I’ve been going there for two years with only great results (I go twice a month and get a dip (SNS). My regular nail tech is Ivy, who is excellent. I’ve also had Jackie, when Ivy was busy, who was also very good. These ladies work so hard. Usually seven days a week, opening to close. Don’t hesitate to go there. They have totally transformed my nails.

Im pretty impressed with this spot. I happened to stumble upon it since the nail salon I usually go to nearby didnt have time for me the night before I left to go on vacation. & I do not regret it at all. The vibe is super relaxing & Jackie did my nails and was super friendly and did an amazing job.Ive been to some others in the city with comparable pricing and they dont compare.

Another great experience! Ive been going for a while now and the service is excellent. But tonight, I broke my nail and reached out through yelp. Ivy got back fast (as always) and let me know I could come asap. They took off my gel and fixed my nail, then painted me back up!My nail looks good as new. Ivy even came over herself to look at my nails and make sure I was good. Always a pleasure and quality work everytime I go :)

The overall aesthetic of the place is beautiful. As soon as you step in, you automatically feel welcomed and cozy. The staff is super nice, and they do an exceptional job. Ive had the pleasure to do my gel mani twice with Mason, and he did not disappoint me. He is the sweetest nail technician Ive had the pleasure of doing my nails with. Even though I havent done my nails with any of the other mans, theyre all sweet and welcoming. Im super stoked to have found this place!

I dont really write review much, but wanna give a thumb up for Ivy. Came along Noa Nail Spa, made appointment thru phone, Ivy responded promptly! And when I got there by my appointment time, she ready to assist right away. It took her more than an hour to remove my pervious color due to thick layer of glue, she patiently removed it and I showed her a picture of what design I want, she immediately know what to do and give me some color to choose from. I thought is a easy one, guess not, it required some tools and layers and layers to make this sky and moon design ~ I like it so much! Thanks Ivy!

My experience at Noa Nail Spa was fantastic! I was visiting from Boston for the weekend while my boyfriend went to a business conference. I had time on my hands, so I went to look for nail salons. Noa Nail Spa caught my eye because of its use of natural nail polishes, lotions and other products. I used phone to reach out to Ivy and I booked a gel mani/pedi. The gel mani/pedi came out gorgeous, and my interaction with Ivy and the nail tech (I wish I remembered her name!) was all positive. Definitely recommend this nail salon!

I have tried nail salons all around Concord until one day 2 years ago decided to try this place and I never went back to another. My favorite place to relax. Awesome staff all very courteous. Jackie is awesome, always with a smile and she takes her time to make sure I like it. The best is place for acrylic and also pedicure and some relaxing time!

I was there yesterday and this time I took my mother-in-law with me to pamper her for her birthday early gift. Like always, Ivy worked on me and Sam gave my mom a beautiful manicure and another lady ( sorry that I forgot to ask your name) did her pedicure. She absolutely loved it and enjoyed her time with me. Thank you! I loved my new nails because Ivy knows what I look for and she gives me what I like. Thanks for the cute specialty design.

Everyone was very friendly. The service was great and they took me almost immediately. I asked for a deluxe pedicure but they gave me a regular pedicure and were honest with me when I told them I owed them more. They apologized to me for the misunderstanding instead of taking more money knowing that I thought I had received a more expensive service. I will definitely return. If the regular pedicure is that nice I cant wait until I really get the deluxe!

I have been coming here for a year, the technicians are personable! They are the best at acrylics and nails, I always get compliments on my nails after having them done here. Jackie, Mason and Ivy are the best! They can do designs very well, better than any Pinterest pictures I’ve seen! I highly recommend, also much cheaper than MANY other nail places in the area!

I have been coming here for 9 years, so after Covid everything changed. The business went under new owner and I really missed Yen.But things happen. Prices changed and what can you do. I can’t get some of the same services like a quick manicure for my cuticles . So I have to pay full price and that was great thing for my drycuticles and I do gel nails .. I can’t do a full Manicure every time I get my nails done.But let me say I am still happy with the new owners they have come in and did a great job.I like Ivy who does my nails. Jackie does a great job with the pedicures. Kelly still there which is wonderful. Mason is still there who’s does a great job. Everyone seems to be happy working together., I am going to try SOS nails tomorrow for the first time with Kelly, so I’m looking for a different experience. Thanks guys for a great job.Sandy :-)

I completely agree with few of the comments mentioned earlier. This facility has no decency or value for professionalism. It is extremely rushed and treat customer as just a mere number on their waitlist. They called my mom difficult for taking couple minutes to choose her color and service, and literally kicked her out! When I confronted the person on phone regarding the situation, the lady had the audacity to lie to my face and claim that my mom took an hour to pick her color! I understand the busy rush hours, but there is a decent way to talk to customers, especially when youre paying extravagant money to get the service. I was extremely unhappy with the experience, and would highly advice to choose a different nail salon if you want a better experience!

I have tried many nails places in the Charlotte, Huntersville, and Concord areas; however, they do not compare to here! I have had services done by every single staff member and have never been disappointed. Every single staff member is friendly, funny, professional, and knowledgeable. They are talented and on top of new nail trends. They also provide great discounts. Ask for Jackie or Kelly!

Ivy did my nails and she did great! She was very meticulous and took her time. Some of my real nails broke and she added some tips to make them all match of course. I am very satisfied with my nails. I get a solar overlay (nails are thin) with shellac.

Ivy is the best she takes her time and always makes sure I am happy. The website is easy to set an appt. I live 20 mins away and come here because they are the best in the area

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my nails done by Ivy! For starters, she is the one the sweetest people I’ve met; amazing customer service! She made me feel as if I’d known her for years the very first time I met her. Also, she is a talented artist who can free draw any abstract design you want! She’s the best!Kelly was super sweet and gave my boyfriend a pedicure. A little background— he works in landscape and is on his feet all day; he is super insecure about his feet, but Kelly was so kind, funny, and made him feel so comfortable that he wouldn’t stop talking about his experience! He keeps asking when are we making another appointment!Basically what I’m saying is, Noa Nail Spa has incredible customer service, and is filled with both kind, and talented individuals! Definitely check them out!

You are lucky if you get Mason or the tall woman who has been there for years. All the new staff only care about money and will overcharge you for average work. Just got a pedicure and half of my nails aren’t shaped and he was rushing to get to the next person so I didn’t even bother to say anything. New lady did my eyebrows and they look awful. They have no shape. They should have given me the woman who has worked there since I was little. My eyebrows are now horizontal and no longer arched. I am so upset

So my daughter an I went their yesterday for our manicure and pedicure. The staff were decently nice, not really welcome. We both were seated down and everything was fine. But the lady who was working on my daughters Mani and pedi was just in a rush to get somewhere and she also skipped a lot of things with my daughter. She didnt clean inside of her nails, didnt properly clean her nail polish from before (which was black so it peeped from the side). If you go to this place, its on a luck basis. If you get certain employee, youll be screwed over.

We made an appointment for our ladies spa day. We chose the seasonal offering pedicure with pumpkin scents. It included a hot stone massage. The ladies that did our pedicure were amazing! They were all super friendly, made sure we enjoyed our massages, and checled to verify if things were too warm or uncomfortable. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. We are from out of town but WILL be back to visit when we come to the area!!!

Love this place! The staff is friendly and great with their hands. I may not visit often but when I do I feel like Im receiving the royal treatment. I need to learn the name of the nail specialist with the Red Dragon tattoo on her left arm, she is the best. My daughter and I always enjoy our visit to the nail salon spa.

If you planned on coming to this location; be prepared to have CASH. They dont like to take credit card; claiming the fees is too high. The lady told me If pay in cash will get 5% back right away. Im not too sure what kind of business they are running. If the credit card fees isnt what you like; then should put a sign at the door, or run a cash only businesses. They are taking venom, and cashapp; in case you dont have cash.

I love Noa nails everyone is so nice and friendly. Kelly is awesome. I always wait way too long to get pink and white fill in . When I leave she always makes my nails look like a new set. I always get compliments on my nails when she does them .

I am not happy with the service and the price.The ladies keep talking in their own language and they do not even think what customers are thinking. When a guest asked a question about the nails length the lady replied “I know what I am doing”. Didn’t expect this..have been to nail salons earlier they are ready to listen to what a customer wants and that was definitely lacking over here.Never seeing them again..

Pam was excellent!!! Best service Ive ever had. She really knows how to do a great pedicure. Made me comfortable for my first time. They gave us water and juice for my little one for no extra charge! Best nail salon in the area. Definitely coming back. Worth every penny.

Do not go here to this Spa. It is NOT noa nail SALON. not the same business. This Spa price gouges because of covid19 and lies about discounts. They nicked my cuticles and they were bleeding afterwards.

Customer acknowledgement was great when I walked in but the rest of my experience was a bit disappointing. Waited in the pedicure chair 15-30 min before anyone ran the water or offered me a beverage. The young lady that did my delux pedicure was more focused on other customers. She stopped multiple times to assist customers that were already being helped by other staff. As a result, my polish is sloppy, the application of the mud and wax were done with very little effort, and my massage was weak. Ill go back because its convenient, the shop is nice, and the guy that greeted me was awesome. Ill just be sure to schedule with him next time.

Kelly does an excellent job. Each time I get my nails done I receive a compliment from co-workers, customers, friends and family. I come in regularly because the service is great! I highly recommend NOA Nails and the powder gel manicure.

Was worried when I read the mixed reviews but I went today and there were only 2 people there. Mindy did my pedicure and she did a wonderful job. She was very nice and took great care of my feet! I will certainly be back!

First time at this salon, I arrived 2 hours before closing time and requested a simple manicure with gel nail polish. My manicurist made little to no eye contact with me, made me feel rushed/hurried while trying to select a color, and proceeded to rush through the manicure. She was rough with me and instead of kindly asking me to move my hand in closer to the light (when gel was setting) she grabbed hold of my wrist and pulled my hand in closer causing my paint to chip. To top it off, once I was finished and ready to pay I had received a 10% off coupon for a manicure or pedicure redeemable at their salon and they refused to accept it. My manicurist then got her manager (who seemed like just another nail tech in the middle of a pedicure) to come to me at the cash register and explain some bogus excuse justifying how they couldnt accept the coupon. Instead of fighting them for it I just paid the difference and left. Two stars for location, pricing, and decor (salon was decorated adorably) but mostly likely will not be returning.

This was definitely one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a nail salon. We went on a Saturday and the salon was mildly busy. My friend and I were seated in the pedicure chairs immediately and were asked if we wanted the regular or deluxe pedicure. I said deluxe, my friend said regular, but then after I told her what the deluxe entailed, she told them shed get the deluxe instead. I also told them that she wanted the deluxe as well. The lady working on my feet was definitely in a hurry. She didnt look at me or talk to me, except to question me when I asked her to cut my nails shorter - which I had to do 3 times and she still didnt cut them short enough. She just clicked the clippers and made it sound like she was clipping. She cut me and then tried to cover it up by keeping her hand over my foot so I couldnt see it (because it totally didnt burn like crazy when she put alcohol on it). She was also extremely rough and the massage hurt more than it felt good. Meanwhile, they completely ignored my friends request for the deluxe and just gave her the regular. Part of the deluxe is a paraffin dip. When I got to this part they brought the wax over and it wasnt even melted yet. They plugged it back up and asked me to wait a few minutes - which ended up being 10 because when the wax was ready, they dipped another ladys feet first (who came in after me). After all was said and done, they didnt even offer me a discount and when my friend and I got outside and looked at our feet...our toenails were crooked. My friend ended up having to fix hers at home. I just cant believe a salon can stay open with customer service (or lack thereof) like that.

Did a couples mani pedi with my husband on Sunday. Thank goodness I got Amy!! She was amazing. The other lady that did my husband was great as well ( didn’t get her name). I will be going to Amy for all my mani/pedi needs.

Just left 11/17/17 and I expressed very clearly what I wanted multiple times and the nail tech kept saying ok, Im not done. I was absolutely mortified by my nails. I have pictures. Shape is off, gel powder not even throughout nail and nails not even. I didnt even have them polished I was so upset. I also expressed my dissatisfaction and no solutions were offered. At least an apology would have been a positive to this negative experience.

The young lady at the front view desk lied about the prices . I asked how much for a fill in and a full set for my daughter, she pretended to look something up and said $47 for the full set and $37 for the fill. I looked online and she basically doubled the price. I could tell she was being dishonest as these are 2 of the most common questions asked in a nail shop plus her eyes kept shifting. Shame on her seriously!

Worst experience ever at a nail salon!!! After 3 hours and 2 failed attempts at a SNS manicure, Im left with a cut on my cuticle and a botched nail job!

Had acrylics done Saturday, its now Wednesday and they are yellow! I had to wait over an hour even though I had made an appointment, definitely wouldnt recommend.
