We were having issues with mosquitoes. We have almost 3 acres of properties and we didn’t think that getting rid of mosquito was possible. However, Problem got so bad that we were already started getting bitten by mosquitoes in March. I picked up the phone and called a company which we used in the past for another house we have, however they didn’t answer my call. So I hung up and contacted Mosquito Joe.My call was immediately answered and I got a quote. We Received the service within a few days and since that day we have no mosquito problem. This is the first summer We could enjoy spending time outdoor during the mosquito season. Communication has been great. I received text And a telephone call Priority to their service. After the service I received a note with the recommendation if any action needed to be taken. Everyone who came to spray our yard he’s very thorough, friendly and professional. We are very pleased with their service and its value.

Mosquito Joe’s has won my business for life. They arrived as scheduled and took the time to listen to my concerns. We have a large yard with several fruit trees, vegetable and herb garden scattered throughout the yard. We also have a puppy and children that play in our yard. The representative shared a passion for our garden and treated the yard accordingly. We had a graduation party in the yard the following evening. Our yard was really enjoyable, no odor and not one person had an issue with mosquitos. There was no need to apply bug spray and nobody asked to go in house. The service was suppose to be a one time use after baby shower they continued to come out and we still have a mosquitoes problem. I got services for mine and my mothers property which I was suppose to be receiving the bill for both property but only received the bill for mine. It was supposed to be cheaper then what Im now having to pay. The women that got on the phone with me today was not trying to understand only trying to blame me for her workers not listening to my instructions the first time. Do not recommend for the confusion, unprofessionalism, and product not actually working. Being pregnant I should be stressing about other things not about a mistake on their behalf and then trying to blame me for the mistake instead of talking the the guy that initially signed me up very disappointed with this service it was a waste of time and money.

Outside is FUN again, I would highly recommend Mosquito joe. therere on time, and they are very respectful to me and my property.

We have contracted with Mosquito Joe Raleigh for two full summers. They spray a fog which gets into the shrubbery and knocks down the mosquito population. They have bee safe products which they use around my veggie garden and roses. They have pointed out mosquito breeding spots so I could eliminate them. Best thing is that the yard is habitable again for people. No mosquitoes.

Got a flyer in mail so figured Id give them a shot. They tried to get us to sign up for a year service, but we wanted to obviously try it out first. Figured if first treatment made a difference wed sign on for longer term.Some guy came out honestly, dont even know if he sprayed or not, but mosquitoes were worse after that day they sprayed. Total waste of money, but lesson learned.

The technicians are well trained and respectful of our property. One spray is used for flowers, etc so as to not harm bees or the plants. A different spray is used for bushes and trees. The product definitely works and if there has been a problem, they are quick to come back out for a respray.

They do a great job and it really cuts down on mosquitoes! Ive used them 3 years now. I can sit outside and not get bitten in the middle of summer. They are careful and respectful of my dogs and close up the gates after they have been here. Communication is good and billing is easy. Pricing is reasonable. I strongly recommend.

The representative on the phone warned me it may take a few treatments before I didnt see any mosquitoes because it was late in the season, but I honestly havent seen a single mosquito since the first treatment . If you have any problems, just let them know and it will be addressed. Ive had limited mosquitoes since the first application. There was a miscommunication about where to spray because the notes on my file were not updated. The owner himself called me and addressed the issue. Im happy to see a company that reads it surveys and addresses issues so quickly.

I mentioned previously I had been bitten twice after the first application. Well, I have been out a LOT since then and after the second application, Im ECSTATIC to report I havent been bitten at all! They do make if fun to be outdoors again. Last year I had my former lawn care service perform mosquito control. There is no comparison between Mosquito Joe and my former lawn service! We’ve been with mosquito joe for a few months now and have had a great experience. Noticed a relief from the first treatment, wasn’t receiving 100% relief— but the team was quick to respond! The owner personally reached out, came out on a Saturday morning with the crew, and personally assessed and retreated our property. Haven’t had an issue since! Every property is different and the team is receptive and ready to act. Thank you mosquito joe for giving us time outside again!!UPDATE 8/2018: After a few additional treatments, we never received the initial relief again that we had with the personal consultation. We just cancelled all future services as we were having to call and schedule re-sprays after each appointment. It came down to utilizing bug spray every time we were outside to ensure my toddler wasnt being eaten up.

This stuff actually works! Our yard was unusable and with a marshy area nearby I would have never believed it would make an impact but it definitely did!

They charged our credit card and serviced us when we asked them not to anymore.Mosquito Joes came out to treat my yard the first time, I told the tech we would call if we wanted them to come back.When I was out this week my daughter called and said they were back spraying the yard.I called the owner and said I didnt request another service, she said I wouldnt be charged.I just checked and they DID charge me again.Amount: $59.00Program: Residential - Barrier Spray ProgramNow I have to go call my bank and get my money back and waste more time.WARNING: When they ask you for a credit card over the phone do NOT give it to them. They come out and keep coming (and charging you) even when you ask them not to do so.
