Weve tried a number of pest control services and started using precision maybe 6 years ago. Weve been very satisfied with the results. When we had some ants in the kitchen this summer they came out and took care of it right away. While they were here they took care of the entire inside of the house, garage and crawl space since our busy schedules rarely align such that we are here to let them into all those areas. We dont have many issues even with them just doing the outside which is a testament to the quality of the products they use. The owner, Billy, is a great guy and a pro. You really cant go wrong with these guys. We have no intention of changing the service. They are a locally owned and operated which we strongly prefer.Amee and James Harrington
I have had Precise for several years now. They have recently gone through some changes with office staff and technicians. I have greatly enjoyed the change of staff. They have always treated my house with respect and treated any issues I voiced. I have even referred my family, who love them as well. I will for sure be a long time customer!!!
I have been using Precise Pest Control for several years now. And I used Orkin for decades before that. Precise Pest is fantastic. I have zero complaints. Their rates are very fair. Their techs are really excellent! Not only timely & professional, which is expected. But friendly, energetic, and go just a bit beyond the usual service.I understand the feedback about aggressive door-to-door marketing (especially the negative reviews on Yelp). That is their model. But, from one person who has actually used this service for years, I feel that it is top-notch.
I have had Precise Pest Control for years, and I love them. We have seen a significant decrease in pests since we started using them...like none, no pests. An added bonus is that if we do see any pests between treatments, Precise Pest will come and spray again with no charge.Today I asked them for a flea treatment for my home and yard. The cost was reasonable for both, and Brandon, the technician, was wonderful. He was cheerful and happy to help!I am very pleased with both my treatments and with the technician!
Buyer beware. Enough said. Well maybe not. I cant even give a star, oh wait, they are making me give at least one! Did great the very first pest Treatment and slowly went downhill from there. Its was funny that it took them 5 - 7 minutes for the first treatment of 2016 and have a .9 acre lot that i pay to have flea and tick put all over the yard, of course received a bill for full amount of 120 bucks. What blows my mind is the Second application in 2016 he pulls up and i watched him as i sit in my office. He parks his truck and never gets out, leaves 3 minutes later. receives a bill for his services of 120.00. Now the kicker, I call explaining this and she says we can come out and apply another application. uh duh, isnt that what you normally do? How can you ignore that your caught charging but not applying? So needless to say, I canceled their service. Next one comes to my door you better be ready to hear a mouthful!
Ive been with them over a year and trying to cancel. The bug guys who come out are nice but the office is a mess. I paid upfront and I still get bills that I have to call and get corrected after they spray. Now that Im trying to cancel I cant get a hold of them. So inconvenient.
SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. They show up at your door and offer you a great price, for their service and never tell you that you are getting locked in a 2 year contract. They take 5 minutes to spray the house and you wont notice a decrease in bugs indoors or outdoors. I used their service once, had to pay to cancel the contract the pushy sales rep said was a 1-time fee, and 2 years later they are STILL spamming me via text to my cell phone once a month. I have called the office to have my number removed several times and they still send me texts once a month. BUYER BEWARE!
Great company. Professional and friendly staff. Came in and did a retreat of some specific issues at no charge. Spent a lot of time going over problem areas. And...it was easy to get a PM appointment in a timely manner.
Precise is great. I switched to them from another company. The technician that came to my house, James, was knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend this company for your pest control needs!

I have had Precise for about a year now. They have been professional and personable and treated any issues I voiced. They have been happy to come back and retreat between 1/4 appointments for any persistent issues.
I have been with Precise for 6 years now and have had great service. Only one time have I noticed some spiders and called for a reservice and they came out the next day and took care of it, and that was today. 5 stars all the way.
Just finished my first year with this company. Must say that they are very affordable, very friendly and always on time. Will definitely be using them again!!!
I paid an outstanding bill for Precise Pest Control on 20FEB17, and they sent it to collections anyway and I am continuing to get calls from collections. I have called the office three times, and they have said they will leave a note for the billing guy to get it figured out, and confirmed all three times that I was in fact paid in full with them. Transworld systems cannot remove the collections bill without the payment confirmation number from Precise Pest Control, and they do not answer their phone or call me back so I am stuck. Extremely frustrating an unprofessional.
Appalled by the attitude of the salesman who just visited my home. Recovering from major surgery and finally sleeping on my sofa - in full view of the front door- he rang the bell and knocked until I managed to get to the door. He kept trying to push a pamphlet on me even after I told him that we are not interested, I was recovering from major surgery and need to lay back down. We he finally left, he DROPPED the flyer on my front porch! I couldnt believe it. I called him back to pick it up (since I couldnt!) and told him how disgusted I was. Please do not support this company regardless of the deal they offer. You have other options, and Im sure your integrity is worth more than anything this business can offer you.
I originally sign a contract in May 2016 for this company to treat my house. The first application I was home and they seemed to do a good job. After that I never saw a technicians or invoice from May till March 2017 but was charged for multiple treatments. I called to complain but no resolution. Nothing like paying for service and not receiving it. Beware!
Weve been with Precise for almost 1 year now after cancelling our service with HomeTeam. We were having major fire ant issues inside our home and at the time had a 5 month old infant. With no success and only disappointment from HomeTeam, we were able to sign with Precise and have not seen any fire ants since. We havent had any other serious bug problems either. Not only that, but they have great customer service and are willing to come in between scheduled maintenance visits if we are having any issues. Highly recommend Precise!
This company is ridiculous! They strong-armed into signing on, did not complete services as stated, we filed a complaint with the BBB and saw many similar complaints, then when I canceled within the 3 business days legally allowed they sent a letter acknowledging this, now FIVE years later I have received a formal letter from a debt collector!
Things have been fixed and we are very happy with the results of Precise and how the owner, Billy, actually took care of us after the problems that were had in the following description. I have been helping out at my sisters and Brother-in-laws house for the past several months. When I got here back in June, I was told about their ant problem and that Precise would be coming in the next week to take care of it. Well the technician came and he sprayed inside the house and was very pleasant. Sister told him of the areas and he had said he was putting down the bait and that he would go out and spray the outside for the rest of the treatment that they paid for. I had told the technician where the ant line was coming from before he put the bait down and he was like ok. I watched him put the bait down in all the areas the ants never went.Well the as you can imagine the ants were back 2 days later. So we called Precise back told them the treatment didnt, they were very responsive. They apologized and said a technician would be back out there in 2 weeks. Brandon the technician, showed up on time and was very responsive and knowledgeable of the situation. I talked with him about the last technician (cant remember his name) and where he laid the bait and how he really didnt listen to us. Brandon apologized and took care of all concerns. He also took care of the wasp infestation in the sheds and around the house.Unfortunately, the wasps came back way to soon and we had to call Precise back let them know the wasps were still here. They gave us a date the technician would be out here, we were like, OK. Date came and no tech, no phone call to say he wasnt coming. Another call and another date set, once again no tech no call to say they werent coming. We called told them next day we got a phone call and then 3 hours later the owner Billy showed up. He apologized took care of everything and we were very satisfied. Thank you Brandon and Billy for being professional and courteous to our problem and making it right again.Dave Wieland

They promised a quarterly yard spray which never happened until I called and complained, Erica the office woman is rude and snarky. The guy never actually treats my home just sits in his truck and drives away. I wish I could give them -5. Horrible!!! I had a sleeping child the tech rang my bell once than just held the doorbell until I got to the door waking my child.... rude!!!!
I have used Precise Pest Control for several years now and I will not use anyone else. The owner, Billy Helmes, has come to my house himself to eradicate ants that seemed to be impossible to kill. The Branch Manager Chris and his wife Yasmine are always available to handle any problems that might arise out of the regular spray schedule, like a sudden next of yellow jackets in my front yards. Billy and his team do a great job and can consider me a lifetime customer.

Terrible! Surprised to see so many positive comments in the last few months because that is when we noticed our service declining. No shows for appointments and the last technician that was supposed to service our home, called 3 hours earlier than our appointment and said he was 5 mins away because he was running early. I passed the phone to my husband to decide if he could accommodate the early time and he talked to the technical and said he couldnt. The technician said that he had a doctors appt later and couldnt come back any other time. About 5 mins later my husband got a confirmation email that the technician had serviced our home. Tried to call the office about it, no one called back!EVERY time you call the office, no one answers. I have called several times in the last few months and when my call is returned, its after business hours and I have not been available. Why does it take you 8 hours to call someone back...EVERY TIME!? The last time I called I asked for a Manager to call me back and have yet to hear anything in return. They sent a technician to our house and I turned him away since I have tried to reach his company for months and told him I dont want service until I get a call from his company. I still havent heard anything.Other issues we had. Technician treating our home in the pouring rain. Wouldnt think the chemical they put down would be effective in those conditions. He also brushed off the spider webs from all our windows in the rain. All that did was brush dirt around the edges of every window on our home! Another technician came to treat for ants and I showed him an area where they had previously been and suggested maybe a small treatment in a certain spot in case they came back. He put no less than 15 spots all over my kitchen, all around my clean dishes on the drying rack and baby bottles! I then observed him drip the poison on the counter near my baby bottles and on the floor. When I said something, he had no idea it had happened, how can you be so careless with poison near baby bottles, not to mention I didnt ask him to put it anywhere over there bc the bottles were there.The positives others listed on their reviews seems to be pretty standard across all pest companies. Save yourself the hassle and find another company!
They showed up at our house without being invited. The salesman was very pushy and seemed to have a deceptive sales pitch. I would avoid doing business with this company.

2 guys came into the neighborhood soliciting pest control services. Offered to test spray for free. Sprayed water out of a can then demanded payment. The wife told them she wasnt going to pay for a service she didnt want. When I got home I ran down one of the guys still in the neighborhood and he promised to cancel. Since then, theyre put her up for collection for a $200 cancellation fee. What a bunch of crooks. If you see them in your neighborhood, stay away!
They always tried to come to my house when it was pouring outside. Bugs always came back. Canceled my contract 2 years before I moved and got a bill 2.5 years later because the new owner used my name..

The salesman just came by our home and was very pushy. He just wouldnt take no for an answer. All the people in my neighborhood posted the same experience on Facebook. If this is how they train their salesman to treat potential customers, Im not interested in their service.
