I have been in the complex 2 months. Maintenance has been on point when needed. The staff is very responsive especially Spinelli. Everything has been pleasant thus far.

They really don’t care about you all they want is your money. If you have more than two cars parking is it gonna be an issue. You can’t find parking so you have to go around the complex every time you try to park for 30 minutes. The front desk contradict each other on policies. Everybody that works there is really really rude. If there’s something less than a one star I will give this place. I’ve lived through a lot of apartments my whole life and this is the worst I’ve ever had.

I just moved in and immediately regret it.Management constantly goes back on their word, very unprofessional and nothing gets resolved. I was even refused a number to corporate. This complex has to stopped being advertised as an “luxury apartment community” it is FAR from that. Extremely overpriced for what your getting, parking is a NIGHTMARE, and staff is helpful until you actually move in then they’re whole attitude changes. I would give 0 stars if I could... save yourself the headaches and hassle look elsewhere.

Worst customer service everrrrrr!!! Overpriced with no facilities or flexibility even for parking your own car!! They can simply tow your car or your guests car!! & the leasing office has the worst unprofessional rude ppl ever!! They don’t care for you or respect you as their resident, all they care for is your payment & that’s it!! I wish I never lived here, stay away from this community that’s my advise to you!

I lived in Jamboree for 2.5 years. The front office staff contradict each other on policies, especially when it comes to leaving the property most likely because they get new staff every couple months. They repaint every time a tenant moves out, but what they don’t tell you is that it comes out of your security deposit. I requested touch up paint and the maintenance staff said we’d be charged for professional painters to come repaint the whole apartment regardless of my willing to do it myself. The paint peeled on the cement floor from driving my car in and out of the garage, but somehow this is not normal wear and I am responsible for the “damage”. I was told the carpet on the stairs would need to be replaced and I would have to pay for that. In my opinion dirty carpet on stairs that lead to the main living area after a year of people LIVING in an apartment would entail normal wear and tear- especially carpet that was not new to begin with. The only staff members that are kind and helpful are Erick from maintenance and the janitorial staff. Yes, the grounds are kept beautiful but you pay a high price for that and they will get you on the back end when you move out. If you are considering moving to Jamboree be prepared for a parking nightmare if you own more than 1 vehicle, rude staff in the front office and to say goodbye to your security deposit when you move out even if you clean the place like crazy. Oh and they raise rent by about $100/ year regardless of on time payments and good tenants. They are already on the high end of apartments in the area so if you like moving often, and throwing your money away MOVE THERE!! You’ll regret it just like me.

I am blessed to have found this apartment community for my family. Its well kept, noise free, family oriented, and safe. It is conveniently located near all major shopping centers and freeways. They have tons of fun activities and events for all. Most are free! I feel like I live on a resort. I rarely have to leave!

In October 2017 it will be 1 year that I have lived here. I love the town homes! remodeled, they keep the community very clean. If you ever need Maintenance they are very quick . the entire staff are very nice and professional Lauren, Erika, Vanessa. The entire maintenance staff as well. They do events all the time which are very fun. no complaints here. I personally believe the people that complain about this community either dont follow the rules or just complain about everything.

Overall, we have really enjoyed our experience here. The grounds and facilities are very well kept. The pool and outdoor living space are always clean and rarely busy.Weve had very few issues in the three years weve lived here. When we have had problems, the office staff was quick to help. The maintenance staff is AWESOME! They are all very helpful and courteous.Lewis Operating Corp offers many activities for their communities, and Jamboree is no exception. I would say parking is the only downside of living here. We did end up with a detached garage, so it really hasnt effected our life, too much.

Ive lived in the Jamboree apartments for about 5 months, and overall have lived in Lewis Properties for well over a year. The property is very clean, well maintained and the office staff are available and always willing to help. In my time at Jamboree I have seen nothing but the utmost professionalism from all the staff Ive encountered. From the front desk staff (Michael & Heather) to the maintenance crew we have been treated extremely well, they have been very attentive to our needs regarding maintenance and other issues. Work orders are completed extremely quick and they go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Eric is an outstanding employee of the complex who provides exceptional customer service on top of excellent maintenance assistance. He is always waving to us, talking to my children to see how they are doing and is an overall really friendly person. I highly recommend Jamboree, and any other complex operated by Lewis Properties!!

Jamboree is one of the best communities i was really impressed when i just entered... It is very quiet, very very clean,,, the pool is amazing... The staff is super whenever i ask for anything they do it... On urgent stuff they r never late as i had my dish washer broken, although they were busy that day and have a lot of work orders they sent me one of the maintenance within an hour.,. Simply everything is wonderful

Only gave one star because I had to! Boo, wanted to give them a negative!! I very much strongly dislike living here!!! The management is just the absolute WORST!!!!! Totally overpriced!!!! They are all so very rude, arrogant and act like you are a complete inconvenience all the time. I have to go to the office like three different times because it takes three different people looking for my parcel package in order to find it. They are lazy!!!! The maintenance is the absolute BEST; they all are kind, caring, helpful and execute they job marvelously!!!! The homes and grounds are nice, quiet and safe; however, for us it is just not worth the irritation and utter rudeness!!

The grounds are beautiful. The apartments are nice. There was one point we had a sudden and drastic reduction in income and the fees to transfer to an apartment on the same property were reasonable. There are two pools, a modest workout room.The main reason for my low score is the front office. I feel like communication to employees may be lacking. We are often told different things by different office members. When weve tried to discuss problems or discrepancies they blow us off. In one instance this led to a costly mishap on my part. I Ive had eyes rolled at me by more than one front office member.Other complaints I have include:-We went to renew our lease and they told us no because they wanted to remodel. They were difficult to work with in the transition to another unit of the same floor-plan, a similar floor-plan was not acceptable to them.-I tried to meet with maintenance early upon moving out to learn what I had to do to get my security deposit. They missed appointments and werent clear with us on expectations.-Our air conditioner was broken more days than not for about 3 weeks at on one occasion.-The large glass closet doors are temperamental and coming off the tracks often. They worked better at our first apartment but rarely if ever at our second apartment and my kids couldnt open them.-Parking is a real challenge for your second vehicle. There are no assigned spaces and there is not enough parking spots for everyone.- We doorbell ditched at least weekly at each unit we lived in.-Teenagers hang out at the playgrounds and loudly use profanity.-The office space for residents to use was not working about half the times i went to use it.

Great community to live in. Well maintained and clean . Family oriented . Management is very friendly and maintenance is so wonderful. Great amenities. Located by all shopping centers and malls. We feel like we are in a very peaceful environment. I love the spacious closets and bathrooms. I seen this community once and instantly ft at home. Maintenance really knows how to take care of residents. They call you and make sure e everything you request is taken care of, I was very impressed. I love having g a detached garage and a nice spacious patio ! Jamboree is a great place to live !

When leasing an a townhome it is important to me ensure that everything in the home continues to work in proper order. This property has an exceptional maintenance staff. I would want to especially thank Eric, maintenance staff member. He is always cheerful and true to his word when performing maintenance requests, I especially value people of integrity like him. Ive been living in these apartments for a little over a year and we really love them!The apartments are nice and well sound proofed. We almost never hear neighbors at all. The pool and on site gym are both kept clean and are typically not busy. The staff is very polite, both office and maintenance. Anytime a maintenance issue has come up, theyve fixed it very quickly and to our satisfaction.My big complaint would be the parking. It can be very difficult to find a parking spot. However, you can rent an additional garage to keep your 2nd car in. They are not very expensive and seem to be available pretty often.

I had my car towed with no warning. They did not send an email, a text, a letter, anything to inform me that my vehicle would be towed. They also stopped sending notifications as to when my parking pass expired.I went to the office to gather any information I could, and during that time VANESSA RAAD began calling me crazy and stated that she did not have to deal with crazy people. What was the craziness that I am speaking of, on January 13th she said that they sometimes cited vehicles without placing a warning on them. When I asked how would the owner know she stated that they ALWAYS send an​ email and/or a letter. That conversation was documented​ in an email​​​ because I wanted to make sure that neither myself​ or my friends, had these ghost citations​.When I brought up that conversation today all of a sudden I was crazy and she no longer wanted to speak. I tried to talk to her, but when she called me crazy for the fifth time, I began to record. She then said that asked for the police to be called on me, ​because​e I was recording. When I informed her that there was no law against me doing that, she then pulled out her cell phone and began recording​ me.I have never, in my life, been treated with such​ unprofessionalism​.

Jamboree apartments illegally towed my car without notice and refuses to talk with my family about the incident. Management here is crooked, and so unprofessional. This is a terrible place to live!

Dont go near this company. The worst service you can imagine, construction noises, NO PARKING and they treat you like youre just a number! The regional manager is the worst, no idea how she got the job. I lived for for about 7 months. Both positive and negative aspects. However, the negative outweigh the positive.1. Overpriced for what you get. When you pay $2k+, you would expect to have better parking and flexibility for what you pay for. For example, you HAVE to be able to park your car in your garage. You cannot store items in there.2. If you have a garage you cannot park in the regular stalls. No exceptions. They will ticket you and even tow you if you are parked outside.3. The business manager treats you like a number . When I loved out I was given a date by the front desk, and a final total to pay. When I get my deposit back I am charged with Lost Rent, becasue the day was 2 days shy of 30. I WAS GIVEN THAT INFORMATION BY THEM. I PAID WHAT WAS TOLD TO ME I HAD TO PAY. And now you want to charge me more becasue YOU made the mistake? NOPE! I have never been treated like just a number by any other complex. They paint a great story when trying to get you to sign, then you get all the rules of the complex.4. The ONLY thing I have good to say about this complex is the maintenance staff. They are extremely helpful and courteous. They got all requests completed on time, and were very friendly.In short, dont waste your time here. You can get more value for your money elsewhere. Especially if you have more then 1 car and items from a garage you need to store outside of your home, or if you want to have visitors over to your new home.

The Jamboree Apartments in Rancho Cucamonga, are amazing! The staff is courteous and helpful. The apartments are spacious, and well kept. A must see.

The apartment complex is decent pretty expensive for a apartment but you get what you pay for. Maintenance sucks they take days to respond and fix the issue! but my worst complain is the office staff Michelle the manager is the rudest women I have ever met! She comes off extremely rude and doesnt show any respect to the tenants. She is not helpful at all I cant even believe she has not been fired! I am not one to leave reviews but I thought I would do it and hope top management reads this. On the other hand Saba is such a sweetheart and mike is very helpful!

Dont go near this place. They treat the residents like the were just a number. There is no parking, construction noises all day and the managers: berny and sarah medrin are so incompetent. I hate this place and will continue writing my opinions anywhere possible until they apologize! BEWARE!!
