So glad to see the tall quiet kid back. I asked where he had been and he said he was managing the Triangle store and wasnt sure if he was back at Crabtree or not. I hope he is, hes my favorite salesperson for taking care of my batteries. Triangle is more of a hike for me and Id rather go to a jewelry store than all the way over there.

Dont buy a watch from here. My watch came with a 1 year warranty. It started getting water inside somehow. Its water resistant up to 100feet. Long story short they wouldnt fix it so I wont be back.

Purchased a replacement watch band for a Kare Spade watch. Very quick service and a reasonable price as well.

No one at counter to help. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come back. Computer was on with employees showing to be clocked in but no note left saying when they will return.

The manager on duty today at the Crabtree Valley Mall store knows absolutely nothing about a timepiece.She tried to sell herself as an Invicta authorized representative, which is completely not true.This is a watch store to avoid.

They charge 24.99 to replace the battery. The guy was nice though. He took the payment and asked me to wait while he worked on my watch. After 10 mins he said the watch is ready and I checked it and the back cover came off. He worked on it again and this time it didnt come off. In my opinion, 24.99 is a ripoff when you can walk to Baileys and get it replaced for free. He gave me a $5 discount though. The watchmaker didnot know how to reset the watch. I have tried the manual and checked on internet and not able to reset the chrono hand back to the reset position. Anyways, I will not use this place to get the watch batteries replaced.
