Bobby at Traditional Jewelers is amazing. I took him a few antique rings and diamonds and he combined them to create a beautiful, custom engagement ring. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout the whole experience going above and beyond in his customer service.

These gentlemen do fabulous work! I took my engagement ring in to be resized and fixed because the crown of the Claddagh was catching on my clothing. Bobby worked with me to make sure I took home a ring I loved! Very appreciative of their patience and attention to detail! They are great!

I so much appreciate honesty when dealing with someone like a Jeweler. Two friends recommended Traditional Jewelers when my watch stopped. Bailys had taken a 10-second look at it and said, needs a new movement - ~$250. Bobby at Traditional asked to try giving it a good cleaning / battery seating and let it ride around the watch Ferris Wheel for a week to see if that would take care of it. Two weeks in, and it did thus far. Even if they have to replace the movement, at least they dug in and tried. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Excellent customer service, they go above and beyond. They have a great selection of jewelry and they make beautiful pieces; they are true artists. Very reasonably priced for the quality of goods that they offer. I would recommend them for any and all jewelry needs.

I have gone to Traditional Jewelers for small things, and they are always super helpful and reasonable. Recently I needed spring bars for a watch, and while I could order them for online for $2 including postage, I wanted to buy them locally. I called 5 stores and everyone wanted $5-15 per spring bar! I went into the Traditional and as always, left a happy customer, and was charged $2.If you are looking for an honest jeweler, then look no further.

Recently I had my husbands wedding band repaired by Traditional Jewelers as a Christmas present. The ring had many scratches and so much wear from all its years of being worn. It had also cracked completely in two from a faulty sizing job done early on in our marriage. Although they had so many requests to complete by Christmas Traditional Jewelers made a point to finish the band before Christmas. When I took my husbands ring from the beautiful velvet pouch to inspect the work, I stood in quiet awe. The awe that comes to you when you view a masterpiece in a museum or a natural wonder. The craftsmanship was impeccable. The band gleamed with a flawless high sheen that I had not seen even on the day of purchase so long ago. There was no visible trace of a crack or repair. If I had been presented that band not knowing where it came from I would have never guessed it was my husbands old band. It looked better than something new we could have purchased. It is truly a work of art and labor of great training and attention to detail. If Mr. Godfrey had been born during the days of Salomon there is no doubt in my mind he would have been chosen to rebuild the temple in all its splendor. This business is of the finest caliber. They are honorable. They listen. They care for their customers and fulfill requests with grace, kindness, and tremendous skill. I could not imagine going anywhere else after finding them. A true and rare business with heart.

A rivet on my watch band broke. The chain stores all wanted to mail it off before theyd even give me a quote. Im so glad I decided to try stopping by Traditional Jewelers, because they were able to fix it in 10 minutes for a very reasonable price! Ill be back the next time I need something repaired.
