Very fast service, from called to arrived at my home less than a day. The tech explained about the chemical he was using for interior and exterior and what to expect in the future. Nice guy. I hope the bugs stay away now.

Triangle Pest Control’s response time was amazing, I called them on a Friday evening about an issue with bees, and to my surprise they said they could send someone out on Saturday morning!Josh gave me a call to let me know he was in route, and arrived at the exact time he said he would. He took the time to inspect the area, ask questions about where we saw the bees, and thoroughly took care of the issue!We have been using Triangle Pest Control for years as a regular service, but they continue to impress with their response when you need them!Great customer service, and even better people!

The tech that came and worked on my house was wonderful! Very knowledgable, respectful, thorough but quick. He gave me lots of information about what the status of my house was, what to expect in the coming weeks, and what to look for as the treatments started working. They were great!

This company uses canvassers as many do. The representative came to my home and pitched how they were local and currently do several of the neighbors. He said that if I deal with them, I would receive a more personal approach to pest control. He walked me through some things that they do do or handle differently. I told him who I currently used. He mentioned I should have no problems discontinuing service stating they were a national company. Not sure what he meant by that at the time. I agreed to try them out. The visit was at the end of April. They charged me $99.00 which is what I expected. Then I was charged on 4/30, $49.00. When I noticed this on my statement, I called. They told me his was the monthly fee. I did not think I would be billed in May. I thought at first, if I waited a few days I could have saved $49.00. Not so. As it turns out, you are locked into a 18 month contract. If you opt out they hit you for $250.00. The canvasser tried to talk me out of my termite control program which I held separate. I am glad I did not sign up for the termite service. I should have read the fine print and not listened to the canvasser. This company is not a company I would recommend. In fact I will make sure to deter people from their service wherever possible. I cancelled the service and took the $250 hit.

5-stars for Ryan David. Superior customer service from Ryan on a recall for possible ants and earwigs in the yard and home. I explained the problems with seeing the ants and earwigs, and he provided options on how to treat the area vice giving excuses or pushing us toward options we did not prefer. He provided treatment for specific areas where we observed the ants/earwigs and provided wide-spread coverage to get all the critters throughout the yard and home. Bravo Zulu for Ryan!

I’ve used Triangle Pest Control for many years and they treat our home and lawn. They do such a great job! We never worry about mosquitoes and they’ve handled all our wasp nests quickly! Always professional, show up on the day they’re scheduled, and provide great customer service!

Trevor came today to treat our house. We havent done much pest control but knew that it was time. He was respectful and polite, answered our questions, and told us exactly what he was going to do and where. Its too soon to see any results but so far were pleased with his service.

We had Ruben as our specialist today. He was exactly on time with a 30 minute warning ahead. He was respectful of our space and able to identify and spray all possible entrances for the roaches. He also dewebbed the outside of our home before spraying. Overall, I think Ruben was an amazing specialist and I could not have asked for anything more of him. 10/10 recommend Ruben and Triangle Pest Control.

I needed an inspection and assessment as to the particular roach issue in my home. Kevin came out and was very helpful upon inspection and specimen review as to the wood roaches common to this area and the fact that I live in the woods. He informed me how to move forward with an all encompassing pest control plan if I chose to. Both Kevin and the receptionists I spoke with were very helpful, informative and professional. I will most definitely work with this company in the future.

They were great! We called around 10:00AM and they were able to have someone at our house around 11:30! Everyone else was days out. The gentleman they send was very professional, knowledgeable and respectful. In my opinion he is a great employee abs this is a great company! We will definitely be using them again. Well worth the money spent!

He wore a mask and paper booties so as not to get the house dirty. So far I am very pleased with Triangle Pest Control.

Living in Chapel Hill has its share of bugs, and my family and I couldnt make it out here without Triangle Pest Control. I got an inspection as soon as I bought the place in 2015 and been using them like clockwork ever since. They come in handy prior to Spring and Winter seasons.

Triangle Pest Control has been very helpful. My wife was not happy when she saw cockroaches in our house! They were able to get someone out to our house right away.Kevin has been amazing. He is very thorough and helps us not only treat bugs, but identifies them and educates us about them. We never knew that wood roaches existed and that they are very common in houses near the woods! He has even given us his cell # to text him pictures of any roaches that we have seen. After two months of treatment, we havent seen many and have been so thankful for Triangle Pest Control and Kevins help.We have also utilized them for their mosquito service. We talked to Kevin about the areas we spend the most time and where we would like to see a reduction of mosquitos and bugs - and there has been a HUGE improvement. Thank you! Kevin is very attentive and seems to truly want to ease my wifes bug fears!Triangle Pest Control switched up the routes of some of their technicians ... please dont take Kevin from us! This team is AMAZING. they were so communicative throughout the entire experience. I honestly was a little shocked at how good it was for the price. They checked everything. sprayed, baited. removed spider webs. They also sprayed inside and answered questions before you could even ask. they were exactly on time communicated before they arrived. I never had to worry about anything and they didnt try to oversale anything. would give 1000 stars if I could. should definitely sign up for them in servicing

As with all previous personnel from Triangle Pest Control, Mark was very punctual, knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Today, he was only able to do the interior work because it was too wet to do the outside work so he will come back next week when it is hopefully drier.

Ive been using Triangle Pest since I moved into my house in July of 2018. They had been great and Ive seen maybe 2-3 bugs in the house in nearly 9 months, so thats pretty good since we live in a pretty wooded area. The staff is always courteous and prompt. Unfortunately we found some termite swarmers in the house so of course my first instinct was to call Triangle pest. Because they had been so prompt and helpful for the last several months I trusted them for treatment and did not even seek a second quote.While the service was performed, I feel like that for nearly 600 dollars my property should have been more respected. When I returned home after the treatment I had found that they had removed a lot of content from my shed and crawlspace and had thrown it in the yard so they could perform the treatment. But nothing was put back. They had moved the attachment for my gutter downspout and house and had thrown that in the yard as well. Even the garbage cans which are on wheels were moved out the way and not moved back. I called to ask to confirm what was needed to be done to prepare, and they said that they would handle everything and just to leave things unlocked. Jake was apologetic on the phone when I brought this up later, but it sure left a sour taste in my mouth. I continue to use their quarterly service, but for this I dont think I could give them 5 stars.I felt as though a little bit more care could have gone into the process, and perhaps I should have sought a second quote.

Had a great first time experience with Triangle Pest Control, they arrived on- time, explained the services in detail and completed an inspection of the entire home. Very good customer service, I look forward to continue using their services in the future. I felt like a VIP, they were training some individuals so I had 3 people at my initial appointment. Do yourself a favor and go to home depot to get your own pest control spray. This service is a contract for one year for $420 for the basic service. With that they come out to your home only three times a year for them to come and spray there pest control spray for 5 mins at your home which probably costs them all of 3 dollars (maybe). They are a scam please avoid.
