Not only am I in a beautiful location but the complex and staff make it easy to call it home. Leasing consultant Vincent at Creekside had a lot of patience with me with all the questions I had. Vincent’s enthusiasm and good energy matched his professionalism and ability to make things happen for our family. Thank you! I value safety and an environment that allows myself and children to have fun and thrive . Creekside meets my expectations. The valet trash pick up as well as convenient in home washer and dryer make my life easier. It’s the little things right!? The stainless steel appliances and white cabinetry make the kitchen look so elegant. Extra safety gives me a peace of mind with the gated community. The covered parking structure is nice; I can see my car through my dining window. Almost forgot, I also have a storage cabinet in my parking space which I was able to fit all our extras. I love how family friendly it is, always seeing families enjoying the pools,BBQ, and fire pit. Between a full time job, kids, and errands, we all know what it’s like to want to be able to have some “me” time. This is why I love my private entrance with a sliding glass door to the patio from my master bedroom. The patio is covered and a huge size; I love it! Also love the fact that the on site gym is literally steps away. You also don’t have to go far to enjoy nature. Taking just a few steps and being able to see the waterfall and creek with all the trees right outside my door is awesome. The serenity of the complex is sincerely beautiful. I like the fact that we are only a few miles away from the Thoroughbred lights during Christmas and the festive created Halloween houses during October . So nice to only be 30-45 minutes away from plenty of beaches during the summer and same travel distance to the snow in the mountains during the winter . Another perk is the beautiful parks and hiking trails during the spring and fall. The parks and trails are everywhere and all well kept. A sincere thanks to Creekside staff for helping us settle in with ease and continuing to go above and beyond to meet our family’s needs.

I lived here for 2 years never had an issue with them. The customer service is amazing and Vincent is awesome! He is very helpful and very understanding. During The pandemic they would call just to check up on you. Never had a problem with them. The apartments are beautiful and it is very quiet beside the soothing sound of the creek of course. Highly recommend living here.

Horrible experience! it was great when we had just moved in, but the bathroom always flooded etc. the management changed and was super rude, unhelping. the people upstairs constantly yelled and stomped, loudly but they did nothing about it. they do anything to get more money, using a forced take out the trash system, even if you dont use it they force you to pay. dont live this until the management changes

Creekside is a beautiful apartment complex! The pool is great and gym is awesome! All the tall tress makes you feel like youre living in the mountains! I had no issues while living here and Im sad to leave. This was great starter apartment for me and I felt very safe here.

If youre looking for a great living experience this is where youll find it! Everything from the complex to the amazing staff will make your decision to move here a lot easier. I was helped by Isabelle and that was one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had! Ten out of ten would recommend these apartments to anyone.

Horrible management has taken over the property and neglects tenant needs. Their idea of solving problems is ignoring them. This has been the WORST property I have ever lived and management cares about nothing but taking your money each month. The property is becoming ghetto and run down. Last month there was a gun fight on the property. DO NOT LIVE HERE if you are looking for safety and security. Moving here was a MISTAKE that has brought nothing but TROUBLE and STRESS.

Creekside formerly known as Madison Park Alta Loma is a great place to live and raise a small family. The Office Staff & Management have always been very hands on and supportive over the years. Presently Vincent is the only remaining staff from the amazing team that has been here since I came 10yrs ago. He really does care about how the property appears and residents are satisfied and their safety & quality of living experience at Creekside is 1st.So far new Management Team & Professional Staff on grounds and in office gives the feel of home to our beautiful community here in The Rancho Cucamonga wilderness mountain area...Love Love Love my view of the mountains, modern amenities, security support, and beautifully maintained green life here..

This is great complex for many reasons,The Manager Monica along with her entire office and maintenance staff are always professional, friendly and there to help however needed. The grounds are always well maintained and any questions, concerns or problems that have ever come up have been handles quickly,efficiently and professionally. My thanks go out to the management and staff for making my time here as good as it has been!

I had a guest wait for me outside and someone from the office threatened to call the police on my guest because he would not give my unit number and name. See I don’t have a problem with that the problem I seem to have is he basically racially profiled the man and was actually quite rude and followed him around i am absolutely appalled by this and no longer feel comfortable in a place I have lived in for over two years! SO upsetting to see what nasty attitude the staff carried!

Pros:Overall my 3 year stay was good. They were fast to answer maintenance calls, the place was upkept well, and it had all the amenities. Good location, spacious apartments, gym and pool a plus. Respectful neighbors. They hosted community activities. Plenty of grills near the pools since you cant have your own grill. Manager Monica was able to answer my questions about my last bill for move out.Cons: yearly rent hikes (welcome to Cali). Not offered any apartment upgrades in those three years we resided there. The kids were out of control for a while but that tapered off.

Very very depressing when your forced to pay an extra 300 dollars a year for trash valet.My family and I stay here at these apartments and we tried to opt out of the trash valet because it seemed fishy that we can leave our trash on our front porch and someone would pick it up for 25$ a month. But of course a Mello-roo and we couldnt opt out of that service. Well I recently injured my foot and decided to use this service and leave my trash on the front porch. Of course the new rude manager comes knocking on my door and says this isnt allowed? But im paying 300 dollars a year for someone to pick up my trash not including the regular trash fee. She can make her rounds and tell people what theyre paying for isnt really what your getting.

Wouldnt recommend renting here. These folks are dishonest and do not communicate upon move out. They will rip you off at every turn.

New management not friendly ¬ good service at all with residents, They increase rent and services charge for me more than others resident.they dont clean all property.They care only to collect money as much as they can. Also mintinance not good at all,they dont have good experience, our air condition need to fix in one day maximum,it take over 10 days to fix it ., evry thing need Mintinance manager say this is not emergency, we stayed 2 days until some one came to check our air condition then he left said need to call the factory of the air conditioning, i said to manager we stay 2 days without air condition and my son sick she said yes this is not emergency, .evry thing need to fix big or small always she answer immediately this is not emergency she said she have many emergency .befor she came we call office, in the same day they fix any we need to fix it

We had 2 great years here. The office staff has been great to work with and care about the tenants.

My and family loves the office staff they are very friendly here and if we have any problems we know that they we be solved, also its a great place if you have a family or about too start a family

I lived here since February 2017 and I have been so happy with the apartment, staff, maintenance, and overall quality of living. Do not let the negative comments steer you away. Remember negative people are more inclined to write a review than a happy one. Sadly I have to move put due to my job. I will regret leaving.The apartment is quiet, safe, and clean. I can leave my door unlocked all day and not even worry about burglars. Theres a VIP trash service included with our rent. Just put trash Im your bin outside door and it will be collected for you. Amazing. Never had this perk ever.The whole complex is clean. The pools are amazing to use. I requested numerous maintenance requests throughout the year and received service quickly. I had an issue with my washing machine and they sent a technician to replace it immediately I was so happy I was not billed for anything. The washer and dryer inside my apartment is what I love most here.The staff in the office are all friendly polite and professional.This definitely is a high-end apartment with class that I have never experienced before.I recommend this place to all my friends and family and I wish I did not have to relocate I am definitely considering moving back here in the future.

Do not move here period. I moved out fully paid up and had someone professional clean my apartment. It was in perfect condition. Let alone they did not refund ANY of my deposit they are trying to charge me and additional $200 plus dollars.

Not impressed by living situation here. I have had more negative experiences than positive. Have lived here more than 2 years and spa at main pool has never worked (bubbles). Parking is terrible, never enough spaces if you come home in the evening. and generally poor service. They are, however, one of the more affordable apartments in the area.

If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication, incompetence, the worst management, FEES, increased rent, vandalism, auto theft, meth labs....this is the place for you!!! The list is endless, but hopefully the reader gets the point. This place has constant complaints and ONE STARS for legitimate reasons. Id rather sleep in a homeless HIV tuberculosis ridden dump than renew another lease in this total hell hole. A truly disgraceful place. Fees getting higher and increasing rent costs. The sale and use of drugs on the premises are becoming more prominent. I hope the way I expressed my DISSATISFACTION doesnt put you out too much, Cody!Now the latest fess are going to be added to your rent for receiving packages from a lock box. When will this disaster of a business learn!Counting the final days lleft for my lease to end so I can finally leave this total dump. Also, future residents beware! Management is *extremely* greedy and will nickel and dime you for everything. Did you hang up a picture? Did you actually walk on your floors? Well, itll cost you. The materials theyve used to construct the buildings are very flimsy so actually living in your apartment means that youll be damaging it.My windows leaked in the winter and the apartment was SWELTERING in the summer. If its 76 degrees outside, expect it to me at least 10 degrees warmer in your apartment. It also depends on where you face but regardless, your electric bills will be insane because youll always have the heat or the air on. If you decide to open a window, then all of your neighbors will know as it will create a wind tunnel effect. Every single one of my neighbors moved out and didnt renew their lease. Too many fees, too many inflexible rules, and too many issues when youre paying a good amount in rent, utilities, and amenities. The ONE positive is the staff-the maintenance team, They are great--very kind, courteous but even THEY even complain about management. Whats the expression about putting lipstick on a pig? New front office and new gym equipment is supposed to boost residents feeling about this dump? think again!!- Amenities: they look great when you tour the building, but in reality:the pool:- is very shallow and short, you cant swim laps.- are too small for the buildings- lacks adequate seating/maintenance, look for the layer of scum floating on the top of the water.- can be quite annoying with all the kids, during busy times in the summer.Apartment Paint: seems to chip at the most minor bumps. I have a feeling the building is going to try and capitalize on this from the security deposit, from reading other recent 1 star reviews.All the residents complain about it. Management is awful and harasses its residents about the stupidest pettiest things. Check out YELP too!Re: Dont you love the insincere canned-copy vomited response from the useless creekside management ! Try and preserve what little creditability you have left, and refrain from replying with such meaningless words!

I wouldn’t reccomend moving into these apartments.. My lease had recently ended with them and I canceled out my auto pay and they still had the nerve to charge my account 1750. I tried getting into contact with corporate and I left messages with 2 different individuals and they never got back to me. I called to talk to the manager Leonecia and she was supposedly on lunch. I left a message with the front office assistant for the manager to return my call she never did. I had to call the next day in order to see if she got my message. I finally got in contact with her. She was very rude she basically said she did get my call back but didn’t feel the need to call me back and that she ran a business and had other important things to get done?? Can you believe this women they take 1750 from my account and she is saying that my issue isn’t important. Why is she a manager ??? Basically I have to wait almost a month to get my money back and they also overdrafted one of my accounts. These people don’t really care about their tenants and they just take your money and blame the tenant. Be careful don’t set up auto pay at all with these people !!!

Looks nice but me and my fiance had an appointment to view there 1 bedroom and they werent even in the office. Also they had another appointment waiting for them aswell for the one bedroom. Very unprofessional conduct and just rude. They never showed we ended up leaving. This just shows how they would be if we were real tenants.Look on yelp other complaints from real tenants. Hope it helps.

Cant get ahold of anyone.

In the last month Ive noticed a large fall in customer service. Only one person in the office at a time Cody never in office, phone calls going to Voicemail. The Apartment has decided to Renovate the property and decided to close ALL Landry rooms. (total of 3) whos Idea it was to close all of them at once... not smart. The BBQs do not work or out of propane. The one at Maintenance shack Igniter not working, at Club House out of propane and igniter not working the second one at club house Knobs do not work and Igniter not working. The Jacuzzis need to be resurfaced. When your lease is up rent for your apartment is moved up higher than new Tenants that are just moving in they have done this 2 years in a row. The bridge over the waterfall is warped and the wood has come from the studs but the only put rocks down to try and push the wood back down. They updated Landscaping by putting in shrubs and Christmas trees. The Dog park only has a single gate so if someone comes in your dog can get out not a 2 gate system. Maintenance can not give you a time frame of when they will come to your apartment the just ask for permission to enter because they are understaffed.

The officer are bad and they are not friendly.

Ive been in Rancho Cucamonga/ alta loma for almost all my life, ive stayed in hotels, condos apartments etc. This is the rudest most unprofessional management staff ive ever encountered.. the rent is way too high and all the appliances are from the 80s.. they only select a few to upgrade and modify.. mold infested, corrosion, as well as a horrible water system which includes the pipes and underground systems that are rooted by tree roots that cause interference like back up..its not a community where elderly people have no complete safety. My grandmother had someone that lived in her unit before she occupied it that tried to enter on multiple occasions. Jasmine the assistant is a racist who targets people by ethnicity..

They are rude in the office and it takes a long time to for them to fix anything
