I took my car to get painted. Mr. Price looked at my car and said your doesn’t need painting. He told me exactly what needed to be done to bring my paint job on my car back to its original state. He also recommended other businesses for other services that I needed done that he doesn’t do. He is very kind, professional and a man with incredible integrity. My ’09 Hyundai was minding its own business, sitting legally parked in front of my residence, when a neighbor backed into the left rear bumper. The neighbor’s insurance company made a reasonable settlement offer so I accepted it. Prior to the insurance company offer, I had taken the car to Jamie and he had already given me a great repair estimate. So I turned it over to Price’s to do the repairs. Price’s then did the repairs and even came in under the estimate! After Jamie and the crew at Price’s had worked their magic, the car looked better than it did before the damage occurred. Jamie was able to locate parts from a similar model year and color so that the paint color match was perfect. You will not find an auto body repair shop which has fairer pricing, treats you with more respect, does a better job, and goes the extra mile to help you than Price’s. This is my second time going to Jaime Price for body repair needs. First was a 2014 Camry bumper replacement. Today went for C300 front fascia that needed to be “adjusted” after a garage door mishap. Price’s Paint and Body Shop is the place to go to for any of your auto body repairs and/or paint jobs. I was in an auto accident in January. I dropped my vehicle off February 15th 2021 to be exact, and it was finished & ready for pickup by March 1st. The owner - Jaime is AWESOME! He is very professional, helpful, accommodating, friendly, reassuring and the list goes on! Without hesitation, he was there to also vouch on my behalf with the annoyance of Insurance Companies, and went above and beyond to make sure I as well as my car were taken care of. This place was amazing. My fender had been dislodged slightly and they said that they may be able to do my repair so easily they wouldnt even have to charge me. They took it away and brought it back shortly afterwards looking perfect, and didnt charge me anything. I was blown away by their great service and honesty. What kind of place does that? Quality.

I had a large dent in my rear bumper, and the 2 body shops I had visited before Prices gave me an estimate of around $900 to fix it. Jamie was extremely kind; he popped the dent out and buffed the scratches right then and there and didnt charge me a thing! So thankful.

I had scratched my tailgate up, tried a touch up kit and just made it worse. I stopped by and was immediately greeted by Jamie Price. He got rid of my touch up disaster and went to work removing the scratch. Within 20 minutes or so of showing up the tailgate was looking good and I was getting on my way.If you are looking for any sort of work for your car go here! Jamie was honest, upbeat and great to work with, you can tell customer service is something they excel in. I hope I dont have to go back, but if I do I know I can trust them to take care of it.

Went to Jamie to get a quote after already visiting 4 other shops. Jamie quoted me significantly less than the other ones to repair an accident I had on my front bumper. Once I got my car in the shop he had it done the same day. Really impressed how it turned out. Hopefully I wont need his services again but if I do I will bring it to him immediately!

My wife and I were stranded along Interstate 540 with a flat tire when out of nowhere, Jamie pulled up alongside our vehicle and offered us assistance. Some time ago I hit a deer and did not have comprehensive insurance being that my car was paid off, so I did not bother to get it fixed thinking that it would cost more than the car is worth. I actually tried to confirm this belief and went to Prices Paint and Body Shop to get a free estimate. The cost would have been more if I wanted it in like new condition. However, they were able to repair the damage and put it in a functional/aesthetically appealing condition for a very low cost and still provide quality service. I would use them again.

YOUR SEARCH IS OVER, LOOK NO FURTHER THAN PRICES AUTO BODY.I recently had a collision on I-85 and looked for an auto body shop that would do great work in a timely fashion. I looked at other top rated shops but they could not get to me for another month. I chose Prices and my insurance company spoke high;y of Prices as well. Jamie and everyone there were great, they could take my car right away. the repair was done in a timely fashion and I swear my car is better than new. it looks and drives better than before the collision. You are treated like family and i would recommend them to anyone. You will not be sorry you chose Prices to do you auto body work.

Im extremely satisfied with the work done by Prices Paint and Body Shop to repair my car after someone ran a red light and hit me. Jamie and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the workmanship seems superb. Jamie was very responsive, and he answered my emails and calls quickly. The experience of filing an insurance claim was not ideal (the at-fault driver was driving a rental car), but working with Prices was easy and stress-free. I will highly recommend Prices to friends and family.

If this is the first place youve got a quote with, get a quote elsewhere just for fun because you will NOT find better customer service and fairer prices than at Prices Paint & Body.After calling around for a paint job I needed on a front bumper for an Infiniti, I felt discouraged not to find a price or timeline for my bumper.On the phone, I was told that I should bring my bumper in for the best estimate, which left me a little uneasy after talking with all the other body shops in the Raleigh area.I was in and out with in 10 minutes and Jamie estimated a price that was at least $130 less than anyone else. Better yet hed have it ready in less than a week. He contacted me for anything he needed to verify specifics about the paint job; and sure enough less than a week later my bumper was completed and ready for pick up. I left with the exact estimate, no hassles or hidden fees. I almost cant wait to wreck something on my car so I can come back!!

The people are Prices are so helpful and do wonderful work! Made a stranger feel welcome and fixed my car the same day :-)

6/30/12: I asked around about a body shop and Prices was always mentioned, so I went to get an estimate. Jaime is great, he quickly gave me an estimate and had my 4runner back to me quickly. The car looks great. All the people are friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Prices is the only place Ill go for paint and body work in Raleigh.Update 12/12/14: After a sideswipe, I returned to Prices. Jamie worked me in and had my car rebuffed and back to me in less than 30 minutes, looking fantastic. Matt did an excellent job. I cant say enough about this business and the staff. Prices has my business for life and all my referrals!
