Even tho it was raining hard, straight away towing was able to come pick me up after my car died at work. Less than 30 minutes of waiting and they had me arriving at my apartment. 2nd time they was able to help. Deserved a good review.

Never had to use a towing service before, but ended up needing to after my alternator took down my car at Crabtree mall. Called literally everyone and this service was the only one that could promise to be there within the hour. I understand it was after 9 PM on a Sunday, but I cannot believe that other towing business did not have the bandwidth to help. One guy told me 5 hours!

I bought my son a beater first car that broke a serpentine belt down the road and we aint got a trailer so Straight Away Towing Co towed him home to Wendell no problem.

Work truck died this morning coming out of the industrial park. As it is my truck for doing contract work, I am out money every minute the rig is down. I got in a fender bender in my rental. Rental company sent out Straight Away towing to haul in the car. Picked up the car and drove me back to enterprise to pick up a new vehicle. Everything took less than 35 minutes.
