Applied here, went in for an interview and set my availability days. They were still trying to make me work days I couldn’t, low pay, awfully far locations from home. No per diem pay for traveling far, and rude office workers. They instantly retaliated against me when I refused to work days i had written down on my application as NOT AVAILABLE. Workers deserve to be taken better care of. If you’re in a tight situation and need a temp job this is it, but I wouldn’t stay here long.

Beware of this agency they do not pay you, very unresponsive it’s been 3 weeks now and I have yet to receive my pay for a 1 day assignment they keep telling me they need to verify my hours they even called my recruiter luis to let him know that I would be doing general labor work and not forklift work he even knows I was there but yet they still need to verify smh.

I worked for this company in February of 2021. I work 30.85 hours total my first week. They sent me a check for $0.21. How can $15.50 per hour possibly leave me with a check for 21 cent. They are now 10 days late on my paycheck. I have a paycheck stub saying that a MANUAL CHECK for $391.75 was given out but I have not gotten any money from this company. I am not 2 weeks behind on RENT and ALL of my bills because they have not treated this situation as a priority. You guys will be hearing from my lawyer if I do not receive my money

I apply in one day and the very next day I was placed at a job the guy Jeremy was very easy going and very understanding of my situation he even offered to Uber me to me that speaks a lot of a agency other agencies wouldn’t do that But was pleased with there customer service and the girls where nice not like some other staffing agency s that they think that there better than you just because your looking for a job

I called Nick about a job ad he had on Indeed, and he was very helpful from the get go. He was very nice, and very helpful to say the least. He interviewed me the same day, gave me tips so id have a better chance, and got me an interview with the company very quickly. I’m to start working at the company less than three business days after the first call. Other agencies cannot match the friendly service and hospitality that Nick provides. You will feel like a priority from the first call.

While their personnel is professional at their Rancho Cucamonga branch location... They only do interviews after that theres a second interview with their clients. The clients are the ones that give you the job. A few other guys went in a few minutes earlier than myself. We finished applying after all was said and done. I get interviewed and says there is a few positions available that I applied for on their indeed posting. By the time they head out the door I am told that their positions are no longer available with said company and that other company may be able to place me with them but another interview is required. My time was wasted and so was my gas. I find it hard to believe that an agency has all their reviews as five stars. Maybe some are fake?

Ive decided to give workhorse personnel a 5-Star Review for more than just one reason. First off my first experience was with Jeremy over the phone he was very polite professional and attentive to my needs and wants as far as employment and literally less than 24 hrs. I was on my way to my fist interview and started that very next morning . Another plus was they tend to seek out employers looking for long-term hires not your average heres a check and we dont have anymore work for you (Which Id explained was more than a few of my past experiences) And also upon arriving to Workhorse personnel for the very first time to interview with Jeremy he was polite enough to ask me if Id had lunch yet and offered me a slice of pizza. From the first initial contact Nick was not only very professional but down to earth. I went to WorkHorse the next day met with Nick he then sent me to the company to interview me less then 30 mins later.
