I have been living at The Terra Vista Apartments for 7 years going on 8. I can’t say enough about the workers here from top management to the leasing department and yes maintenance. Everyone here is very cordialAnd willing to help. However, I enjoy the young lady Brianna who always has a smile on her face and willing to help. Everyone here is a special blessing however, Brianna with her beautiful smile and great work ethics is like the star on the Christmas tree.What a great team of workers who are always willing to help.Cheers to all the team players here at Terra Vista Apartments❤️

Brianna @ the Terra Vista apartment a amazing staff she is always smiling always in a good mood and she puts a smile on my face every time I see her. I have never seen her unless she is dong something positive to the community always working and always keeps the laundry room clean and tidy. She is a really handy women I saw her painting and I saw her with the water hose cleaning the dumpster. There is nothing she can’t do. To me she is a blessing to the Terra Vista community.

Been living here for three years and I have to say that I love this place. All the agents are great but Jasmine and Richard went above and beyond and helped me get my package and save the day. So thank you guys for being awesome and making my day!

I’ve been a resident at Terra Vista Apartments -Mountain View building I’m very happy with the staff/service here, Specially Brianna the groundskeeper. I’ve gone to the gym and I always end up bumping into her and she’s just the sweetest stuff I’ve ever met here. I hope other residents get to meet her because she always has a positive attitude. Thank you Brianna for all you do !

I want to thank Brianna, groundskeeper at the Sycamore portion of Terra Vista Apartments. She always kept the grounds clean and the laundry room too! It was always so clean when she was there working. The trash on playground and dog trash cans were always serviced. The pool area and jacuzzi areas were always kept free of trash and clutter. I’ve been a resident for over 3 years and each time I see Brianna, she has a smile on her face followed by a friendly wave. Whether picking up trash or painting outdoors in the hot California sun, she’s still smiling. She always appears hard at work and responds to new assignments with gusto. She is definitely an asset to Lewis Apts! Kudos Brianna!

I’ve lived here in this place for four years now and I like it. And I’ve known Brianna for long time she is a very nice person and friendly. She is a hardworking. She does her job very clean.

One of the best perks living at terra vista is the maintenance team. I’ve lived here for over 2 1/2 years and have had nothing but great experiences with them.The guys always address any issues promptly!! I was very impressed with Richard Hurtado in the leasing office today. I felt comfortable and welcome and at ease as I was looking to tour one of their properties. He was amazing in customer service, clarifying questions and knowledge with the property. I am very thankful for all his help today.

I have lived here for about 9 years and have always felt comfortable and glad to call Terra Vista apt my home; all the maintenance staff and office staff are always friendly and very helpful and the grounds are always kept up; its nice to use the washing machine facility that is kept up by people like Brianna who always has a cheerful attitude and cares about her responsibilities; a big thank you to all the staff😊

My husband and I was looking for apartments for months until I found terra Vista apartments I instantly fell in love with the floor plans so I gave them a call A very nice young woman April answered and told me about the availability I was able to fill out my application to rent online everything went so smooth I was moved in with the next month. April was so much help she answered all my questions she even went above an beyond for my service animals. I love it here so much

Jasmine gives amazing service! She has helped me multiple times at the office with issues I have had, and I could not be more happy with her service and the results. She great!

Just wanted to say thank you to the Terra Vista Apartments workers and also to a Brianna who has always been very pleasant and easy to talk to any time that I’ve had any other workers attention to request something or let them know about some thing they’ve always addressed it right away and that’s one of the reasons why I I like this particular place I’ve been here about a year and a half thank you very much and have a nice day

Ive been living here for close to 5 years. I love it! Management is very courteous and professional. They are very responsive to requests and concerns. Maintenance is also world-class! Its been the best apts Ive ever live at. Highly recommended.

I lived here for over a year and its very loud. People are always playing loud music outside and they literally rent to anyone here. Its a nice place to live, but its unfortunately ruined by noise and I noticed its been a problem with lot of hood people moving in. Also the laundry area is often badly managed its dirty, broken machines and maintenance isnt good keeping up with that. Its a beautiful place otherwise, but if you like a peaceful quiet place dont move here because too many people are loud outside and Lewis management isnt good with making sure its a quiet area for people to live in.

Just want to share with you all the experience that so far I had with David Olson at the Terra Vista Apartments. Im helping my parents with renting a 1x1 bath, since I have engaged with the leasing office David has been very professional, knowledgeable and helpful through the process. Although they dont have a unit available at this time, Ill definitely come back when something comes up available. The level of customer service provided by David really exemplify what caring for residents current and future is all about. Thank you David, Great Job!!!

Hey Brandon,I get it. I work in sales and I dont need to speak with you further. Businesses everywhere are making sacrifices due to the pandemic going on and personally I cant look back once over the last several months where I was rude to a customer or let them stand outside in the heat while I proceeded to look for a reason not to do my job.

Beware they will tell you your credit rating doesnt matter and yes theyll accept a co-signer. Theyll request each person pay a credit check fee plus an Application Fee. Even a disabled 18 year old girl will require a fee. If you are allergic to dogs or work from home evenings and dont want to live next to a large dog that barks continuously, they will tell you that they are not allowed to let you know if a dog lives next to an apartment you are applying for. Then theyll tell you you are not qualified to live there, and keep all the fees. Its a bait and switch technique. If you do not have all costs ready to hand them when you look at an apartment that is available, you will be rushed out the door. I hope they have to make amends to all the people they have scammed. April has worked there about 20 years and pretends she has no clue what credit scores theyll accept and which credit scores they wont. If youve had a life experience that affected your credit, have more legitimate income than what they require, and a co-signer, run, because they will get $145.00 from each person. Maybe the IRS should audit their records to see if they are even reporting these bonuses.

I have been living at the Terra Vista Apartments (Parkview Place Apartments) for 1 year and my car gets vandalized two times in the same week. It happened Near Terra Vista Parkway & Spruce. According to management this has never happened before. I asked management about having security cameras but, they are more worried about getting sued if someone happens to be record without permission. Looking to move soon as I dont feel safe or feel Lewis Management Corporation cares about this matter. I have lived in more urban areas in the past and I never had to deal with my car being Vandalized!

If you’re seeking an experience that involves building maintenance intruding into your personal space at inconvenient times, conflicting payment guidance from the home office and those on site, and having the office dictate to you how to utilize the space that YOU pay for then Terra Vista is for you. This experience is indicative of why I will NEVER seek to do apartment living again. Thanks for reminding me Terra Vista Apartments.
