We’ve been wanting to sell the Jeep for awhile now, and Nick came to check out the Jeep the day I contacted him. He made an offer and came to buy it the very next day. The battery was even dead on the Jeep and he towed it just like it was. Great guy and appreciate doing business with you!

I called roadside assistance when my car wouldnt start. A man came to jump my battery from another company and said that the starter was defective and to call a tow truck. I went through my insurance and Nicks towing was selected. I was quoted a wait time of about an hour (the previous company took 2.5 hours with a quote of 40 minutes). Less than an hour later, Nick showed up ready to tow. He offered to check the battery and after a quick look, determined that I had a bad terminal connector. He adjusted it and then was able to successfully jump it. So glad that he took the time to study the problem before towing it, saving me lots of time and money. He even told me how to fix it. Highly recommend this company!

Nick was very quick! Originally pickup was expected around 6 pm but our vehicle was picked up around 5 pm. He communicated the status updates often and even sent a picture when the car was picked up with a time stamp and location. We were impressed!

Great guy! Nick came after 9:00, after hours, to help me when I got a shredded donut tire (darn potholes, cant trust anything theyre selling). Didnt just take me to my apartments, he also inspected the donut tire with me and showed me how it had become damaged by quality / potential overuse, and gave me advice on the most reasonable course of action for getting a brand new tire on as quick as possible.Less than $200 for this service in my experience. Nick was very professional and really took care of me. I was stranded on the road for hours after two other tow companies left me waiting for hours and then called and said it would be several more hours before they could get there. Nick got the call, got there when he said he would be there. Loaded my truck so fast and then transported it 55 miles to my shop. He actually arrived to the shop before I did. Amazing! Great service. He saved me.

Nick was very professional and turned my day around. Cars breaking down can be a very stressful situation but he made it easy for me to get back to my day and know my car would be taken care of. Nick deserves 10 stars!! I would recommend and do business with over and over again. He accommodated my last minute request at an extremely reasonable rate. Unfortunately, due to measures beyond his control, he could no longer tow my vehicle. Rather than leaving it at that, he found a replacement company for me, set everything up, and even had them agree to HIS RATE!! He didn’t have to do that, but he did. On top of that, he called to check on me to make sure I arrived to my destination OK and that I was satisfied with my service. Nick was not polite in response to my courteous inquiry about the rates of their towing service. The website say best rates in Raleigh but I have gotten a quote that was 60% of what he offered... How does this company have 5 stars?

Could not be more satisfied with nicks help today and towing away a previous vehicle that I had in an accident. I made a couple mistakes in the process and he continued to be cool and kind with me and also offered forgiveness, which I will forever respect. Do not think twice about using him for your needs. ON THE EVE OF THANKSGIVING ...In a 7000 lb vehicle, with tools and ladders. I had a full break failure!Thankfully, I managed to get the vehicle stopped with zero casualties or damage. Nicks number was given to me by a friend. Nick answered immediately, showed up in 20 min with lights so bright you would have thought it was a UFO, loaded my vehicle on his flatbed and told me to climb in the cab to get warm while he finished securing it.Once underway we encountered another driver that he did not even know on the roadside loading his truck up. Nick asked if I was in a hurry and if I would mind stopping for a moment so that we may shield and provide protection for the other man. We did so and were back underway in 5 minutes. We had pleasant conversation and he dropped me without incident. Nick took the sting out of a difficult situation, he made me feel safe and helped another man get home safely to his family while doing so. I was stranded on an off-ramp with a flat tire. Nick was there within 30 minutes, and had me up and running in less than five minutes. He even helped put the spare tire kit back into its original placement (those things never fit perfectly after you use the jack etc.). Great service, timely and all on a Sunday.

I called these guys to get my car off a small trail and they were there quickly with everything they needed. It was by no means an easy job (I was in the middle of nowhere and in a painfully difficult spot), but they were great to be around and had a great attitude, joking and having laughs between us all. Nick helped me solve a long-distance crisis! I live in Seattle, and my elderly mother lives in an apartment complex in Raleigh. She needed to have surgery and was trying to prepare for that, plus, there was a car on her lot that needed to be removed (the apartment manager was not happy about it). My mom was understandably stressed about this, so I started researching places to tow and store the car, so she wouldnt have to deal with it. Through Google search and reviews, I came across Nick! Theres a three-hour time difference, but Nicks is open 24/7. He answered the phone and told me he could pick up the car right away AND store it, for a good price! We arranged a time, and all my mother had to do was hand over the key. In addition, Nick sent me pictures of the car and invoiced me promptly. He also answered any questions I had right away. I cannot convey what a weight was lifted off my moms shoulders--Nick has two very happy customers--I highly, highly recommend using Nicks Towing!!

Great service! I called Nick’s Towing for a jump start. He was on-time, friendly, and efficient. Today I got a flat and needed a tow. I called around and was given a wait time of an hour to two hours.Nick said he’d take 25 minutes and got there in 20! He let me know the cost of the tow up front ($145 for 20 miles), and got me and my car to a shop quickly and safely.Nick was very genuine and was able to offer great advice. This was the worse roadside assistance I ever had. They do not know what they are doing. I want a refund. My car off after he jumped my car with my cables. His raggedy equipment did not work. He did not stay around after jumping my car. He immediately took off. I called him back the second my car cut back off and he did not come back or offer me a refund. He was still in the parking lot headed toward the exit. He was not far at all. A waste of $85. I’ve never paid $85 for a jump. That is too much— especially when it does not get your car going. I could have did that myself.
