My car got stuck in a shopping center near my house, I did call AAA but unfortunately I spent 5 hours waiting and no one showed up, eventually they called me saying we need another day to come as we dont have truck in route. So I called Raleigh Towing and Roadside Assistance and they came within 13 minutes and put my car at my home. Excellent service. Highly recommended.

I was stranded on the freeway during rush hour. Ron arrived on time and got my car to the shop safe and sound! The truck I rode in was surprisingly clean as well. Will definitely be calling this company next time if have trouble!

When my daughter was stranded in a dark parking lot near the beach going on midnight I went to meet her and tried to boost the car. It wouldnt start so I called Raleigh Towing and Roadside Assistance. I have never had to use a towing service before but I have seen their trucks on the road. True to their word, the truck was there quickly and Jason was amazing. My daughter and I went home and Jason sent a text once the car was dropped off at the service center.

Service was exceptional!Hamilton the tow truck driver was extremely competent and skilled at his job. It was a difficult task hoisting our Porsche 911 from the tight underground garage it was parked in to transport it to our dealership. It was a time consuming job, but he took every care in hooking up and hoisting the car and getting it out of the garage. I would highly recommend Hamilton should you need to have your car towed. Called for a tow and no one picked up, within 15 seconds they called back. Guy on the phone was super straightforward and quoted me a price, around north fremont/union city area to auto mall parkway was 115$. Showed up in 45 minutes and the driver was super nice and everything was taken care of easily.
