Very subpar move out cleaning. Very eager to book you but after the service if there are any issues they flat out ghost you. House had dirt in the corners of every room still and all baseboards weren’t even touched. Might be good for a regular clean, but for a deep clean, avoid.

This was my first time using a cleaning service and it was AMAZING! Katie was (and still is) super responsive and helpful. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner. My house looks (and smells) wonderful and clean! Maria Elena did a terrific job! I have 2 small kids, 2 dogs, 1 cat, and a husband - so we even though I (we) try and stay on top of the day to day messes, our house was a little bit of a disaster. Maria Elena took her time, paid attention to detail, and checked in with me prior to leaving to make sure there wasnt anything else I needed done. I really was super impressed and cant wait for my next monthly cleaning. Thank you, Katie and Maria Elena!!

Do not even bother giving your money to this company. I was a former employee and yes I only worked for two weeks and that was just enough for me. First off they do not even clean the house properly they rush and they do not pay attention to detail. They do not even give their employees the proper PPE equipment especially during COVID-19 but not only that they do not care about their employees and they try to get over on you in anyway they can. When I was hired I had to text the manager to get my schedule after she told me that she would reach out to me. And then it took them almost 2 weeks for me to just get paperwork signed… I was told that my first check was not gonna have any taxes taken out which really made me frustrated because there was plenty of time for me to get my paperwork filled out. On top of that the pay was not equivalent to the amount of work and stress that you are under while working at MaidPro. They make it sound so good during the interview telling you that you will get reimbursed for mileage and for washing your work rags from your home but I guess that was all a lie. They even told me that when a person puts a two week notice in that they normally change your hourly wage from whatever it was to minimum wage which I felt like was BS. They even missed some hours on my check and when I brought it to my supervisors attention she made it a huge issue and had an attitude. Not only that, she told me that they included a bonus on my check but I can just “keep it” so that already told me they were going to try and mess with my money. The professionalism is just not there with this company so I definitely would not recommend getting this company to come and “clean” your home.

I moved into a new apartment and decided I wanted to start having it cleaned professionally. Overall, they overcharge for a poor quality job. The checklist was never reviewed with me and having watched them clean (its COVID and I work from home), what they count for dusting /sweeping / etc explains why there was issues.The first time someone was sent out - she couldnt find parking, there was a lot of phone calls back and forth, and finally she arrived almost half an hour late. I was being charged a flat rate ($75 for a one bedroom) and the cleaner was at my house for less than an hour, the bathrooms werent even cleaned and there was still dog hair on the floor.Two weeks later a different cleaner comes out and I pointed out things on the list I definitely wanted done, but same issue - dog hair still on the floors, services not fully wiped down.I took myself off their schedule after that point.

Not only are the cleaners efficient, effective, and pleasant, the staff is wonderfully communicative. Melissa did a great job, listened and responded to my requests, and finished very quickly.

When I walked in, I literally got teary eyed looking at how clean it was, the attention to detail and the care they took cleaning my house. They even cleaned the ceiling fans! MaidPro does a great job, and one thing I really like is that after you are assigned a particular cleaning team, you basically stay with that team unless they get sick or something. Which means the same person is at your house each cleaning. I really trust my MaidPro team, and Im so glad I called to set this up a year ago.

MaidPro provided us with a great service provider, Florina, who works very hard and is very meticulous to ensure everything is cleaned to perfection. We have had a great experience with this cleaning service. The only problem we had was not being notified of the day/time they were coming once. The service sent out to maids for my 2500 sqft home and they were reliable and efficient. They are awful! Ruined an antique vanity by leaving a bleach bottle sitting on it. Very unprofessional. I pulled into my driveway once and the cleaner was out in my driveway smoking cigarettes. Left list of everything that needed to be done but they never got it right. They just don’t care and it shows! RUN!

The cleaning was excellent; the ladies who came out did an outstanding, thorough job. The booking via website was good and I received a prompt response to book the service. The back end office work could be improved; I left a voice mail with a question and my call wasnt returned, and I had to email to get the receipt for the cleaning. But overall, very well done.

I was using Enovana cleaning service and wasnt very happy with how they were doing, so I switched to Maid Pro. Ive been very happy with how good of a job they do. Ebony and Katie really pay attention to detail which I love. They straighten the shoes, clean up my daughters play room (no small feat!) and everything is shiny and clean. I use them weekly and havent been disappointed yet.

My mother needed someone to help her clean for her fathers memorial after he passed. She had to cancel the first date - well in advance - because of an unexpected plumbing emergency. I LISTENED to the manager state that the rescheduled date and time was beneficial so that the team could go to an existing customer in an adjacent town. Today, the scheduled date,, no one is here. Speaking to THE SAME woman, now no one can come out until 2 days after the scheduled service. Heres the thing - they say that theres no one that is willing to come out today or tomorrow But arent you a company? Cant you direct your resources? Either way, this is a company of liars. Im sorry my mother ever called them. Now well both be scrubbing everywhere ourselves for my grandfathers memorial.THANKS.

We requested a move-out clean. All items were out of the house, therefore many of the items on the checklist did not apply (i.e. tables and chairs cleaned, trash emptied, towels neatly hung and folded, beds made, lamps cleaned, etc.). ALL items from the checklist were checked as completed -- this cannot be the case. I was also disappointed that it does not seem the downstairs carpet was vacuumed. There were visible footprints that I remember from our moving out, that are still visible after the house was cleaned. I did test the area to be sure it wasnt a stain, and the footprint disappeared.I understand the need to complete the checklist, but do not believe my home had an acceptable move out clean. Cabinets could have been wiped inside, floors vacuumed to present to potential tenants, and I should notice a huge difference in overall appearance and general cleanliness. I was disappointed in the mediocre move-out clean job I received. The front door was also left unlocked -- but thank goodness they took the time to make a flower out of toilet paper!

If you live in an Apartment complex with security DO NOT use these guys. I tried them twice. Both times no confirmation call day before. They told me 2pm so I re-arranged my work to meet them, then at 8:30 am they called saying cleaner was at my house waiting. Next visit I said I need them there right at 8am no room for late because I have to leave for work . I called for three days prior to update my phone number, Kathy the Director of Ops...hahaha....never returned a call. The morning of the visit I stood in my garage where we were to meet from 7:55, to 7:16. Funny I knew theyd say their worker was there at 8 and waiting and I wasnt, so I video taped the entire time with me standing in front of floor number I was to meet at. Obviously I called furious because I was late and heres Kathy the Director..hahahaha... call back to me my staff is there 8:23, then when I said cant be any later, her response my staff has been there since 8 waiting . Clearly trying to make it my fault I said either she or her staff are liars and disclosed video. SO customer service NON EXISTENT. Excuses and blame PLENTY OF. Again I say dont use these guys if youre in a security building and arent retired because time and commitment mean nothing..

I would never recommend MaidPro. We live in Wake Forest and wanted to get the house cleaned before moving it. We found dirty and nails in drawers, dust on fans, dust on lights in bathroom. They came back to reclean it, but my husband came home and found all the same problems as we the had after the first time. They will not refund me for the second day. I dont trust them to come back into our house a third time.

100% guarantee? False advertising. I hired MaidPro for a final cleaning at a listing. The maids left dirty water in the sink and did not wipe down the refrigerator or oven and the floors were filthy. I spoke with the scheduler who informed me they needed more money before more work would be done and that they had unpriced the job.

My home was cleaned by Elana Escobau. She did an excellent job!!!!! She made my bathroom tile and grout pristine. My whole house smelled fresh and was cleaned to perfection.

This was my first time using Maidpro and it was a bad experience. I talked to Katie who is the sales manager and agreed on recurring cleaning package. First cleaning was supposed to be deep cleaning with higher cost than bi-weekly cleaning which makes sense. After two hours of cleaning I was told by the cleaners that they cannot finish the cleaning as they are only expected to be here for two hours and I can pay more if I want rest of the house cleaned. I talked to Katie and apparently it was a misunderstanding as she thought I was only doing one time clean which is only two hours. At the call, I was told again that cleaners will do deep cleaning and come every two weeks after that. I went ahead and made a payment during the call - big mistake. Once cleaners were finished with upstairs they said they are leaving for the day. I called Katie again and was told that as the cleaners took long to clean the upstairs I will need to pay the same amount again if I want the cleaners to come in to clean downstairs as it is only fair because (I quote) I live - live in the house and it required more time . Although I was unhappy about it I still agreed to pay $60 more for them to come complete the service and even accepted increase price for bi weekly service. I get a text in the morning from Tammie the operational manager that she will not be sending the cleaners to finish the job. I tried calling Katie but no response And I was told by Katie that this happens at times and customers usually end up paying extra. No wonder they want your credit card in advance so they can screw you and scam you for money. Very unprofessional and unethical company. Dont use them. At least dont give your credit card to them until they have completed the service.

I had a similar incident as recently reported. Spoke to Katie, fixed an appointment. During the call, I asked her if there was anything I should do before the maid arrives. I was told that the maid would take care of everything except dishes which was reasonable for the service. On day of the appointment, the maid came 30 late, saw the house and walked out of the house after clicking pictures. I received a call few mins later telling me few spots around the house were too messy, and the maid would do her best to clean them (frankly at this point I wasnt too optimistic about the service as the messy spots they claimed to be too messy were 15mins work for me to clean). I agreed to whatever Katie said. The maid came inside for a second round of inspection only to find small amounts of pest control powder in one of the spot and complained that she would not use her equipment to clean the pest control powder. Her protest was visibly rude and almost she almost shouted at my roommate. My roommate offered to clean the spot himself and she agreed and walked out of the once more. I received a call again from maidpro informing me that they would not be cleaning the house.I feel the management and cleaners were unreasonable, dint care about customers service and also wasted our time in the process.

Our family looks forward to them coming to clean our home every two weeks...they do an great job and we trust them completely!

DISCLAIMER: I did not receive service from Maid Pro. This review is being written due to the lack of professionalism in scheduling and confirming appointment. Agreed to date and service to be rendered with Katie from Maid Pro, which was a week and a half away. On the same day she asked as a courtesy to see my Mothers home to gauge how many hours the cleaning would take; I obliged. On the morning the day before service was to be rendered, I texted Katie to confirm what time she was sending her people to clean; she didnt respond. I called late in the afternoon after not receiving a response to my text, and she then told me that I have been meaning to call you, your Moms house is too messy, we cant helpThis completely stinks as she could have called the day after her cleaner examined my moms house and determined it was too much for them to handle, and at the very least responded to my text (as noted that texting was a preferred form of communication when initially setting up visit). Jumped through hoops to get time off from work to be available to receive service and now have to scramble to find support. Not sure how a cleaning company fails this badly at planning and properly communicating. Just poor professionalism and a company that I would NOT recommend anyone book as a result of such.
