After a hellish invasion and battle with all of the ants in the Raleigh area, called these guys. The skeptic that I am asked a ton of questions of the manager when making the appointment. Ty came to my home, smiled nicely, and graciously listened as I detailed my nightmare like a stammering fool. Did all the things and truthfully answered all of my questions. The manager that I previously talked to on the phone even dropped by during my appointment to check in and came with an extra product to use. Ty also stopped by a week later to check on the ants assumed victory and I happily informed him that we had won the battle, and that I thoroughly enjoy sweeping up the lifeless ant corpses each day. Very impressed with this companys dedication to customer service and follow-up. Would use again, but dang I hope not outside of routine pest control.

The folks at Custom are friendly, professional and responsive. Always get back to me quickly if I call with a question or need. The mosquito treatment had made it possible for me to be in the yard again! And home maintenance has been wonderful!

Ive used Custom Termite & Pest Control for 12 years and have been utterly satisfied with their service, professionalism, and care at each service. They have treated multiple homes for termites and powder post beetles and provided a quarterly pest control service that is both affordable and functional. When there has been a problem (ants in the summer, a random weird thing crawling) they quickly respond and rid my home of the critter.
