When we retired 6 years ago and moved to FountainGlen at Terra Vista in Rancho Cucamonga. This was suppose to be a temporary move, however, we were liking FountainGlen more & more. The grounds were well designed with lots of greenery and trees, Management was very pleasant, always ready to be of assistance, and well dressed. The Maintenance staff are very professional. The management are wonderful and they do not judge you when you communicate with them in terms of late rent! As long as you let them know and allow them to work you, you can rest assured they will work with you! They are the reason that I never thought in a million years that I would be living in beautiful Rancho Cucamonga and Im grateful to the entire management for allowing me resident here!

I so enjoyed living in this community! It always felt very safe, clean and well maintained which was extremely important to me. It’s a gated complex, with a security patrol at night, and access is limited to residents. The grounds were very well maintained, the landscaping is lush, and the pool area is beautiful. The Maintenance Staff is very quick to respond to any maintenance requests, and does all of the maintenance work inside and out thoroughly, professionally and timely. There is access to maintenance staff 24 hours a day for any emergencies.The office staff is excellent! Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly-a great team! The Manager ensures that any information for residents is communicated quickly, efficiently and proactively. They organize activities weekly and monthly for residents, which is a very nice way to meet neighbors and socialize.Overall, this is a very nice, quiet, excellently maintained complex inside and out, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a 55+ apartment. I would have lived there for many more years, but after I retired, I wanted to be closer to my children.Thank you so much to all of the staff for making my stay such a pleasant, positive and enjoyable experience!

I have lived here for 3 years and I am very happy here. The people here are very nice, they go out of their way to make you feel happy and welcome. They have a fun filled calendar and there is always something that I can enjoy doing. And the location is very near to Shopping Mall, Markets, and Parks.It’s just a nice place to call home!

I love living here. I have been a resident for 5 years and my experience has been great., The office staff and the maintenance staff are excellent. The maintenance staff responds to work orders right away. The office staff is very nice and will answer questions right away and if you have any issues they will take care of it on a timely manner.I would recommend this community to any one. Wanted to commend the staff here as they are just amazing. I have been treated very very well since moving in 2 years ago .....I had an experience with a bird 🐦 that had made himself at home in my apartment; and they came to the rescue. They are extremely professional and courteous. The service request is always done as soon as possible and done well ...... I love living here everything is kept up clean neat and well organized. Young man that helped me with the bird Andrea’s is so amazing and I appreciated his help tremendously

I have been living here at Fountain Glen for three and half years. I am happy here I have met some great peoples we are like extended family. I feel safe, when I see any issue that may comprise our safety I will report it to the officeo or night pateol they get right on it. The office staff are friendly and always helpful when I go into the office to put in a work order and just to say hello. The rent here compared to other apartments in this area is within reason.

I was a past employee, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community. It’s a beautiful community with amazing amenities with events each month! The staff are very attentive and are very knowledgeable. If you are looking for a senior community this place is for you!

Had to move out within a month after moving into do to a BED BUG infestation without any help from the worthless management, deposit money, moving cost twice, dry cleaning and my own washing everything i owned. They put on a great show when your a possible new tenet but once move in they treat you like your a child. This place needs new management and to inform its new tenets of this infestation and what there doing to control it. I spoke with other tenets prior to moving and they had no idea what was going on even after seeing Hugh heaters being rolled in and out of various units.DONT MOVE THERE YOU WILL BE SORRY

Fountainglen is a place uou would want to be.the managrment is just on top of of everthing. With very coope rsyive staff to excellent msintence. The maintenance dupervisor. Matt holmes snd technicisn andres lopez are two persons pleasant to dealwith. We had 2 oppurtunities dealing with andres lopez. Hes thoroughly professional.and dependable,yet friendly.he knows his line snd does it efficiently.

Would NOT recommend to anyone. 1st day got attacked by someone wanted to park in our assigned parking space. Man verbally, almost attacking me by my car because i had an e-cig in my hand. Fourth month had my apartment broken into at 5am. Then 8th month had a dead possum on my door step. Management is nice to your face, but watch out. They do not keep there word. Treat you like your children. They had one lady shaking so bad in the office and all she needed was her garage to open. Said she had to wait. There is no parking there. Moved out because I did not feel safe. Saw them laughing in bosses office. Shame on this place.

On our recent visit to Fountain Glen at Terra Vista we found the assistant manager Laurie De La Cruz knowledgeable and extremely helpful with our decision to move to this senior living apartment complex. The location is perfect. The rooms and facially are clean and there are plenty of amenities to keep us busy.

I’ve lived in this community now for 6 years and I have been extremely satisfied with the overall experiences,services,security,activities (NOT ALL) but you can’t please everyone all the time,that’s just facts.However on a personal level Fountainglen @Terra Vista,have changed my life completely and it was here I met my beautiful future wife. The fact that we both love this area and community we have decided to stay and live here at Fountainglen Terra Vista.We both decided to go and speak to the management team, ( Laura and Chrissy). They immediately put their heads together and went to work without any hesitation on helping us with the necessary steps and procedures and made us feel very welcome again and we decided to stay at Fountainglen Terra Vista.We want to highly commend them both for their professionalism in customer service and skills on their jobs.Thank you, again,Laura and Chissy, keep up the great work...!!!And as they say “ TILL DEATH KEEEP US APART” :) :)Nelson& Di

This place is a joke. They make tenants feel like they are children (not all over 55 are senile) its actually quite insulting! Management is fake they present professionalism but lack it.#1 Rebecca is the Assistant Manager Ugly is what Ill call her! She thinks shes something. Shes nothing typical lousy management that wishes she was something more. Not on top of her paperwork or numbers putting notices on doors for HER/OFFICE mistakes. I recall her saying she cant discuss my fathers rental anything, but also called ME when there was an issue regarding it? Strange but when she doesnt want to discuss she cant?? Ridiculous. If I owned this building Id definitely get rid of her. Shes a definite liability. They harass their tenants. I can only imagine how they treat the elderly that are actually senile.I wont allow my father to be disrupted over lousy management that thinks hes just some old guy that lives there . REMEMBER YOU WORK FOR HIM. HE CAN LIVE ANYWHERE HE WANTS. HIS RENT MONEY PAYS FOR YOUR PAYCHECK! DONT GET IT TWISTED. START TREATING YOUR TENANTS WITH CONSIDERATION. WITHOUT THEM YOU DONT HAVE A JOB!

Very bad experience. few extra parking places. cell phone didn[t work in the unit; had to step outside to send/receive calls. no security cameras to speak of. no on -street parking. reports of things being stole. section 8 tenants. staff was not very friendly.

Pretty new property, looks very nice.
