Have always been fast for state inspection and oil changes. Not the cheapest but they will get you in and out. Ask them how long it will take and they are usually pretty much spot on. Like the scones and coffee from the bread shop around the corner that they usually have in the waiting area.

Pay attention motorcycle riders in North Raleigh, this place also does motorcycle inspections super-quickly, and they are hardly ever busy!Aside from motorcycle inspections, Deon and the rest of the crew are very knowledgeable and work quickly. I have never had them try to sell me a part or a service that I did not actually need. They get me in and out in a flash. I am a loyal customer for several years now and have no hesitation to recommend them to family and friends.

I love this place. Justin, the manager, is a honest and good mechanic. I never have to worry about getting ripped off and anytime I have questions I can always call and they are all answered. These guys are very personable and make me feel like this is a neighborhood garage. The oil is a little pricey, but knowing Im not gonna get hit up for 1000 dollars every time I come is worth it. I would recommend to anyone who wants local garage and not a corporate experience.

Came in and got my oil change right in. They had fresh cookies and coffee in the waiting area and the manager signed me up for a $10 rebate for my next visit. I feel this establishment is giving back to the customer more then taking away. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local garage they can trust.

This was our go to spot for oil changes and inspections, but after today that will no longer be the case. Had our car done yesterday and came today to pick it up. Called ahead of time and let them know when we would be here; upon arrival there was a sign in the window stating back in five minutes. Ive been waiting 45 minutes and am now eating lunch outside on the bench. Do not go here they are under new management.

We always take both our vehicles to EZ Lube for our oil changes. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. We are very pleased with the service at this location and will continue to do business there.

I came home from RTP on 540 and I heard a rumbling noise coming from front of the car. I googled garages within a 20 mile radius and EZ Lube came up (it had the most stars) so I headed that way. I pulled up in the front, parked and saw a man who was locking the front door. The sign read that they closed at 5:30. I looked at my phone and it was about 5:40. I turned to walk back towards my car and the man asked me if I needed help with something. I told him that I realized they were closed and that it wasnt a big deal, Id try another place. But the man said he would be glad to look at it. I explained the noise coming from the front of the car. Justin (who I assume was the manager) pulled my car into the bay area and began inspecting it. He informed me that I have flat spots in my two front tires. He looked up two new tires for me at a very fair price. Normally I only buy used tires, but the price for these were fair. I was impressed how hard Justin worked for me considering it was after closing and Im sure he was ready to go home. Any garage that would show this type of customer service definitely needs to be acknowledged. I was impressed that Justin was willing to go above and beyond. I know I will definitely go there again.

Delmar is the man! I enjoy getting my oil changed at EZ Lube Plus. They are always very polite and they dont try to sell u a bunch of unnecessary services. Delmar is a super nice young man that always has a smile and makes you feel good about just being alive. I highly recommend

For the past couple of years now Ive had nothing but fast and friendly service. i even let them put on a set of new tires, which Ive been very satisfied with. not something i would normally do at an oil change spot though i did my homework first.

I had the most traumatic experience today! as I was driving my serpentine belt snapped! Being in the middle of lead mine I panicked! I pulled right up to the door and Delmar came to the rescue. He immediately came outside and found the problem! I told him I had to be at work at 2:00, he was diligent and got the job right done, I was out right on time!! No questions asked! Amazing worker, even more amazing experience!! I highly recommend this place and Delmar!! Thank you Ez Lube!!

DO NOT USE THIS OIL CHANGE SERVICE. The guys do not know what they are doing. Could not even get my oil filter off my car. Then gave me the wrong oil filter so when I took it to another oil change place they said it was wrong. I watched as they easily (with the right tools) took off my oil filter and replaced it with the correct one. I had to pay for 2 oil changes. I will be contacting the City and BBB to investigate this company! I HAD TO PAY FOR 2 OIL changes... No response from Owner or any manager!

Ive taken many different vehicles with many different problems to this place and each and every time, they have quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Justin is a great mechanic he has been able to explain what is wrong and how he is going to fix, all at a very reasonable price. There is no pressure or up selling but if there is an issue he will alert you to it and give you the option on how to handle. I recently moved across the county but will continue to take my cars there because of the service that I get there each and every time.

Went for an inspection in March, was told I wouldnt pass without a new serpantine belt, which I later found out is not part of the state safety inspection. Had them change the belt. 5 months later, on 40 and Page, my belt goes which causes my water pump to not work which causes my radiator to blow. Had the car towed to my house and did the work myself. I cannot honestly believe that they ever even changed the belt, theres no way it would fail that quickly. Btw I was charged $70 for a $30 part.

I came in for an inspection and the manager brought to my attention that I needed an oil change as well. I know nothing about cars and usually have my Dad handle it, but I felt very comfortable with the service I received and will return in the future.

I used this location for 10+ years exclusively for oil changes and other basic needs. Unfortunately, after Justin left, things have gone down hill. I called to ask a simple question and the manager was combative, rude and disrespectful. I guess he assumed I was accusing the location of doing something wrong, which I wasnt. (And I repeatedly said this.) They have lost my business forever just because of how this encounter was handled.

I have nothing but great things to say about this establishment and the manager. I had an oil change (at another place) done right before my vacation which resulted in oil draining out ofcourse without my knowledge. While drive home and smelling nasty burnt oil I knew I needed some serious help. Thankfully my gps led me to this wonderful establishment. I got to the door right before closing and was welcomed right in. I explained to the manager what was going on and within minutes he was back to tell me they had put the wrong size filter on it. He explained to me what needed to be done and had me in and out in a timely matter. I live three hours away however I would recommend anyone that needed fast and friendly service to try out this place! You will never go back to your previous place.

Customer service was horrible, I asked how long it would take to get an oil change he said I dont know I asked if he had a rough estimate he said no. 10 minutes later he comes back and says they dont have my filter and would have to order it.

Ive used this place numerous times to have the oil changed in my vehicles and to get state inspections. Its first come, first served. You cant make an appointment. There are chairs in the waiting area, but usually the television is blaring on some obnoxious station. The wait is usually not too long. The employees sometimes try to up-sell parts and services, but Im on to that strategy. When I have flunked inspections like for a burned out headlight bulb, they want to sell me the service which is understandable. I usually go buy the bulb or other part elsewhere and return to finish the inspection.

First time customer and I got to say excellent service. I will not be going back to the shop I was using.

Disappointing. Friday, 5:30pm, took paperwork to them from my auto dealer to verify that repair was done to approve state inspection. Was told they couldnt do the paperwork (no moving parts) because they were closed. Sign on the front door reads that the shop is open until 6pm. Was the sign wrong? Or? Bay doors were open, front door was open, minds were closed.

Has been providing excellent service for years. You can trust them with your vehicle.

They charged me too much for an oil change and did not top off the rest of the fluids. Almost $50 on oil and filter and labor.

Had a safety inspection performed on my car and it took less than fifteen minutes. The staff were very friendly and the waiting area was clean.
