Office Staff was very nice ! But guys who work in the field with the cars are very very rude. Even after paying $345 to get my car back after an accident they made sly comments, treated my car with no care when moving, and was not patient at all ! Really need to have better customer service, very bad experience and would rate less if possible.

This company has horrible employees and will not care for your property. They charged us $345 to tow our vehicle 6.2 miles during regular business hours. When we went to recover the vehicle the next day, the employees in the storage yard were rude and treated our property like junk. One employee had the audacity to place a lit cigar on the top of our vehicle and yelled at us when we needed assistance. He said “we were bothering him”. Outrageous.

Awesome experience and amazing customer service. Everyone from the woman I talked to on the phone to schedule the tow to the driver who came and towed me out were above and beyond what I expected. Will definitely use this company again for all of my towing needs.

The driver was Tim Baker and he worked carefully to push my car out of the garage and into a place where he could get it on the truck. Do not use this towing company. They had me waiting in the car for hours with a child. They don’t care about anything but your money. Use anybody else but them.

My car broke down and Ash came through to scoop me up and towed me to the mechanic. He was really fast getting there, and provided outstanding service. Very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

At 9am scheduled a tow for 4pm. No problem. 4:30 they no show so I call and THATS when they say we dont guarantee times and dont know how much longer. I CANCEL the request all together, THEN THEY COMMIT FRAUD AND CHARGE MY INSURANCE COMPANY for a completed job anyways. Ive notified the insurance company. Thieves!

After a little bit of confusion about my actual location, Mike found me. He did a good and thorough job of strapping my car to the dolly. He was very cognizant of the freeway traffic, and cars that stupidly didn’t move over into the far lane.The drive to the dealership was very cordial, and besides being responsible, Mike is a friendly guy.All in all, Raleigh Towing helped turn a bad situation into a tolerable one.

I am very pleased with Tim who transported me to the mechanic this morning after having some car troubles very efficient and professional.

Ive been having a reoccurring issue with my car not starting right away and finally needed to get it towed for service. Ryan from Raleigh Towing was very professional and had a very positive attitude that was reassuring. I usually hate having to deal with towing companies, but Raleigh Towing provided good, prompt service. I would call them if I ever needed another tow.

Wouldn’t let the tow a remote control Car of mine... Period horrible company and highly wouldn’t recommend anyone using they’re services because they’re always looking for ways to take your money with poor help. I was stuck in mud at work. So I called AAA and they didnt have a tow truck to come and get me out. So I called my insurance and they sent out a tow truck that got stuck in the mud. After waiting from 9am to 7pm when I called my insurance again and when your tow truck came the guy access the problem and within 15 minutes I was unstuck. Thank you

While driving back from a long road trip my car broke down and I was stranded. I came across Raleigh Towing and Recovery when doing a Google search. They responded very quickly to my call. They were very friendly and courteous. I have recommended them to my friends and would also highly recommend them to anyone who is need of assistance.

I ran out of gas in the late at night and in the middle of nowhere. When I called Raleigh Towing they were very polite, courteous, and professional even though it was so late. They were out with some gas very quickly and I was back on my way. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a company that is professional and that really cares about the safety and well being of its customers.

When you have to call for a tow, it usually means your day has taken a turn for the worse. Thankfully, despite having issue with my car, the guys from Raleigh Towing and Recovery quickly came to the rescue. And even went above the call of duty by helping me get to a car rental office so I could get another vehicle. Spreading the good karma!

They have my business for life. We called after midnight on a weekend and were relieved they were open and available (we found out that many “24 hour tow services” arent). The dispatcher was polite and prompt, and Tony showed up 20 minutes later. SUCH a nice guy. He was kind and professional and helped us out of a jam. Tony’s level of customer service is a rarity these days. Thanks, guys!

I cant thank these folks enough. I was in Raleigh from out of town over the weekend and had a serious car issue that left me stranded with my dog and several bags of stuff. Absolutely a joke of a business. Was towed for illegally parking on a curb (not painted / any indication this is not a proper parking spot) at 1503 E Whitaker Mill. I called to determine what was owed to retrieve my stolen car and was hung up on by the operator. After calling back, I was told it would cost $165. Once I arrived to the establishment, and paid $180 it was determined they did not have change and the new cost to get my car was $200. THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

Nobody wants their car to break down and have to be towed. However this company made the experience seamless thanks to their Dispatcher Rafaelle. If you want the same stress free and seemless experience as me be sure to call these guys and ask for him.

I was not a customer; however, I do feel the need to share my experience with this company. The owner almost ran my daughter and I off the road today. When I snapped a picture of his truck( unaware that he was the owner. I simply wanted to report unsafe driving )he yelled, waved his hands, and violently beat on his horn. When I called this company to report unsafe driving, the owner told me that it was my fault because “I needed to move out of the way for bigger vehicles” and that he “had his turn signal on”. No turn signal was on; he just decided to plow into the other lane with no warning. Even my 8 year old commented on his poor and erratic driving. Last I checked, just because you are in the bigger vehicle, that does not give you the right to “bully” smaller vehicles. He was pretty rude and yelled at me. Not exactly how you should treat people after almost running them over. Just to be clear, I was in the left hand turning lane, my light was green, he was in the right left hand turning lane and cut me off. I had to slam on my breaks, terrifying both myself and my daughter. The truck behind me almost plowed into the back of me. I feel sorry for his employees.. if this is how he treats the general public, I can only imagine how he treats people behind doors. I’d stay away.

My insurance had my car from a body shop to get repair they brought it to me and I had a 15 cut on my drivers door and the driver told me to deal with it

Definitely dissatisfied with this company and especially the worker in charge here. My car was involved in an accident. The adjustor came out, completed his job and told us we were allowed to clear out anything we needed. However, this company refused to allow us to do just that even after the adjustor called the towing company himself. We are now having to go back and forth just to try get belongings that we paid for...I dont understand why they are trying to make things more stressful out of an already difficult situation.

They are a ripoff for accidents. Got in a week on New Years Eve and they told me it was gonna cost $900+ just to get my personal items out of the vehicle. Which they refused to do at the scene. For some reason not letting me get my things other than my phone and wallet out of the vehicle. Yall are terrible and a ripoff. FYI to yall at Raleigh towing and recovery the car itself I bought for 900 so yall are wanting me to pay for it again yall are just trying to rip hard working Americans off while yall sit in a office and drive a truck a few times a day. Broke down Was called to pick up car by police when arrived car was not blocking road an I was not blocking trafficking I told office I had Verizon towing on-the-go way an gave arrival time then explain into the truck driver they still wanted to charge $125 then I asked them to take it to my house in Durham my dad would pay with his card over phone they refused to do that so I asked them to dropbox at my friends house they refused but still want charge me so they just wanted to make a quick buck cause the car was dropped off ten minutes down street an when I called off front desk person lied said they where manager then the owner gets phone is no help in explaining why it went the way it did all he could really say is when police call we just tow or you welcome come in an talk about it (an we on phone talking now) so beware an yes Iam call my lawyer just to make sure they did everything they were suppose to retake advantage of kids sad

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. I got into a car accident a few weeks ago and totaled my car with everything I owned in it. I did not have towing on my insurance which is my fault but this company has been nothing but rude and a major scam. The City of Raleigh needs to find a new towing company. I’ve never dealt with such rude unsympathetic greedy people. This company might be great if your car just broke down. But they are a total scam, can only pay cash and charged a fee if you pay with a card. Please get towing on your insurance because you will never want to deal with these people.

Driver with this company from Wake Forest to Ral via US 1 driving erratically and then proceeded to cut me off with no turn signal.Cut 3 other people off then was tailgating me to the point that all I could see was his chrome grill traveling at 65mph.Unacepable behavior from a so called pro. Break checking him only made him more aggresive to the point that he told me to follow him after words were exchanged at a stop light at US1 and Triangle Town Center.Called him in to the number on the side of the truck. Dispatcher said she would have the owner call me. We shall see.That driver needs to be fired on the spot.Need proof? I have dashcam video.

Worst customer experience ever from any business. Had car towed 4 miles, charged $300. I offered to prepay for service because I would be unavailable due to work meetings but they wouldn’t accept. They didn’t explain they keep your car until you pay (not an issue if allowed to prepay). Upon coming out of my meetings discovered they impounded my car and added $200 in charges. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
