They may be responsive and their service may be outstanding, but one of their drivers ran me off the road on 540W at about 9:15 this morning (07/23). I was traveling roughly 70 or so (the posted speed limit there) in the right lane and he was in the center lane when he suddenly realized he was going to miss his exit. Never even signaled, never even looked to see if the lane was clear, just came barreling on over in front of me. Missed me by inches because I had to stand on my brakes and swerve off onto the shoulder to avoid getting hit. Luckily there wasn’t anyone behind me to rear-end me, but he just continued on his merry way and took the Leesville Rd exit like nothing even happened. Never even slowed down or looked to see if I was okay. If I hadn’t already been running late I might have chased him down to get his tag, but as it was I had to get to work. So I committed the company name and logo to memory so that I could call when I got to work and let them know about this reckless maneuver, but I ended up having to leave a voicemail. For all I know it went to the cell phone of the guy who ran me off the road.Quality service and dependability are great things, but your techs represent your company when they’re out in a work van with your name and logo plastered all over it. And running people off the highway is really not a good look. The next person this happens to could get hurt, or even worse, killed.
