost a month since I walked out. I would never come back to work for this company. It was a horrible experience. Get real professionals.

These people are very rude, even when you try to cooperate. Honestly, I don’t recommend anyone coming here, if you are urgently looking for work like myself, maybe another location may be helpful. Have a great day everyone 🙂, we deserve better than this.

Had a interview today at 9 am and they called me to tell me they had to cancel it due to no work. I drove all the way from Yucaipa to Rancho Cucamonga with little gas in my car hoping to get a job. They called me right when I arrived for my interview. Such a waste of gas for nothing. Im very mad. I will never apply to this company again or recommend them to anyone.

Never answer !Also you need to set up an appointment to talk to the people for work. If there is no work available they will just cancel your appointment. This agency should just close down. People don’t waste your time coming here.

Back in December of 2013 I called this place up in desperate need of work. They told me that because it was the holidays that they would contact me next month when work would be more readily available. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM UNTIL 2 months ago (it is Oct 2014) when I received a email about a possible job position that I could do. EXCEPT I HAD ALREAYD FOUND WORK WITH IN THAT ALMOST YEARS TIME OF NOT HEARING FROM THEMCRAPPY COMPANY DONT BOTHER WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU!

It is very hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. All numbers go straight to voicemail. Been waiting for my background to go through for 3 days now. Was scheduled to work today 8/5/2019 haven’t heard from anyone at Adecco as far as my location and who to report to.

Whats the point of a business if you cant seem too answer a phone? Its an hour past opening time and Im still getting the answering machine? I came too this company from a resume I posted on indeed, a few hours later I got told too go down fill out an app and sign all the stuff online and take the test, which I did then I was told they had work and I needed too get forklift certified so I did for the cherry picker like I was told, then a few days pass and shes filling out the job paperwork that was supposed too be in mira loma but she was trying too send me too crocs in Ontario instead and then told me not only did I need too be certified on the cherry picker but also the clamp, couldnt you have told me that the first time you sent me? This company is garbage, definitely needs the better business Bureau called on them

Very very unprofessional. I went Wednesday 2/13/2019 for an interview at 11 according to mya the program they use. I went there and they were okay at first. As it get closer to their lunch time they started to hurry my process up, they sent me home and told me to finish on my laptop. I did so, then after calling them, I left a voicemail. No response. I called Friday, Valerie said they had jobs for Sunday and Monday, I had to finish some paperwork they had to email me, I didnt received them, I went back and forth in the email, I still didnt receive them. I waited for the weekend and monday which was presidents day. I called back and no answer, I emailed her today and still no answer.She doesnt deserve her job, seriously so unprofessional!!

Do not waste your time and go to Crocs the white lady never fixed my punch IN been waiting for last weeks check and still nothing she dont even return calls nor do the people at addecco or every time I call they are rude even asked to speak to there manager and they say he is in a meeting or she is !!!! I live to far to be going up and down for there non sense !! And lack of doing there job correctly !!!! And if you go to Crocs good luck cause they dont train you properly but they want you to accomplish the task ? Some of the people get jealous of the way you work and its not a temp to hire !!! . This agency is horrible they short pay my mother more than once and she and they never paid her back. payroll with them is always a mess, so if you do end up here try getting direct deposit if you want your pay on time and keep on eye on the hrs youve woked so they dont short pay you. HORRIBLE AGENCY!!!!!

Unprofessional. They called me and left no voicemail. I call them back and they put me on hold to go and “check” on something then come back on the line and totally forgot all about my call. The worker then says that it was a miscall and hangs up. Very unprofessional. I did apply for this agency but her pride got in the way of hiring a potential employee. Terrible, Unhelpful, Unprofessional and Ahead of themselves. They assigned me at Bestbuy on a Friday to start for Saturday for standup forklift . Mind you the office is open Mon-Fri. So driving 35 minutes to the warehouse in Chino eager and willing to give 110% showing up 30 minutes early. I asked for the on site supervisor they said i will report to the mythical jennevieve i asked around no one knew of her or heard of her and looked at me crazy when i asked for her. Turns out she never even been to the facility. When we texted her she said it was a confusion and just to go home and come back tuesday after waiting about 3 hours in a lobby. So i said alright came back tuesday still no supervisor on site. But they let me in and said there is not lift position but i can do gerneral labor i said sure im here. They gave me a Rf scanner and said scan the parts and make sure its the right location. I did this for about a hour. Then i realised no one clocked me in so i was working off the clock which is pretty illegal. I asked since im not clocked in how do i clock in they said ask you supervisor in which she wasnt there at all. So i said man ima find out whats going on at the agency. I wauted for an answer for a hour in the Rancho Cucamonga office. Just to be sent home withill call and email you within the day, I said ok. I got nothing then wednesday comes. Its 2 in the afternoon so i decide to call i get Silvia she answered i asked if i may speak to Alison she said oh sure no worrys ill transfer you. She put me on mute and had me waiting for about 4 minutes. So i hung up and called back this time i got voice mail no ring? So i hung up and called gor a third time i heard the phone get picked up and then muted. So i realised how Unprofessional and unhelpful this Agency really is. If you are looking for emplyment i Recommend : BBSI, Snelling staffing, staffmark or honestly any other because there more Organized and actually answer there phone. Dont just take my word for it look at the stars and review difference. Never coming here again.

Broke my arm at work after i fell off a ladder,they treated be horribly through the whole process,the hospital treated me as if i was a criminal so did everyone at the company,i have metal pins holding my arm together now,i honestly recived no compensation for anything that happened
