Mariella has sold two of my houses and helped find one of my houses. She was great during the whole process. Communicated in a timely manner and always worked in my best interest. I would certainly use her again in the future.

Our agent was Mariella Guillama. We have worked with her in the past and will use her for as long shes in real estate - shes amazing. Always has our interests at heart, never pushing us toward moving faster than were comfortable with in order to get her commission. I cant say enough food things about her. Add to that the value of working through Daymark, and its hard to beat.

What a tremendous talent Mariella of Daymark Realty is. I thought Id have a long wait and many problems in selling my house. But with her expertise it turned out to be easy. Heres what Id like to say to thank her:Mariella kept things rolling on an expedited basis, I certainly would not have closed on one house and purchased another house on the same day without her extra efforts. She was remarkable and I think that translates to experienced, skillful and dedicated.Mariella for sure had my best interests as her prime motivator. I do know that in two important areas she was tough as nails (in a polite way). First she was very clear and made strong recommendations on settling for a price. She always cleared things with me, but she made suggestions that I may have gotten a bit weak on and caved, but she was right and got me more money. Lets face it, that is very important. Another area she made a great impact was in negotiating which buyer fixes I would agree to do. She kept this list manageable and fair I think - well done.Mariella did a superior job to handle every sort of condition that popped up due to various problems especially in regards to the VA loan being more demanding on the seller. Bottom line is that when inevitably some problems occurred, Mariella and her entire team worked tirelessly and gave extra efforts to get things straightened out. Much appreciated.

Please be careful when dealing with this agent or agency- we went under contract on a property that was in a flood plain without knowing it. The agent, Mariella Guillama, did not disclose this information during dialogue about our intentions for the property or in the provided property disclosures (which stated it was not in a flood plain or flood hazard area). The next day, upon confronting Mariella and her seller with the flood plain status provided by Wake County, she denied it and became defensive. Upon further verification of flood plain status, within 24 hours of going under contract, we respectfully backed out so that she and her seller could get it back on the market. Mariella refused to return our $2500 due diligence check that had not even been cashed yet, though the issue was non-disclosure on their part and they were able to get the property back on the market the following day.
