I have dealt with them multiple times and never had a bad experience.

Bid in their online auction on many items and attempted to contact them for multiple weeks beforehand. I never received a response despite many attempts at contacting. Could not receive the information that i requested nonetheless bid and won many of the items I wanted. THE AUCTIONS DO NOT..... REPEAT DO NOT END WHEN THEY SAY THEY DO. They continue by 2 minuets multiple times until people stop bidding. This makes sense and i am not exceptionally angry over this except for the fact that it was certainly not made clear beforehand! Also would have liked to receive the information that there was only a 48 hour period in which to pick up my items and there will be no help loading. Both questions I attempted to get answered multiple times WITHOUT ANYYYYYY RESPONSE! And then on top of everything they tack on an extra thousand dollars onto my bill for HIDDEN fees going directly to them. I spent multiple weeks on this website beforehand and there was absolutely no mention of extra costs. Am very disappointed in the way this company handles themselves and would not recommend anyone to use them without SOMEHOW being able to contact them and get some clear cut truthful answers about some very simple questions.
