Very impressed with AAA Towmark. The technician came after 20 minutes of me placing the order. He was very thorough and explained the state of my battery and alternator and then exchanged the battery quickly. Very professional, thorough and fast. I would highly recommend.

I cannot begin to express my appreciation and my respect for this organization. I have been a AAA member for what seems like forever.I have used it several times but, the incident that I had yesterday was absolutely the most professional and helpful I have ever received. The AAA Tech was polite, courteous, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and above all else made me feel confident that he was doing everything possible to remedy my dead battery and save me time in the process. I want his supervisors to know that he is very very good at what he does and deserves to be told that. I thank you for your help and your service.

Johnny at Towmark was fantastic! My car battery died at work when I was alone and he made a very stressful situation a great customer experience. He called me and let me know his ETA twice, was right on time, and had a positive attitude (which is very appreciated in these situations!). He explained the process and maintenance in detail and was very transparent with me. I so appreciate it!

My car windshield was damaged during a recent tow. Cant get anyone to call me back, have left 3 messages over the last 10 days, very frustrating. As a long time AAA member I expect timely and responsive service.

6.5 hrs my young daughter, traveling alone, 160 miles away from home, waited for a tow truck from this company. They lied every time I called them. Oh shes next, Mondays are our busiest days. I literally had to call the police to sit with her because it was getting dark.Ive been a member for 17 years and never had such terrible service.

Today I had to get my truck towed and 2 trucks come by and couldnt tow it when john from towmark arrived he was very professional and was quick to get the truck out of the road and on to his truck I would highly recommend towmark after this experience.

I had a great experience with these guys. Several weeks ago I was on the way to the airport and my car completely died. The little battery indicator lever dropped down to zero and that was it. I called AAA in a bit of a panic lol because I could not miss the flight, it was a long haul and I would be gone for almost two weeks. Towmark gave me a call less than 10 minutes later to say they were 15 minutes away. I was thrilled!! So nice, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. He even took me to the airport after hooking up the car to the flatbed. I could not have asked for better service nor a better experience. It was a really stressful situation for me, and Towmark made me feel 100% better - even texted me to make sure I made my flight. These guys went above and beyond for me, which is very humbling and I am really, really grateful for being saved that day!! Thank you so much.

Thanks to AAA TOWMARK and their driver, Mike Thompson, I had the perfect experience using their towing service. Mike quickly responded to my request to AAA for roadside assistance. He arrived far sooner than the average wait time, called me en route, skillfully entered my daughters car without a key/fob, perfectly manipulated the panel to set the car in neutral, loaded it up, then drove to Hendrick Kia of Cary. In our time of need, AAA TOWMARK came through. They are the best and their driver, Mike Thompson, sets the standard!!

It’s a GREAT DAY at AAA.

Worst customer ever starting from the entry level personnel all the way up to the GM Christian Torres. If u have an expensive car dont allow them to tow it bc they will damage it and not accept responsibility. Also if you are in an hurry find another company. They will give you an ETA of 40 mins and it take them an hour 1.5 to get there and then another hour to get you loaded and then another hour to get you unloaded. It took half of my day dealing with this company. If you call AAA in the RDU area and they advise you that Towmark is coming out ask them to change it to another company you will thank me later..
