Honest, quick and fair pricing! Paul M. was thorough and provided excellent advice for what I needed done to my vehicle. And he didn’t try to sell me any services I didn’t need. My car has always performed better when I get it serviced at this Firestone!

Always have pretty good service here, they are usually busy. I understand that and wait patiently, just expect to wait if you go later in the day. Most of the employees are very kind and handle things swiftly. I appreciate the cleanliness. Prices are good but not great. They arent dishonest or try to up-sell you. If you were doing any major work, Id go somewhere else though. Otherwise, good service and its easy.

They were able to repair my suspension after I had hit a curb at some speed. Dropped the car off at 8am and it was done by closing. Hard to know if the price was fair but seems reasonable.

I had two inspections on different cards today and the customer service was incredible! Even though they were busy and I didnt have an appt it took about 45 minutes or less so I was very pleased keep up the good work!!

Went in to have my brake pads checked a few days ago because I heard noise when braking. I was hesitant going to this shop due to the mixed reviews I read online but it was closest to me, so I chose it. As the workers were checking my truck they were looking under my hood and about to do a full inspection on it, which I did not want because I didn’t want anything extra to be messed with other than my brake pads. Once I told the manager, he was nice and walked me around the truck to show me after that all the brake pads and rotors were fine. It turned out to be the dust pan was bent behind one of the rotors, which caused noise when braking. The technician bent the dust pan back for me and I went home. The next day, I drove in the highway and almost got in a wreck because my truck was shaking so badly. At first, I thought I hit something that messed up my wheel balance. So, I went to a different tire shop with better reviews right away to figure out what was going on. Turns out that the rear left tire’s lug nuts were left completely loose. The workers were able to twist the lug nuts with their finger tips, that’s how lose they were. They said I was very lucky that nothing happened. They also said the lug nut key it more than likely what had kept the tire on. The owner took pictures of the lug nuts and a video so I could show Firestone their mistake. I’m not sure how to upload pictures to this post, but if I knew how then I would. I know we are human and we make mistakes but this mistake was absolutely careless and could have cost damage to my vehicle, to myself, or to someone else on the road. Unbelievable!I may be able to upload pictures later when I’m able to access my laptopI spoke with Laquenna, who apologized for the mistake that was made and reimbursed me for the balancing charges provided from the other tire shop I went to. Every time I have been to this Firestone, I have had a positive experience. They seem to sense that I am on a very fixed income and do what they can to keep the costs down. But, if something needs to be fixed they are open and forthright about it. And, conveniently, they have a big, comfortable waiting area with bathrooms.

Went there stood in a area close to the first workstation( there was a person at each workstation) finishing up there calls 1 by 1 they each ended there call and I stood there .... After 10 mins I realized no one was going to welcome or speak to me into there bussiness and I left..

DISHONEST REPAIR SHOPI took my car in for an oil change and wheel alignment since I have lifetime alignment there. The sales guy Carson asked if there was anything else. I told him there was check engine light on and if he could check it for free since most places offer that service. He said, No, it would cost $100 plus tax. I told him another mechanic told me it might be the spark plugs misfiring that is causing the check engine light to be on. Giving him this information cost me $330 for a simple oil change. He went on to sell me the tune-up for the car. Once I signed the paper work, I saw on the Firestone website that they do free code checks for check engine lights. I made him aware of that, and he told me he would check the codes. I wanted to make sure that the codes were for the spark plug misfire and not something else. I did not want to spend money on something that I did not need. Another sales rep told me the codes are P3400 and P3497 and they are not for the spark plug misfire. I asked the rep if they had started on the tune-up and she said yes. This is where the dishonesty of the shop shows. They did not check the codes and let me know that it wasnt a tune-up issue. They continued to do the work that I did not need. Later I found out that the codes are generally for low oil in my car and that is why the check engine light was on. So, a simple oil change cost me $330 at this shop. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS REPAIR SHOP. I also asked Carson if they do a free brake inspection. Again he told me no and sold me a $23 tire rotation and brake inspection package - another service they do for free, but in order to add on items to my bill, he lied there as well. This is a completely dishonest repair shop. BUYER BE AWARE!

Great service from Paul! Came in with a flat tire and I asked him if it could be fixed or if i needed a new one and they fixed it. Other places would upsell you to a new one. Paul was efficient and honest. It is hard to find good service nowadays, this is why I reviewed.

Very disappointing. You would think that a tire shop would take care of the wheels on a vehicle when mounting and unmounting a tire. I went to Firestone last week to get a hole patched in my tire. Didnt check the wheel till a day later (thinking I didnt need to because they are professionals) then noticed multiple scrapes on the wheel, not to mention that the valve stem cap was lost and some generic cap was put back on. Granted its just a cap but its the principle.

Buyer Beware. They will never get my business. I went in for a simple brake check n left with a quote of over $3000. I was told at least several times to have a seat as though Im NOT allowed to see what you are doing to my vehicle. The mechanic was very unsure about a diagnostic. After the BS quote and tone of the manager. I requested my vehicle be put back together. Please dont think because I am a female....I know nothing about vehicles. Be careful how you treat your customers Mr Paul Morton because you never know who you are speaking too. If you all were Secret Shopped to provide feedback to Corporate....heads up...You Failed. By the Way ....it was the Rotors causing the vibrations. I will follow up with Corporate and dont worry I wont be returning.

I had a great experience at the Firestone on wake forest rd. My car needed an oil change and I thought I would be able to get it done same day without an appointment. Unfortunately, I was turned down at another location because they were booked up. So I went to the firestone at wake forest Rd and Paul (I believe him to be the manager) told me they could fit me in but it would take at least 2 hrs. I was very appreciative that he could fit me in. As I waited, I noticed how fluidly this location operated. Everyone knew what they were supposed to be doing and there was no time wasted. Paul demonstrated superb communication and organizational skills. The workers knew their tasks and it seemed to me that the workers were less stressed at this location. He was also very professional and kind to all of his customers. He is a great asset.

I had a flat tire they were most accommodating. Less than an hour and I was back on the road.

Grateful to be squeezed in for a quick inspection before closing time after being turned away from the capital blvd location. They were quick, courteous, and kind!

I came to this location for a simple oil change and a state inspection. I ended up paying $21 for a battery bolt that mysteriously disappeared. Carson said it was caused by poor or improper install of the battery that seemly caused the bolt to come loose and fall off however I just got that battery about 2 months ago and saw it securely installed. Carson also inferred that I could drive my car without the battery been bolted down. I told him NO and I wasnt leaving the shop without the battery being secured, which resulted in me paying the $21! I was also taken inside the bay to show me the tires that needed replacing and the Tech had my car in the accessory/battery mode draining my battery!! My appointment was at 3:30pm and didnt leave the location until 10 minutes till 6:00pm. I didnt get a half mile down the street and my check engine light came on. I immediately took my car back and the tech said the light was on before. My engine light have NEVER been on before and my car wouldnt have had passed the inspection! My tire pressure light also came on, after getting 3 new $300 tires they didnt even borther to make sure the pressure was correct! I absolutely unequivocally recommend that you DO NOT go to this location to have your car serviced.

I made an appointment with the Glenwood location because online showed the available time slot I needed, but when I showed up on time they said there were 4 other people with the same appt time and they couldn’t get to me, even though none of those appts were there. With a nail in my tire that was leaking air and a fully booked day I was stressed out. I called this location and Paul was so kind and said he could get me right in. Paul’s customer service and hospitality is top tier! He made me feel like my issue was important and he took the time to talk over all my options. I will be continuing my car services at this location. Thank you Paul for your kindness and making me feel like a valued customer!

Picked up a nail in a bad spot on my tire, it was close to closing time but they were still able to squeeze me in to fix it. Kudos from one customer service wiz to another.

The wait was extremely long. Dropped my car off for 4 new tires and for cabin and air filter at 11am and did not finish with my car until a little after 5. Besides that service was good.

Purchased new set of Destination LE2 tires and am very pleased...especially wet traction. Felt very confident while driving to beach last week in rain storm. Very quiet and rolls smoothly. Paul and technicians at Firestone at 4305 Wake Forest Rd in Raleigh NC are the .best.

Came to this Firestone because it had the highest reviews in the area. Manager on duty giving me a hard time due to my last alignment at a different store not centering my wheel. The previous store had told me that if I had any problems, bring it back or I can take it to another store. Noticed immediately the issue, however Im a busy man these days and had no time to complain and make them redo it. Made time nearly a month later and the manager is giving me grief. Extremely disappointed with the way he handled what I assume he thought was a situation all because Ive used my lifetime alignment in his opinion too many times. I go outside to catch some air, and the tech talks to me about my vehicle.I give this place 3 stars only because the tech was so cool, and actually had a conversation with me.5 stars for the workers1 star for rude managementWork on upper level customer service, cause this aint it.

Got a nail in my tire and called this shop on Wake Forest Rd at 5:10pm (they close at 6pm). Initially talked with Michael, who was so nice and assured me that they would get my tire either fixed or changed before closing. They were able to patch the tire. While I was waiting, they noticed my inspection was due. They asked me if I wanted them to do the inspection and I was thrilled to get it done. They completed everything in about 40 mins. and for a great price. I would definitely take my vehicle here again. Nice people, great service, fair prices!

The service is fine. They fix stuff correctly first time, but dont plan on getting the car back when you want it. I dont know if its because Im female, but lately, Ive made morning appointments, dropped the car off the night before the appointment, and the car hasnt been ready by the end of the next day. there have been times when i had to leave the vehicle overnight sothey can finish a minor repair.

Continually disappointed with this establishment. Had an appointment, but they took a walk-in while I was waiting for my appt. Prices significantly higher than what I was quoted over the phone and the difference was chalked up to fees. If you are persistent enough, you can eventually get to Paul (owner) who will attempt to make it right.

Over all good experience. It took us 15 minutes to get air in our tire which was annoying but the gentleman who was freed up enough to take care of it told us about a potential hole and appreciated his concern, ended up getting a patch job.

No complaints!! I showed up super early for my appointment, because I ended up finishing up at work early... So there was a wait, but they were still able to see me earlier than originally scheduled. And the tires seemed good to me!!(I was getting them on my company truck/through LeasePlan, so I didnt even take note of the price)

I had an appointment at 10 a.m. today. I arrived at 9:55. I waited an hour and 15 minutes and no one even touched my truck. I left. What is the point of having an appointment if after an hour and fifteen munutes nothing happens?

My husband and I keep on coming back to this place for all our little issues after my recent two flat tires (bad luck) on my Prius and even for my husbands car, and Firestone never ceases to amaze me at their honest service, sound recommendations, and non-shady business. They also honestly charge for the exact amount of labor involved, which could be a short inspection. They dont rip you off, upsell, or try to suggest more fixes than needed. The professionalism with which the owner/ managers at the front I have been met with is always first class. The job gets done within two to three hours MAX and they are open on Sundays! They have been the light at the end of my tunnel the past few visits. And not to mention, every time I come, there are more and more customers coming in for service. Its become fuller and fuller every time I have come. Great service, I wish there were more honest, trustworthy repair shops like this! Will be coming back again.

Paul location is great! Appt was scheduled online at another location but no appts were available when I arrived....this was disappointing. Paul and his location on Wake Forest Rd. were great. When I called them, they were able to fit me in and help take of my issue quickly. Eddie the mechanic was friendly and very helpful. Even though this isnt the closes location to my house, I will use them more. Thanks for delivering on great service!

I came for a car inspection and was told I needed a new tire, even though I had bought a new tire and had a rotation prior to coming, but because I was afraid of failing inspection I bought one anyway against my better judgement . Was also told I needed a new air filter .... once I got home I noticed a loud whistling sound coming from my AC ... it has never done this PRIOR to me coming to get my inspection. It’s almost as though it was purposely done so that I would spend more money . I am furious . I am so upset and I HOPE when I return I will not have to pay for one of the mistakes made by a mechanic ..

Very honest people, there was a couple things wrong with my vehicle which can be overwhelming but they were very helpful. Paul broke it all down and helped me understand what was really a necessity to me to keep me safe on the road and what was to keep my vehicle performing like it should. He showed me each repair that needed to be performed on my vehicle and explained in simple terms to me. They will always have my business!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not trust this company or employees at this location. They are rude and only care about getting more money from you. They took 3 hours on a repair that shouldnt have even taken an hour. They tried to charge WAY more than the quoted price and wouldnt take no for an answer. Oh and if you call them out? Theyll try to ruin your engine. Dont let them work on your vehicle, I now have to take mine elsewhere to fix what they did to my car.

Very dissatisfied! The upsale is out of control. I was told I needed seven items repaired,replaced and or adjusted. My tires are great, they told me I needed new tires. I went to where I purchased my new tires 18 months ago for a rotation, they assured me my tires were great. I was told I needed to replace my in cabin air filter, it was just replaced in October, 2018. The list goes on and on. I only needed an inspection and it passed, without all of the so called repairs being done.

Michael who assisted me when I called prior to bringing my car in, as well as helped me in store, and upon pick up of my vehicle was phenomenal! On the phone call, he answered every question I had as well as going to look for the battery I needed to confirm it was in stock. In store he was extremely polite and listened to/answered every question that I had. Then when I came back I wanted someone to glance at my tires to make sure they were still ok and he came outside and touched/pressed on them to determine the wear. His customer service skills are out of this world. I had such a pleasant experience interacting with him that I am actually looking forward to bringing my car back in a couple months to have my tires replaced. I cant say enough nice things about him.

To start out, I have had good experiences here, but in the past few months my sister and I both have had terrible experiences.I called the store to get a price check on a lifetime alignment, I then said I couldn’t afford that at the moment, and asked the one time price, $69, great. I go into the store for my appointment, and they’re trying to charge me $200. And then said the one time was not $69.Long story short the gentleman I spoke to on the phone called me a liar (not even joking), and said I just asked for a tire rotation, he implied I was lying to get a discount.I’m never going here again.

Scary. Their computer lost my receipt validating lifetime alignment. If I didnt have a copy I would have had to pay for the alignment. I think its a scam to get rid of people who use the services a lot. Keep copies of your warranty items.

Took my car in to get the ac fixed. Compressor was broken, no problem, let them have the car for the day to fix it. Dropped it off at 10:30. Got a call later in the afternoon, asking to keep it until 9 am the next day. Fine, as long as it gets fixed. Called in the morning, car went be ready until 11:30, they got the wrong compressor. Okay... Picked up the car and the ac is barely blowing out cool air. No one checked to see if it worked before handing the car over?

We always use this Firestone location even though there are ones closer to the house. The guys here are great. Ive only had 1 problem ever & they fixed it immediately as soon as I returned (same day) to tell them that I wasnt satisfied with my brake work. They didnt try to argue. They simply saw what I was talking about & fixed it. Problems are simply an opportunity to show your true colors & their customer service shined through.

Very disappointed. The AAA Car Care Center said the oil drain plug was jammed in crooked and it couldnt go back in. Firestone on Wake Forest Ave in Raleigh did that last oil change. So either the Firestone mechanic messed up or the AAA mechanic over-torqued the bolt on my Odysseys aluminum drain pan and then lied about in front of his boss and myself as we took pictures of it (and the Firestone oil filter) as evidence. That suggests Firestone based on my experience with my people interactions.Expecting big company Firestone to at least admit the possibility of making a mistake and fixing it for me, they turned on the teflon customer treatment that they learn at corporate training and wouldnt even admit to the possibility of the doing anything wrong ever. Everything had to be discussed their way. Firestone blamed the AAA and made other unlikely claims. If they had just admitted to at least a 50% probability of screwing up, Id have been okay with it. They did put forth $125 on an attempted fix. Now leaking again and a $400 bill that I should never have.Just admit it Firestone!

Got my engine light looked at and they found the problem. Spoke with me before moving forward. Man named Michael in the office was very friendly. TV in the waiting room with magazines and some toys for the kids.

I gave a five star even though they were not able to help me they provided me with the best advice and were honest instead of pressuring into purchasing a new tire. In the future if I need any work I will definitely come back to them.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I drove my mini van there with a skipping issue and an occasional cutting off issue. The dealership diagnosed the car and said that it would need a throttle body cleaning first just to rule out a dirty throttle body. The dealer charges more than a shop would so I shopped around and Firestone had a good price for doing the service. Left the car with them in the morning to get the service done. They called me later in the day saying that my throttle body was broken and would need replacing and that the car can not be driven away. All I needed was a simple throttle body cleaning?? My 119.00 service turned into a 500.00 repair. I explained to them that I had drove the car in and expected to drive back home in it with at least the issues fixed if Im about to spend 500 bucks. They claimed that the new throttle body would resolve my issues. The next day when they were done I paid and drove the car home doing the exact same things it was doing when I dropped it off. Turns out I didnt need a throttle body. My throttle body could have been serviced. When I called Firestone main office (corporate) to express my disappointment they got the manager on the phone with me and his solution was to charge me for a diagnostic to see whats wrong with the car. Can you believe he asked me for more money? If they didnt know what was wrong with the car they shouldnt have charged me for a part that I didnt need. Not only did they take 500 bucks fraudulently from me by replacing a part that didnt need replacing but they also wanted to charge me more money to do diagnostic that should have been done before replacing the part on the car and making me spend a whole weeks pay check. Horrible customer service on both the location and the corporation. Stay far away from this location. As far as corporate they will not step in and help you with issues. This has been a total failure and a huge disappointment. I have 4 kids and cant afford for a company as big as Firestone to take 500 dollars out of my pay check for nothing. Since then I went to another shop and for less then 100 bucks fixed the problem. DO YOUR SELF A JUST AND DONT TRUST FIRSTONE. BIG THUMBS DOWN! ROBBED ME!

We definitely drive firestone! We have been taking our cars to this Firestone for many years. Paul and his staff at Firestone Complete Auto Care on Wake Forest rd do an incredible job looking after our cars! We drive alot so we are always in there for one thing or another and we are always treated great and I trust them when they say we need something I know it is true and they always give us a great price. If you need your car worked on call this Firestone and you cannot lose!

I wouldnt even let the this place put air in my tires honestly. Iv had multiple issues with this particular shop and my last experience has caused me lose all faith and trust in Firestone and Iv decided to never bring my car to any Firestone location anywhere at all. I brought my car in this Firstone location for an alignment because it was pulling hard in one direction aswell as the steering wheel shaking and being off center. After the Firestone technicians were done with my car, I left and right away felt as if they did nothing if not make it worse. The bad alignment that I brought my car in for was still there but worse. They car swerved all over the highway like I was trying to drive through a wind storm. It felt unsafe over 50 mph. I brought the car back to them and the technicians again tried to do the alignment on my car. They showed me the before and after print out of my cars alignment and we could clearly see that the alignment was not at all done correctly the first time. They technicians got closer the second time but it was no where near what a proper alignment should be and I was done giving them chances. I know from experance that this shop doesnt like to give out refunds for faulty work unless the car is unarguably broken because of them, so I didnt even try. Iv since taken my car to another mechanic shop who did my alignment for $30.00 less and they did it 100% better and 100% right the first time. My advice to anyone going to this Firestone location is that if you have even the slightest shred of doubt about what the shop is telling you about your car, thenwalk out the door and get a second opinion immediately.

Routine oil change, told me I’d have to go to a dealer to turn off “routine maintence warning.” they forgot to re attach the plastic belly pan, flew off on the highway going out of town. I Duct taped remaining piece to keep from dragging on the road. Took to a different Firestone where it was fixed and turned off the warning light without me having to ask.

Service was decent, but I always felt like they over-charged me. The last time I went to Firestone, they charged me $80 for a pair of wiper blades.

BEWARE! My mom took her car to this place, and they took advantage of her. She went for an oil change, and they told her she needed new tires. She only had 20K miles on those tires. My brother-in-law went to talk to them, and they refunded 1/2 of what she paid for the tires.The second time (yes I know she should not have gone back), she went for an inspection and they told her she needed a new steering rack, $600. Totally bogus, luckily she took it to another shop and there was nothing wrong with her steering.I cannot believe you people would try and take advantage of an elderly lady. POOR FORM.

Use to be a great place when Ralph was there this last visit was awful made an appointment a few days before to make sure a get my service done came for the appointment 5 minutes late no big deal so I thought, 1 hour later no service and everyone else in and out I did notice a little attititud when I checked in from this guy Michael but to make me wait for an hour for an oil change while every other customer is in and out it was not fair will never be back ever again to this location my money is worth the same somewhere else where they give a better customer service

Dont take the life time alignment service. when ever I go to the store they say long waiting queue since they know they are not going to charge me and they think that they are doing a free service which is waste of labour and time.I have seen this not a single time but always since the person who sold me the alignment service recognizes me he always makes excuses to skip the service.
