Mike and Jeff were very excellent in the work that they provided. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am very grateful for the work they did. This experience was ever so frightening for myself and family. That is until they took care of all the bees in a timely manner. They were very personable and understanding of our worries. Great service from this company. Definitely recommend 1000%.

The Technician Victoria was amazing such a sweet lady. She took her time and addressed the issue. Explained everything the did and let me know when she was done. Take note Hawx you need more people like her in the field or let her train people.

Im not really one to write negative reviews, but this service is truly unacceptable. They come every 3 months and charge us every three months for general outdoor maintenance and spraying services. They take a dust broom and sweep the exterior of our home, consistently leaving cobwebs behind and making it messier then when they arrived. They do have a satisfaction guarantee, however, when they return to do the service again, its the same very low quality as the first time. So, how many times can I call to have the same issues persist?This most recent time, the gentleman who came to do the service specifically asked what Id like addressed and I told him that the cobwebs had been left the time before so itd be great if he could please address them this time - he said sure no problem. He did the same thing the person before him did. There are cobwebs still all around the back of the house (he just came today).I called customer service and was passed to an Account Manager who said they are unable to refund the charge for this last time because the service was already rendered. However, this is simply not true given the person today did not spray - which I verified with the Account Manager is part of the service we pay for - in effect, the service we pay for was exactly not rendered. He kept repeating they have a satisfaction guarantee. When I asked to speak with his manager he said he reported directly to the CEO. So, I asked if I could speak with the CEO then, and he said no.Truly poor quality of service and poor customer service. Ive been working in customer service for over 10 years so I get it, but we have cancelled and would never use them again.

The young lady that this business sent was very polite and professional. She was very detailed in her work. Im well pleased with the service of this company.

They are thiefs!!!! We spoke with a sales person and was explained in detail that we were only going to be paying 79.99 bi monthly and that the service was for mosquitoes ticks and fleas. They also explained to us that the chemicals used was pet friendly. None of this was true. Not only did they lie to us about the chemicals being safe for pets but they double charged us when they came out and the chemicals didn’t work at all. When I spoke with them the first time the lady explained that they would have a manager contact us and that they have been receiving a lot of complaints about this same issue. No one ever called back. I called them back and explained that I would just like to cancel. I explained my concerns with the safety of our pets as well as the over charging and the product not working. They then had the audacity to tell me that they couldn’t cancel but could take one product off and charge more for the other. After explaining that I had proof of false advertising and had spoken with an attorney they agreed to cancel with no charge. Then made a unauthorized charge to my debit card for more than what the cancellation fee even was.

I also would like to add that Victoria was very thorough in explaining everything she was going to do and why and then what we would likely be seeing in the coming days and weeks after the initial application. A couple days later looking around my back porch I saw a lot of evidence, including a very dead black widow.

BECAREFUL!THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS.Initially they will swindle you into saying how affordable it is. They will also state how you will be paying X amount instead of an initial cost of $350 then an additional X amount a sessionI thought to myself that well Im a busy guy, maybe paying a quarterly amount is good. This will keep my yard clean ( which it was to begin with) all I had were spiders. Which ARE BENEFICIAL in keeping other insects out. But as a new homeowner I got into the fear of termites destroying my home ( which is also another service not included in the ones they offer).But apart from that this is what makes them frauds.The initial 350 is for yearly treatment and if they give you a quarterly option it just breaks it down on a per session basis AND THEY CHARGE YOU MORE. Instead of paying 350 they will charge you $400+Be very very careful. Now my fear is that more harmful insects will come to my yard because the wolf spiders are dead. They may be a good company but READ THE CONTRACT they send if you want to go through them.EditIn addition to that some bugs are BENEFICIAL for your yard likewolf spiderscricketsEarwigsThese insects will feed on other insects, and help your garden.Use them for services if you have a pest problem. Do not use this company!!! It is a big company that does not care about customer satisfaction. You will wait on hold all of the time for horrible service at the end. I signed with this company for a 1yr contract against my better judgement and regret it. Never had an issue with pests until they came to my house. I was mostly concerned about the insects until I started seeing mouse droppings. When I called them to have it addressed they told me it was not in my normal service and I had to pay extra for this. I was confused because when I initiated their service it says pest control not insect control and pest control separately and you pay out of the nose for both. I have tried to cancel but now I have to pay a large sum of money because they will not let me out of my contract. This company is a scam do not get their services or you will be very upset. Go with a small business where you can talk to the owner and get the issues taken care of. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The sales person was extremely clear and explained everything very well in a way that made me realize nothing was hidden. The differentiation of services and offerings was clear and I understood why what Hawx offers is unique and saw the value. The service rep was on time, very courteous and professional and also thorough. They repeated everything we were receiving to be sure before they started the treatment and explained all of the follow up rules. This was a great and easy experience vs some we’ve had in the past with other companies.Update for those seeking feedback after time passes—we have consistently seen dead bugs outside our garage and doors which means whatever they spray is working and not making it into our home. The service rep Ronald who was sent today couldn’t have been any more polite or professional. He was incredibly friendly and nice. Has so far proven to be an A++ experience all around, consistently—Another great experience and communication from Jacob, another service representative. Continue to be very happy with the way service reps reach out to you even when you aren’t home to remind you of what was done. Still an A++ review for Hawx and I’ve recommended to several others!

It is so unfortunate that they bate and switch the services. The initial sales person promised the services include mosquito treatment but ultimately they did not include them in the contract.You cannot cancel the contract once you signed (after 3 days). They definitely trap you. I think this just shows how little confidence in their service.

A week after we seem to have many less unwanted bugs around our yard thanks to this company. They did a great job taking care of our ant hills in our yard and even checking under our deck for carpenter bees. They were very nice and professional on the phone and in person, efficient and double checked their work to make sure everything was done which we loved seeing! Definitely recommend using them for all your pest needs!

The technician indicated I wasnt home but did the service. When I paid the bill I noted I was home but didnt hear any knocking or the bell ring. The technician came back and rang the bell. This time I heard it and he explained all he did and answered my questions. Very responsive and professional. This was my first service so I cantcomment on quality or value yet. Thanks Hawx!

Showed up at my door marketing their services, thought why not and they were back the same day to spray around the house. A day later and Im already noticing the change. Only reason its not 5 stars is the payment structure, requires a year long sign up with bimonthly sessions, even during months that they arent really needed. Cancellation fee is over 300 dollars so its not a great idea to stop once summer is over. Pretty smart way to get income during slow months but makes the customer feel kinda trapped, especially since it wasnt mentioned during the pitch.

The person that came to my home was Victoria and she did a great job. She was very informative about the services that Hawk provide and also knocked down wasp nests around my windows. I feel very confident that Victoria got the job done and I will no longer see any spiders or ants.On the second visit the person who came out was Mike Bottoms and he provided me with information I was not provided the first time. He sprayed for spiders and wasps and so far so good.

Grant came out and was extremely thorough. He walked me through the service in detail and performed it quickly. The company was able to schedule my service the same day that they called. Looking forward to having my lawn free of pests soon.

I finally made the switch to a new pest company and so far we are extremely happy. Brandon came over to do the service and he was so thorough and so nice. I was having an issue with sugar ants in particular and they seem to be much better already! They treated inside where I asked and I was amazed at how much he focused on outside. So far so good!

If you need pest control, STEER CLEAR of Hawx. Our experience with them was nothing short of horrible. Sure, theyre all nice in the beginning, but they DO NOT RID YOUR HOUSE OF ants, roaches, or even wasps. Their techs seem to know nothing about anything (without searching their phones, which anyone can do these days). Oh, and they trick people into leaving positive reviews on Google because their techs claim its to help them earn rewards. No, its to get positive reviews BEFORE people even realize the bugs just keep coming back! Then most people dont realize they can edit their reviews later.Honestly, a horrible company. I guess thats why they need to pay young people minimum wage and promise them commissions to get contracts.If you hire them and you find you have to keep calling for another reservice, youll likely have to wait 10 days, then another 10 days, and then another ... you get the point.WORST COMPANY IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH, BAR NONE.

Jacob was very good about talking to me today with the service. I mentioned a couple areas to him and he already found them before I even got to it. He was very thorough and he added some extra protection for our front area due to some more ants in that area. I highly recommend this service and Jacob did a great job!

I tried this company out for the past year as we have a ton of spiders on our porch. The company never completed indoor spraying, as promised, due to having a family emergency and needing to reschedule. We totally understood; however, it was suppose to be done the next time and was never completed. I was told they were spraying for hornets as well, but found nests on the shed, back door, and my sons swing set on days they came to spray. After a year of service, I have noticed absolutely NO difference in the number spiders on our front porch than when they first came. It was as if they sprayed them with water while here to knock down the webs. When signing up for the service I was told after a year I could cancel without any fees; however, when I called to cancel I was told I was being charged $120, then was charged $125. The customer service rep was the rudest staff that I have ever spoken with. When I asked if I could speak to her manager (after being told I had to pay a cancellation fee) she refused stating she was a manager. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. Unless you like throwing your money away, do not waste your time or money with this company.

I reached out to to Jeff at Hawx after my initial service because I had a new pest appear inside my home. Within hours i had an appointment. Technician Jimmie was thorough and explained the details of the service he provided. I was able to ask questions and receive satisfactory answers. I really appreciate this company looking out for its customers. I was impressed with my initial service with Victoria and now I’m Hawx is 2 for 2 with Jimmie.

Victoria was a great technician. She was thoughtful and listened to all of my needs and worries in a respectful, professional, and courteous way. I appreciated her diligence and friendliness. I would have liked a call to tell me she was running late, but I know situations and circumstances can pop up that are outside a technician’s control. Luckily, it was the end of the day and I didn’t have anywhere to be, so it worked out just fine on my end. As far as the service actually working? I won’t know that until about two weeks, if it’s making much difference. We live in a shady, forested area and the mosquitoes can be relentless.

The service rep was knowledgeable and the service is affordable. As a new homeowner I feel more comfortable having a this service to protect my investment. I am happy with the service so far.

I have only just started using this service. I have however had other exterminators come out to help me. Hawx has been far and beyond the other service providers I have used. Carson, the guy who knocked on my, was very personable and honest as he listened to my problem and got me set up for my first service. Jeff, the manager, has been honest, reassuring and transparent with me. Micheal, the technician was knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I am very glad I chose to answer my door and listen to what Carson had to say. The wait between first contact and my first service was only a few days and I couldnt be happier.

This company is wonderful!! We are in new construction and therefore the bugs are more than I had ever experienced. Today we had our bi-monthly spray and I can say that because they do such a fantastic job, 99% of the bugs are GONE!!! I HIGHLY recommend Hawx!!

By far the absolute worst pest control company I have dealt with. You pay them for absolutely nothing. They don’t keep their appointments and, when they do, they are hours late and in and out so fast you’re not sure if they even did anything. Sales will feed you their song and dance about licenses that other companies don’t have but it doesn’t matter what BS agricultural licenses they have if they never come out and do anything. I made sure they knew we wanted termite treatments — no problem sales said but you can’t actually find anyone in the company who can treat for termites so I’m not sure why they advertise it. We wanted mosquito treatment for the yard - talked to sales and called about this twice, couldn’t get anyone to come out, was finally told it’s too late in the season and not to bother. I think we actually have more bugs since these guys started “treating” (if you can call it that) our property but even after we called to complain they refuse to come out. Don’t waste your money on these scam artists.

I hope I will be able to update this review if the problem is resolved. They were very kind and understanding on the phone, however, they did not offer a fair solution. Dont make the same mistake I did. DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT.We were convinced by a very pushy salesman, who approached us in our driveway, that we would be provided the best pest control for less money than our current pest control company. We were assured that our issue with spiders would be resolved after the first treatment. We unfortunately believed the salesman, which I take full responsibility for, and signed a one year contract for quarterly pest control treatments.After each service, the issues got worse, I can only imagine because the chemicals drew out the spiders from their hiding places, but did not kill them. After several repeat services, we have continued to have issues including brown recluse spiders.Because I feel that we are not being provided the service we were assured of, I have now called twice and spoken to four different people including a supervisor to attempt to cancel our contract. I was offered a $30 credit for the inconvenience of being approached by a giant brown recluse this morning in my screened in porch.I was assured that because we are in a contract and they want to take care of us, they would send out a technician to make their best attempt to resolve the problem, which I do appreciate. However, when I asked what would happen if we refuse to make payment on our account, since our pests are not under control with a pest control company, I was told that they would send the bills to collections.If they cant control pests, what is the point, and why should I have to continue to pay? Because I signed a contract after being convinced by a pushy representative that this would be the best way to protect my family.

Signing-up was super easy, and everyone I have interacted with has been pleasant and really knowledgeable. Received my first service today so a bit too soon to provide a final verdict, but so far so good. Will update once the results window arrives (roughly two weeks).

I have Hawx service for a year now. Hawx provides a professional pest control service. Every technician is very helpful, friendly, and informative. I had problem with cockroaches upstair and Jacob from Hawx did a exceptional job of treating them. He explained throughly of what he was doing. As a customer, those information are very useful for future need. I give him and Hawx 5 stars rating.

Mike B has come out to my house a few times now and each time is as thorough as the last. He knows his job well and never has any issue if I find something last minute and tell him about it.

I am baffled by the number of good reviews for this company, because Hawx Pest Control has been one of the most frustrating, unpleasant companies we have ever dealt with. Trust the one-star reviews - they are developing a reputation in our area for atrocious customers service and rude salesmen, who frequently ignore No Soliciting signs to bully customers into contracts that they dont want. That was our experience last year, when one of these reps showed up on our doorstep and signed us up for services without our consent.Instead of sending us additional information (which we politely requested to end an unpleasant conversation) we had a Hawx Pest Control technician show up unannounced to service our home. According to Hawx, it was our responsibility to call and cancel services that we never signed up for! We waited on hold for more than an hour before we were assured that our information had been removed from their system.Today, we received unsolicited text messages from Hawx inviting us to get back on the schedule. When we called to once again ask that our personal information be removed, the customer service agent hung up on us.My best piece of advice would be to avoid Hawx Pest Control at all costs. There are many other affordable options in their service areas that actually treat customers with respect.

Hawx Pest Control did not work for my home as we continued to have many mosquitoes and other insects outdoors and getting into my new home. After complaining the first time I was offered a free reservice and it was preformed, but it did not change our mosquito and insect problems. I was charged for that reservice 8 days later, so I decided to cancel my service and was charged over $500 as a canceling fee. Do not waste your money and get trapped into a contract with no way out besides paying over $500 in a cancellation fee!

Victoria took care of us today, and was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable for her to treat my property. She did a fantastic job.

I am very pleased with my service. I was due for quarterly pest control later this month, but I messaged Hawx and asked if I could get the date moved up since the warm weather was causing more bugs. Switched over from another company after Hawks came out to offer their services. Hawks pointed out our spider webs that should of been de webbed by the original company which serviced us only a couple days before Hawks pitched their services. Very knowledgeable, friendly and polite crew. I recommend their services.

Jacob did a great job! He made sure to address all my concerns both on the inside and outside of the house and even my shed. He was also very knowledgeable about the type of insects I was dealing with and gave me a deeper understanding of their natures. The courtesy, professionalism and skill was greatly appreciated.

Jimmy arrived on the allotted time frame for the initial service, answered my questions, took care of some paperwork with me and listened to me when I pointed out some hot spots around the house. He went about his business then answered more of my questions when he was finishing up and getting ready to go. I dumped HomeTeam for Hawx, and I hope the change leads to a better level of service than what I was getting with the former.

My service technician, Brandon was polite and courteous. He offered explanation on everything he was doing and even he warned me of potential hazards (he saw a snake in my backyard and a trail of ants coming from my neighbors house). I appreciated that.
