The service and the technician were exceptional. They were able to schedule a technician to come out quickly. We have a puppy and honey bees. He was very informative about the treatment he was using. We have been very pleased with Swift Creek. Years ago we had a different company (BIG national name) do the quarterly pest service and that company somehow missed seeing obvious insect damage on the crawl space door. We called 3 or 4 companies for a termite inspection. Swift Creek found a termite tunnel that the other 3 missed. Swift Creek did the termite service and now also does the quarterly service. They do a great job. All of their staff have been helpful and courteous. Highly recommend!

I have a feeling the owners wrote these reviews. Do not use this company. They came twice and never got rid of the roaches. We paid them both times. This was back in march. Now they are calling saying we never paid them. I have reported them to the bbb.

We had bugs before their two treatments...we still have bugs after their two treatments. They stay for maybe 15-20 min and set a few sticky traps out. Did not go all over whole house and spray everywhere and in all closets and floor A/C vents. Did not treat garage, the warmest room in the house of course, since it’s not cooled. Just seems like they do as little as possible and try to get out as quickly as possible. Not impressed with their work at all and would not recommend them to anyone. Just go to Lowe’s, buy the traps and the foggers yourself, and do your own crawl space and house yourself. There’s nothing they do that ya can’t just do yourself....for what they charge, it’s ridiculous what little they offer in the way of their servicing your home.

This family-run business has taken care of our rental units and home for years. Extremely thorough and careful with each case, they are the best in the Triangle.

I was not happy when I found termites around my house but I could not be happier with Swift Creek Exterminating. I got a quote from a big exterminating company and they frankly kind of scared me (which I think was their intended plan). I did not know much about termites and they kept telling me that I HAD to do x, y, and z with comments about how bad the damage could be if I didnt do everything.I got a second opinion from Swift Creek (based off a strong recommendation from my Realtor) and I am sure glad I did. They spent twice as much time explaining the situation to me than the other person did and they even took the time to explain to me where the termites came from, how termites live and work, and what to look out for in the future. They gave me multiple treatment plans with pros and cons for each. The best part of all is that I ended up doing the exact treatment plan that the big company recommended and I spent about half of what I would have with the bigger company. (Swift Creek told me that I could have done just a spot treatment but with a whole house treatment being half of what the big company was going to charge, I just went ahead and did the whole house to protect my biggest investment.)I would strongly recommend Swift Creek to anyone... if at least just to get a quote / second opinion from them. They did the work for me yesterday (about a week after they gave me the quote) and it was all top notch. They texted to confirm and then called to see if they could come a little earlier than planned. After the work was done, they gave me a tour of all of what they did and answered any final questions that I had. Overall, a terrific experience.
