Justin Holmes was AMAZING!! I was leaving quite early for a busy, demanding day and accidentally tripped a lock button when closing a passenger door. My keys and my only spare key were inside. Justin arrived quickly, but this lock out proved to be his most challenging, ever. Nothing in his usual bag of tricks worked. And did he ever try. It was no small feat to hook the sliver of a key ring that hooked on a shoulder bag, but barely visible inside a zipped pocket!! Justin singled out the key from a full jumble, then pulled it through the weather stripping without damaging the lining. He kept cool and calm when other techs would understandably have given up. Justin saved my weekend (and my window glass.) I cant recommend this pleasant young man, or Holmes Roadside Assistance, enough. THANK YOU, JUSTIN!! You are extremely talented and resourceful.

My car battery stopped working this afternoon. I had not driven the car for a day and a half. The back door was not fully closed for that length of time and indicator lights on the dashboard uses battery power to alert you to close the door which caused the battery to stop working. I found Holmes Roadside Assistance online and contacted Marcus. He was working and talked with me at the same time. He said he could be at my home in about 25-30 minutes. He arrived within that time, used a diagnostic tool on my battery and got it running in seconds. Im very pleased with Marcus and his company. He is better than AAA. This is a good and reputable business. Please advertise it to your friends, family, acquaintances, Facebook and your media outlets. I know I will. Thank you Marcus!

I called AAA this afternoon for a dead battery service. They sent over a technician from Holmes Roadside Assistance. The technician arrived earlier than the estimated arrival time AAA gave me. He was speedy and professional. He jumpstarted my car and also changed my battery since it was due time for a new one. The entire service took less than 30 minutes! He also offered suggestions on how to prevent battery drainage for cars that are rarely driven like mine. Outstanding service!!!

I called AAA for service and the technician arrived for my service and had my vehicle unlocked BEFORE I had time to check my messages to see When he would arrive... Holmes Roadside Assistance is great! He was about to ring my doorbell when I was about to go outside, very professional and better than on time. Woke up to a rim-to-rubber flat tire in our garage at the top of the ridiculously steep hill we live on. (I mean, I’ve seen trucks bottom out on this incline...) To make matters worse the flat was on the garage wall side leaving little room for access.Apparently none of this was a match for Marcus from Holmes Roadside Assistance! Yesterday 8/25/20 I was at the gas station filling my tire with air, Mr. Holmes approached me and asked if I had a slow leak and I told him yes there was a nail in my tire. He offered to plug my tire for me. I was running late to my dr. appt so I asked how long it would take he told me not long. In about 5 minutes he removed the nail, plugged the tire and put air in it! I was definitely in the right place at the right time. Mr. Holmes was very professional I will be using his services again!

Came out of the house and had a flat. AAA sent out Holmes Roadside Assistance and Marcus Holmes, the owner, went above and beyond the call of duty. AAA has sent Holmes Roadside Assistance out to us twice recently due to flat tires Both times times it has been due to a nail or screw in our tires. Marcus who is the owner has arrived quickly and has plugged the hole and has had our cars good to go in less than 10 minutes! I highly recommend them!

Holmes Roadside Assistance was sent to assist my daughter via AAA with a lockout. The service was quick and the technician Marcus presented very friendly. I will definiltey keep this company in mind.

Classic Monday morning - dead battery. Called AAA for replacement. He arrived very quickly and were not so easy to find. He made sure it was the battery ( truck started with his battery pack) and in no time, I had a new AAA branded battery installed. Which was very important as my wifes van was at the dealer waiting for parts. Price was right too.

Showed up in 20 minutes fixed the problem and the price was fare

Incredible!! Mr. Holmes, while returning home off duty from a 20 hour day stopped to help my wife and I while we waited for another on duty AAA associate. He generously hopped out of his car, assessed the vehicle, and utilizing the latest technology was able to quickly get us back up and running. Beyond that he asked us some questions about the car instead of just leaving us, to determine if we might have further issues down the road. After satisfied we would be ok and this was a 1 time issue he got us on our way quick!I would highly recommend you call Mr Holmes if you find yourself in car trouble. I woke up to a flat tire yesterday morning, I googled “24hr roadside assistance “ and Mr.Holmes popped up, I gave him a call and he came to my rescue instantly... once he arrived he serviced my tire, but unfortunately it wasn’t able to be plugged ... Mr.Holmes then put my spare tire on that had a little wear and tear.. a while later my spare had went flat ... I then texted Mr.Holmes to let him know ... he replied promptly...he was so kind,, generous and caring, he offered to give me a ride to work the following morning so that he could have my tire fixed for me while I was at work... Mr.Holmes is a man of his word, he had my tire fixed in no time while I worked. If you’re ever in need of any Roadside assistance Mr.Holmes Is the man !
