Walked in today for a gel manicure and was seen quickly. Nice selection of colors, friendly service, very thorough manicure including massage & parrafin for only $30.

Simply the best! I never get a bad manicure there. The owners are delightful and always remember my name. All the manicurists are excellent. As a result, they are very popular, so it’s best to make an appointment. That said, they will try to work you in.

I went to Queen Nails for the first time because my usual nail salon downtown hasnt been doing a good job lately. Queen Nails was fabulous! They took their time, they were so friendly, and my nails have lasted for 3 weeks without chipping! I definitely recommend them. Make an appointment if you can, because they have a loyal band of customers!

I visited this place for the first time with my mom today so she could get her toenails trimmed. Shes got some different injuries that make her legs and feet quite sensitive to touch. But moms trim went well, and was one of the most painless and best trims shes ever had. Thanks to Mia for giving Mom a great trim!

Not the fanciest place, but probably the best mani/pedi service Ive had in a very long time. The gel manicure comes with a paraffin wax treatment and a shoulder massage, and the pedicure includes a great foot massage. I was pleasantly surprised by this and my nails look great! Both ladies took extra time with my cuticles, which is much appreciated. Ill definitely return here.

I have gone to Queen Nails for years. The staff is always warm and welcoming and they never short you on massage time. The only reason this is not a 5 is that the pedi-massage chairs are getting a bit rump sprung.

I am so happy that I finally found my go to nail place in Raleigh! Queen Nails is the best! For $30, my shellac manicure will last over two weeks and it includes paraffin and a short back massage. They are always very nice and happy to see me. Some tips are to call ahead because they can be very busy on Friday and Saturdays. Also, they do not serve alcohol, so if you like to drink wine while you get your nails done, this is not the place for you.

Now this is what I expect from a nail salon! I decided to give Queen Nails a try for a special birthday treat. I got a gel manicure and a classic pedicure. The gel manicure included a paraffin wax and I also received a relaxing massage. Hannah was my nail technician and she was so kind and thorough! I appreciated that she made conversation with me and didnt simply ignore me like other salons Ive been to. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 1 so I have not experienced this place when its super busy like other reviewers have mentioned. All in all I enjoyed my relaxing spa afternoon for 2 hours. Tip: Do not come here if youre in a hurry. Make sure to set at least 2 hours aside if youre getting hands and feet done. I definitely will be back.

Today is my first time here, 5.26.18: I chose Queen Nails because I read the reviews and although some were bad I decided to go with the folks that had a great experience. I took my chances and came in on a Saturday morning. I was greeted very nicely and then was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. I started to get a little anxious thinking that I would be turned away. She looked through the appointment book and yaay...although they were booked, she was able to get me in before her first appointment! I have to say...job well done Nellie! You were amazing, kind, funny, sweet, a joy to talk to and you made my first time quite a pleasant experience! They were all professional and wonderful, no complaints! Five stars easily!

My favorite nail place to go to here in Raleigh. I’m from Charlotte and go to school in Durham, but for my birthday weekend, I was staying with my sister (who’s about 15 minutes from the shop), and she recommended Queen Nails. This is officially the only one I’ll go to here in Raleigh; they’re the best.

I was excited to try this nail salon after seeing such positive reviews...walked in at 3 pm on a Friday & was immediately turned away & told they had no openings the rest of the day for a basic manicure. Yet they’re open until 7 pm & the place was basically empty?? Customer service is severely lacking.

June 1, 2019...We walked in for a manicure. Place was practically empty. We were dismissed and staff was very disrespectful. We were told to have a seat. Then after waiting 15 minutes a lady called from the back and asked if we had an appointment. We said no, she waved us away and said come back at 5 Oclock. 😒😳😞😡. We did not go back. I gave it one star only because I couldnt write a review without it.

I went on a Monday at noon, the place was pretty empty with one customer in a chair. I asked for a fill-in, she said they didnt have space for any fill-ins for the whole day.

What a disappointment ! I made apt for my daughter and granddaughter coming from out of town (as well as for myself) to have mani pedis for an upcoming cruise. I let the girl on the phone know it was special apt for 3 generations, a cruise, plus it was Mothers Day weekend. I was called back 1st but finished much later than the other 2 because the girl working on me talked non stop to her coworker, then took a phone call ....left me sitting there waiting...she was obviously making an apt...then the owner informed her she needed to call the person back and schedule a different time. You can imagine how long all this took! I chose this nail salon because it used to be the best around. I found it to be very messy, run down and not very clean. I will not be going back here!

The ABSOLUTE best service and care! I brought my elderly Mom to Queen Nails and she was treated with such compassion and patience. My mani and pedi are beautiful! Nip and Nellie are WONDERFUL! If I could give them ten stars I would!!!! TY Queen Nails!!! :)

Rude staff. She asked me what I was having .I told her pedicure. Then she asked what my friend was having I said same thing. She turned around in her seat and started speaking Korean to her. She turned back around and said they are booked. I do not recommend this place at all. No personal skills whatsoever

Absolutely not a fan!!! I walked in and immediately felt like I was not a wanted customer. Never have I felt this way when walking into a nail establishment. I will not be returning and only hope that others are not treated the way I was.

Amazing owner operated nail salon - the sisters have the highest standards. Thin and natural looking gel or acrylic that are chip and worry free. Their manicures include parafin wax treatment and a neck massage that is worth the price of admission. They and their staff are friendly and relaxed. Shellac is wonderful, will last 2 weeks easily. The only warning, if you go here once you will be sorely disappointed with any other establishment. Ive paid twice as much in nice spas in Washington D.C. and the Ritz in Grand Cayman and Queen Nails puts them to shame!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THE EXSPENSE OF YOUR HEALTH! They are very unsanitary, using same wooden sticks on multiple people. There massage was so uncomfortable and just didnt feel good. I say all of this with 2 years of cosmetology. They are violating health regulations. This is how you spread ring worm, and other infectious feet or hand bacteria.

I received a Shellac manicure and was told it would last 2 weeks. FIVE DAYS later it was peeling off when I washed my hands. Went back on day 5 to have it repaired and it started peeling AGAIN on day 6! The worst part was I called to complain and the owner HUNG UP ON ME- TWICE! I wanted an appointment for them to soak the mess off my fingers and ended up doing it myself in a few minutes. Proof the Shellac polish was not applied properly.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE OWNER! Never again.

Always excellent service! Love this place and the people!! Reopened in August after updating for COVID19 with safety precautions and updating their space with plexiglass. Every employee was wearing masks and gloves. They also went through extra training as relayed by one of their employees after asking about COVID19 training certificates on wall. Pricing went up $5, but to be fair they made investments in plexiglass, extra PPE, as well as being closed for several months. I felt comfortable in their space and it was clear there was extra cleaning between clients and lots of spacing between people without sacrificing their excellent final product and wonderful customer service. Happy to be there and happy to help them out. Will return! :)
