I enlisted another wildlife company to help me with my bat problem, but they were expensive and unsuccessful, so I switched toTriangle Wildlife Removal. Ben was very responsive and he sent out a great team who completed the work to remove bats from my chimney. They were polite, empathetic and had the attitude that it was their job to do everything possible to solve my problem. They took pictures so that I could see and understand the work they did up close. I live in the woods, so its not uncommon to have to deal with animal issues. Triangle Wildlife Removal will get all my future business!

I had a dead possum in my crawl space. I called Triangle Wildlife Removal on Friday morning. They came out in less than 2 hours. Another company said it would be no sooner than Wednesday. If youve ever had a dead animal in your crawl space youll know that it is almost impossible to live with the smell, so Triangle Wildlife getting here so quickly was a huge plus!Ethan showed up on time and quickly found where they had been getting in. He repaired the opening and removed the dead animal. Left a trap for any that might be still be inside (one was indeed there and was caught). Ethan was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I enjoyed talking with him. Removing a dead animal cant be much fun, but he did the job with a very positive attitude.I mentioned my experience to some friends of mine, and they told me theyd had a similar experience with Triangle Wildlife Removal several years ago with some bats in their attic. So apparently their punctuality and friendliness are just how they operate.I would highly recommend them.

Neither myself or my husband could get to it. Zach returned my call right away and told me when he would arrive. He kept us informed through every step of the process. I called triangle wildlife removal to remove a bat from my attic. The first visit I was quoted for bat removal, service call, 2 bat doors installed, close up all possible entries, foam dormer corners, close all vents in crawl space properly. I said I needed to think about the rest of the quote but would definitely like the bat removed so my construction crew and Insullation crew could complete there job successfully. I was also told I can change my quote and whatever I would like done to make sure it is in my budget but they said over and over again there is no guarantee there would be success if only a few things were completed and not the entire $1610 job as they requested. The attic insulating company would close all openings/ gaps which came with a warranty and guarantee. So all I needed was the bat removed by triangle wildlife. I was told the bat doors would be removed in two weeks whether the bat exited appropriately or not. So no guarantee of the bat removal. Luckily the bat left. I fenced in all gabbles and sealed them to make sure the bat would stay out. The construction crew and Insullation crew also sealed every inch of attic with photos to follow and cleaned to cdc measures. I am so happy with the other companies. I am very disappointed with triangle wildlife removal inc. and the way they have talked down to me. These are hard times with covid and without jobs, so not everyone can afford $1500 and just want wildlife removed safely and to stay out. The ugly doors are still on my exterior gables. Triangle wildlife removal refuses to come out to remove the doors even though they said they would be back in two weeks to do so. They said it’s money lost in the hole for them and it’s a he said she said loss of communication. They do not believe in customer service and don’t believe in the customer. They just want to make money and get as many jobs done as possible. Quality does not matter to them, it’s the quantity of customers they can charge an arm and a leg to without guarantee of success.

This company is unwilling to remove the screens they put on my house in order to let bats leave. Ive called them multiple times and they wont agree to finish the pest removal as per the contract we signed.

My husband and I were very pleased with the wildlife removal services provided by Triangle Wildlife Removal and Pest Control, Inc. We had opossum visitors in our crawl space. The response time to our initial call was super and staff rep Stuart made several trips out with proficient inspections, humane trap placement and excellent communication throughout the service period. We had Triangle Wildlife Removal come out to our home soon after we purchased it. It is an older home and weve had issues with squirrels, bats, mice, etc. They determined what the problem was, discovered where the animals were coming in from, found a way to keep them from getting in and sealed up the inside so that we felt protected. They worked tirelessly to solve our wildlife issues, came out repeatedly until the issue was completely resolved, and were always kind, helpful, and trustworthy. We had the unfortunate need for services from Triangle Wildlife Removal today, upon discovering the carcass of a young buck on our property (outside city limits, off a private road, so were on our own). I called and left a message with a few details, had a returned call within 5 minutes, and the body was removed about 1 hour later. Extremely courteous, prompt, and helpful.

Weve been using this company for many years. It all started after I was but by a brown recluse in my new house. I spoke with the nicest gentleman and he came and was our person for years. He took care of our not so friendly spiders. They expanded and weve had different people, all nice. We get the outside treated and inside as needed. I highly recommend them. I had a pretty unsatisfactory experience with Triangle Wildlife. We had mice and flying squirrels getting into our attic suddenly that they told us they could not only help us trap and remove but also find the source of their entry and close it up. They did neither - they did drop traps for us to borrow (baiting, trapping and relocating on our own) and put duct tape over an opening where cords were run into our siding. After the initial visit, requests for someone to come out took days or weeks for follow up (over a period of 2 months). I ended up purchasing my own traps and will be contacting a contractor to check the house for openings. I would not recommend this service for anything other than a one time removal of an animal.

Very efficient, professional. We had squirrels in our attic. I had been trying for sometime to keep them out, but they persisted.The Triangle guys set a trap outside the squirrel’s entrance, trapped and removed them and securely repaired the hole. They did not try to “upsale” construction services.Since my wife and I are self isolating, we were pleasantly surprised that all of this was done without the servicemen having to come inside our home.

Ben explained the process (regarding the bats being federally protected) and made sure we were taken care off as soon as it was an option. Whenever his team came, it was seamless. Id been lucky enough to have professional experience with Triangle Wildlife when I worked in property management, so when we moved into our home a few years back & were finding wasps in my toddlers bedroom, I knew exactly who to call! Fast forward a few years & we had bats! The whole process was painless! As a Nature lover, it makes me incredibly happy to see a company that actually seems to respect wildlife. By the time they came out, the bats were grown & gone, but they still tripled check, cleaned everything out, fixed our mesh & even repaired the other side of the roof gable at the other end of the house to be preventative! Seriously wonderful job!

They sent Ben to my house to check out my squirrel problem. I explained that we have a carpenter coming out to fix the roof but need to get rid of the squirrels first. Ben said to have the carpenter call him to arrange a time for the two of them to meet at my house so that Ben could show the carpenter where to leave holes where traps would be set. My African-American carpenter, who has a great track record with me, called Ben as I requested. Ben told him to call back later. Ben never answered the phone when the carpenter called and never returned any of his messages. Ben first told me that the carpenter never called. When I pressed the issue, he claimed that he cant tell who is calling and therefore doesnt answer the phone (then why did you answer the very first time Ben?). This runaround went on for weeks as the squirrel damaged worsened. Finally, Ben said to schedule it with the main office. The guy in the main office was extremely rude to me, spoke disparagingly of the carpenter and said were not in the business of telling carpenters how to do their jobs even though this is exactly what Ben said to do.

Once again, the service was exceptional! Prompt and full service, courteous and kind employees! What more could you ask for?

I used this company for MANY years. Their service was good until the office (owners wife) started sending me past due invoices for several months prior. She confirmed all of my payments before and after these invoices, except these 2 invoices, literally from years prior. I dont know where the mistake was made except maybe the cash payments hadnt been logged appropriately (at times, paid cash).I tried to speak with her (sorry, forgot her name)to try to make her realize, why/how would I be current on my invoices for all except those 2?. I also tried to speak to her husband (the owner)but to no avail. I have excellent credit and would not jeopardize my reputation. Once all this was being brought about out of no where, the rep became lackadaisical. I soon started seeing pest activity that I had never experienced. When I asked him to check for any evidence, he said there was none . This went on for several months as did the conversations of the past due invoices. Im not sure if the two were coincidental in the timing?I called another company and discovered I had a mice infestation!!!, which didnt happen within the 3 days between this company and the new company.So disappointed with this company after years of loyalty.Keep every paper they leave with you after EACH service...They presented me with invoices dating back more than a year.

Tad and his crew are great! I’ve used them twice in the past year. First, I had bats between my cedar house siding and fascia board. Triangle Wildlife came out and put up one way bat doors then came back a week or so later and sealed everything up. Fast forward 4-5 months later and I noticed more bats in the gable vents (Tad warned me they may try and relocate there). I called up Tad again and he remembered exactly who I was! They came back out, put up the one way bat doors again, then came back and screened the gable vents. Both times I was very impressed with the work done. Overall this is probably the best experience I’ve had when hiring a contractor.

Completely love Triangle Wildlife! I was freaking out because my husband heard some noises coming from our chimney and neither of us could sleep a wink till it was taken care of. These folks know their business! I had bats move into my attic louvers and while it was great for keeping the mosquitos down in the yard the bat manure was a nuisance I did not want to live with. Triangle Wildlife Removal came out, inspected the whole house carefully and offered a PRACTICAL common sense approach to removing the bats and then excluding them from the attic. They did not try to sell me services that were not really needed to run the cost up. After the bats were gone, they cleaned up the mess the bats had made and left the attic in good shape. The bats were not harmed, which is good. The cost of the project was much less than was proposed by some other services, and the folks were professional, stayed in touch so we would know when they would be on site, and did exactly what they had told us they would do. Could not have had a better experience.

A great resource for wildlife removal. They scheduled an appointment and fixed my problem promptly. I had no complaints with their service and found both the owner and the guy who came to my house knowledgeable and friendly. It took about a month to receive my invoice afterward and a few calls to get through to the office to pay. I would recommend paying when they complete the service. If you need the invoice like I did, then mail a check. This should minimize their need for office staff and keep their costs down, which is one of their benefits. Highly recommended!

We had called Triangle Wildlife in the past for a squirrel in our chimney. They got the squirrel out and added a chimney cap for us so it would not happen again. Recently, we had bats that had gotten into our attic. They came out so quickly to setup netting to help them leave and not come back. They came out for a second trip to add protective metal netting to keep them from coming back in. C.H. was so professional and so nice - I highly recommend them. They had very fair prices as well. I had the pleasure of talking to both Tad and Ross about an issue I was having with wasps in/around my chimney and fireplace. They both took a decent amount of time out of their day to just talk with me on the phone about my issue and what potential things I could do to remedy it. I feel like most pest control providers would probably have just wanted me to book an appointment and then come out and charge me for things, but Tad and Ross explained to me that it was a pretty common wasp issue this time of year, and that there were a couple things I could do myself that would likely solve the issue. Each one spent approximately 10 minutes on the phone with me and made me feel a lot better about my situation. My friend recommended Triangle Wildlife Removal so I used them to remove some tree rats that got into our garage. Tad removed them very quickly with no hassle to my family. Its a great company with very friendly workers and I would definitely recommend them.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had a mamma raccoon use my chimney as her nursery. When she left, I had a major flea infestation in my chimney that then spread into my basement. I called Triangle Wildlife Removal - found out they were a one-stop shop: chimney cap, sprayed the basement for fleas and humanely trapped and released raccoons and opossums. They came right out, put a plan in place and executed it. I felt their pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Ross came by after a couple nights of hearing scratching sounds from our attic area. We werent able to determine exactly how they got up there but Ross knew. He carefully inspected our crawl space and found a couple holes where the mice had entered that I didnt find, nor did another company. Talk about thorough! Discovered a copperhead in our front lawn this morning and called Triangle Wildlife removal after attempting to remove it ourselves unsuccessfully. They responded immediately on a Sunday and had someone here to catch it within 45 mins. Excellent and careful! Will use them for any other critter control needed in the future.

Very happy with the service. There was some confusion and I thought I was just getting a termite inspection this morning. (I like to get three bids for anything.)However, I trust what is meant to happen, happens. They sprayed for termites and regular pest control. I had mentioned mice (we were up last night dealing with a cat who had eaten a mouse!) and without asking they set mice traps for us.Frank and his co-worker were excellent. We are in the process of decluttering the garage. Frank said have your husband move whats by the heater and I will come back and inspect it at no charge.They were also flexible with their quarterly service. As we will be moving this year or next, I didnt want to worry about being locked into a contract.Finally, they are very competitively priced. We had another company tell us they would need to an expensive drill because we MIGHT have termites. Frank and company didnt find any!Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Triangle Wildlife!! I had bats in the attic and the owner, Tad Bassett and his team assisted in the humane removal! His team is so knowledgeable of the animals and they are such gentleman!! I will be using Triangle Wildlife Removal for all my future wildlife needs.

We had Triangle Wildlife come to our home to remove the nests of Starlings. They had made their home in three of our vents. Tad and C.H. were amazing. C.H. came out the next day at the agreed time. He was fantastic, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He cleaned the nests from the outside and then again from the attic. C.H. then installed new mesh (no idea when we lost it on these vents). The best part, they were WAY MORE REASONABLE than many others I called (probably 5 or 6).Here is the IMPORTANT part for my neighbors, C.H. says Starlings like to stay nearby and will find another home where the mesh is missing. He told me he has done work on an entire cul-de-sac.

I could not have had a better experience from Tad. I discovered a dead deer in an outside crawl space that had been there way too long. Called and he dropped what he was doing and was here in less than an hour, cleaned up the sickening mess, sprayed and was so reasonable in his charges that I didnt think they were sufficient. I immediately decided to change to his Pest Control from my current vendor....who would not come address this wildlife issue. Why not have one place that will do everything since we have a heavily wooded lot with significant wildlife. You cannot make a mistake using Tad or one of his crew.

Great company to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone that has a wildlife problem. CH came out and handled my problem very quickly and professionally . Hope I wont need them again but if I do I wont hesitate to call.

Honest!!! I left a voicemail stating that I thought I had bats in my chimney(self diagnosed via bat sounds on Youtube ;0) Tad return my message with the hour and was very helpful. Not only did he explain to me why it is not possible for bats to be in my chimney, he also explained to me that is probably shimney swifts and they will leave in mid August. I am impressed tor two reasons. 1) he took time to educate me. 2) he was honest and not just trying to make money at the expense of my ignorance. He could have very easily charged me $85 to come out and diagnose the problem knowing he couldnt help anyway bc the birds will leave in a couple of weeks anyway and you can be fined for their removal. In a world where we all are trying to get ahead, it is rare to find a business that is not just chasing a dollar.

I called this company because I had flying squirrels in my attic. They came over, found the compromised entrance to my house and set up traps. They removed 8 (Yes, 8!) Flying Squirrels, secured the entrance and I have not had any issues since! Thank you! If you have critters in your house, call Tad and his team. I cannot praise Triangle Wildlife Removal enough for helping us this month. My mother-in-law moved into the home behind us. Shortly after the move we discovered bats in the attic. After calling them, the technician - C.H. - arrived and explained the process. He placed a exit net on the eaves so that the bats could exit but not return. After about a week, when the bats had all left, C.H. returned and thoroughly cleaned the area and installed a galvanized screen on the eaves so that the bats could never return. We cannot express enough how grateful that we are for Triangle Wildlife Removal, the owner Tad Bassett, and the Tech. C.H. I would highly recommend them for any pest problems in your home.
