I wish that I could provide a wonderful review of my experience with Pest & Termite Consultants, but I cant. They came out and treated for ants which I was told would provide protection for at least three months. Its been two months now and we have ants again. I called to request a retreatment but was told that they will only retreat at no cost within a 30-day period.If you decide to use them, I hope that you have the wonderful experience that others seem to have had. I would avoid them at all cost. $135 for a two-month ant treatment is mighty expensive in my opinion.

Michael did a fine job. He checked in w/ me to see what kind of problems we were seeing, what we needed and which areas of the home he could help us with today. He offered to address the inside of the garage as well and I decided we didnt need that, but on second thought, that might be helpful (spiders love my garage). I think Ill ask for that service next quarter. Thanks Michael.

Pest & Termite Consultants provide excellent & professional service! The inspectors are always prompt to appointments and respectful of our property as well. They always address any concerns that I have immediately! I highly recommend them and I have used them for the past 17+ years and have never considered going anywhere because the service excels in every aspect, in my opinion!

Brandon has been my technician for as long as I can remember - perhaps ten years. He is always on-time and performs the inspection efficiently and carefully. He is quick to share what he is seeing and explaining how termites operate.

So I spoke with Chris and apologized for bothering him on his break but I was trying to inquire about termite treatments. From the start he acted like I was a bother and was very short and rude with his answers.He was completely unprofessional and completely turned me away from using the company. I tried calling into the office (the other day) to report him, I spoke with, Mary? I think it was, but the call dropped as I was in a rural area when I called. For a manager (at least thats what he told me) his behavior was completely out of line. I wish I recorded the conversation but it kinda happened fast and I wasnt expecting him to act like that, even going as far as rolling his eyes at me. If you want friendly service, stay away from this company!

Not only do we not have the bugs so prevalent in the south, we also have a technician who we really like. Paul is personable, efficient and really good with all our pets. He goes above and beyond for us. We have bees and dont want to spray for mosquitos, so he told us which plants to use and other ways we can try to avoid those nasty pests. We appreciate Paul.

Jodi was very knowledgeable and explained the process and pricing very well. His inspection was thorough and lasted as long as he said it would. Im pleased with the service!!

Theyve worked with us for 5+ years to control termites (thankfully found before they did damage), ants, carpenter bees, black widows/spiders, etc. Dylan has always been incredibly professional, responsive, and communicative - even pointed out what turned out to be an unknown leak in our crawlspace. Dylan and this team clearly care about their customers, and have bent over backwards to help us. We appreciate their help, and patience with our relatively frequent calls!

A new tenant found bugs at the back door. We called Pest & Termite Consultants. Matthew Kelly did a very thorough investigation of the rear patio doors and the entire property today and treated the premises thoroughly inside and out. At my request, and since Pest & Termite Consultants have an annual contract with our HOA, Matt donned his cover-alls, entered under the first floor from the front access hatch, went all the way to the rear foundation wall, and inspected the joists and the band for termites. We had Pest & Termite Consultants take care of a bed bug problem in our house. Mike is a true expert and makes you feel very comfortable. His knowledge is very impressive. The other companies we consulted tried to take advantage of our problem and charge us thousands to solve it. The people they sent to our house had a hard time even answering basic questions. Mike saved us and took care of our problem for a fraction of the cost. We are now dedicated Pest and Termite Consultant customers for all of our pest control needs. We will not even consider anyone else. This company is awesome.

We just purchased a new home and were looking for a pest control company. This company provided the pest control for our apartment complex, so we were hoping to go with them. I called FOUR times to try to get someone to contact me. Every time I go a service rep who would take down my information and would say a technician would reach out to me. I gave a week between phone calls and no technician ever reached out. The third time I called, someone said they would send my request to a manager. Still, no one reached out. The last time I called, someone said they were sending it to an even HIGHER manager (because the other manager was on vacation I guess and no one knew that) and that I would hear from them that same day. Well, I got a call at 5:56 pm and missed the call. I called back at 6:05pm and it went straight to voicemail, but their voicemail wasnt set up, so couldnt even leave a message. How are you going to call 4 minutes before you close and then not have a voicemail set up? I never heard back until about 2 weeks later the original manger (who was on vacation) finally called me. By this time, I had already contacted another company, got a quote, had a technician out, and serviced our home. I told the manager due to their slow response we went with another company. Its quite interesting how I found a new company and already had my house serviced before I could actually even speak to a technician with this company. They might be great, and we were hoping to utilize them, but their communication was a headache and I would rather not spend my time begging a company for my business. Maybe this was an unusual circumstance, as it appears they have great reviews, but it was enough to make us go in another direction.

Richard has been taking care of our home for years! He is on time, always calling me when its time for our service. Hes professional and whatever concerns I have he checks it and lets me know his findings and resolution, if necessary. Hes a friendly guy and I just am so glad to know him. I would recommend him to anyone i know.

I called in a panic because I saw a bunch of winged termites swarming our back deck and second floor patio. Pest and Termite Consultants set up an inspection appointment for the very next day (less than 24 hours given the late hour I was calling). Thankfully their inspection revealed we had no termite damage/infestation, that they were likely just swarming from somewhere in the yard. Our inspector (Jordan) told us we did not need a treatment (we have a new construction home so was treated 2 years ago) and just recommended we do annual inspections to ensure no termite problems in the future. Best of all, their inspection was free! Really happy with our experience and we plan on using them for repeat inspections, and treatment if needed in the future.

This company is by far the best. The staff on the phone is quick and courteous and our personal technician, David, is outstanding! He is always thorough and always answers the millions of questions I have at each visit. I will forever recommend this group and David in particular! Thanks guys!

Hes very responsive and has helped me with problems outside of the scope of my contract. Ive recommended him to friends and family and will continue to do so.
