Great service, cleaners are well trained and knowledgeable. I am used to people using strong products and bleach around my home, I asked why they weren’t using such products, and they were more than happy to show me the products they carry and why such products were much better for surfaces like my countertop and Harwood floors. The cleaners are kind and courteous and I have no problem leaving my home before the finish.

I booked a cleaning easily through their website, downloaded the app and was able to communicate with Chris and his team. The cleaners showed up about half way through the 4-hour cleaning window, asked me to show them around my home and got started. My house is CLEAN clean. My fiancé commented on how clean a mirror was and never notices that sort of thing. I would 100% recommend this cleaning service to anyone and plan on utilizing them in the future!

The two lovely women were AMAZING! I had guest coming over and my house has not been cleaned for a while (2+ years). The house was really dusty and my asthma started to get worst. So I decided to change things up and called Maids Next Door after seeing and ad on Facebook. The gentleman who answered the phone (Chris) was very helpful. I explained to him the condition of my home and he was able to book the service tailored to my needs. When the cleaners arrived, I showed them around my home, and they got straight to work. The three person team was very fast and did a thorough job. I have very high expectations of clean, and I want the house to look, smell and feel clean. The service sent a three person team to clean a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath house. They were done in 2.5 hours! The hardwood floors looked renewed, every surface was clean, and the house smelled great. I was given a 4-hour arrival window, in which they arrived the final hour. That was annoying. Otherwise, great value for the price! I’ll be using them again.

Next Level provides an absolutely outstanding cleaning service. I have been using Sandy and her crew for three years, and never once have I come home to my home being anything but immaculate. This is quite an accomplishment, because my dog made one heck of a mess as a puppy. Those heat cycles were no picnic either. I do not want to describe how the place looks after my girlfriend has come over with her two large dogs. Through all this adversity, Sandy and her crew are thorough, fast and extremely polite. They arrive right at 7:30 AM. As you can imagine, I am often running a bit late and they are always accommodating. Finally, I am not the most security conscious person and have been a little careless with valuables. However, I have never had an issue with anything missing. They could not be more trustworthy.
