I have been a loyal Tidy Maids customer for years and greatly appreciate their services. The office is also very pleasant to deal with if you have any scheduling switches or concerns.

Im so sad. I cannot recommend this service any more.I have used this cleaning service since 2015 but after 2020 their services have really gone down hill. I asked them to come back after having to suspend my cleaning during COVID-19 and they were awful.The team didnt fully clean my house. They left important things like the master shower I cleaned and corners of the room dirty.The worst part is that after I asked management to fix the problems they accused me of being unreasonable. They quit me as a client and refused to come back.Do not use this service. The management is awful.

Cleaning was okay, nothing special. Overall things are clean but some things were missed. To name a few...specks were left on both bathroom mirrors, sneaker print left on mopped floor, eye contacts were mopped into the bathroom floor so I will have to scrape them up, bathroom cleaner not thoroughly rinsed out of the tub, and shampoo/conditioner marks left on the glass door of the shower stall. The apartment is clean enough but the attention to detail wasnt there. Another little annoyance was we were told the cleaners would arrive from 12:00-2:00 and they showed up at 10:30am and I had a conference call so I couldnt leave the office/spare bedroom to have it fully cleaned.

We had The Tidy Maids clean our office and they did a spectacular job! The place looks so shiny I barely recognize it. Lorena, Cecilia, & Maria were superb and asked several times if there was anything they missed. They made sure we were happy before leaving. The office staff is also excellent - very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend The Tidy Maids to anyone looking for a local cleaning service.

Ive used Tidy Maids for the last 5 years. They are the best! Very thorough, reliable, trustworthy, and just plain awesome. I highly recommend them. I actually never have gotten to meet the team, because I provided them with my home key, so they always came when my husband and I were at work. They are what I call truly reliable and trustworthy. Ive never had one complaint with their service. My husband and I recently purchased a new home with double the square footage and we look forward to them cleaning our new home as well. I asked my friend who cleaned her house. She said, The Tidy Maids. I was so impressed on how spotless my friend house was. And even in more shocked because my friend have been a stressed out lately from school. I dont know was it her husband of 21 years or The Tidy Maids said something to her. But her house is clean & she was happy on how her house looked which made her smiled & back to her old self. I am calling them next week. I should have taken a picture. I am telling everybody to call The Tidy Maids!!!...

Ive been using Tidy Maids for about a year and think they have excellent service. Elena and Adela always do a spectacular job cleaning and also are super communicative to let me know when they leave (so I can enable my house alarm). I highly recommend this service.

I am currently cleaning everything they missed. I asked for a detailed cleaning, which I spent $158 for, and I am left cleaning the windows, the fireplace, scrubbing the baseboards, etc. I had a gift certificate worth $600 from 3 years ago (I know, crazy long time ago, but none the less, still a gift certificate) and they said that they never charged the card. I have since closed the account that they had been given so I could not verify that the money had actually been taken out so I took them at their word. They were very nice on the phone and worked very hard to help resolve the situation and when I still asked them to come and do a Deep Clean, they were more than helpful. The women who came were very nice. I have 3 kids and so I was consumed with making sure they were out of the way so I didnt pay very close attention to what was going on. After we walked through and I looked at how well they did the bathrooms, I didnt even think to check EVERY little detail until later. Thats why I am currently cleaning my house. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE! I shouldnt have to go behind them and clean what they missed when I specifically asked for a deep cleaning. Thanks, but no thanks.

We had an excellent experience with Elena and Adela! They were extremely friendly and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone in search of a reliable housekeeping team. We are a busy family of four and their excellent work brought this busy mom to tears when I came home to such a clean home!

We provided our own list of cleaning expectations, including some specific instructions.Beverly, of the TM Management staff, has been very accommodating in both scheduling and managing our cleaning crews.Crew members Marta, Yasmin, and Lucia have done an excellent job in cleaning and adapting to our regiment of instructions. Calls are not returned in a timely manner. I called on Tuesday and as of today, I have not received a return call to see if I am on the schedule for cleaning. Since I am not important enough to get a return call, I am cancelling my service and will find someone else to do my home.

We had our first cleaning with The Tidy Maids last Friday, and I couldnt be more thrilled. Anita and Isabel did a fabulous job and paid attention to all the details. We love The Tidy Maids. They have been cleaning our house downtown for almost a year. We are a busy household of 5 and on a limited budget, but they keep it affordable and we see a HUGE return on our investment, even with just one cleaning per month. They stay until the job is done unlike some groupons or deals you may find that are just an hourly service. I highly recommend them if youre looking...and even if youre not. The once a month has made a working mom of 3 just a little more sane! Thanks guys!

We used tidy maids to clean my house for several months after our first child was born to help us clean. They did a great job. So I recently scheduled a clean for our house we moved out of that we are about to put on the market. All I was asking for and I said on the phone was for a standard cleaning like I had in the past with getting the floors done counters bathrooms... Etc. The person on the phone said oh so youre looking for a move out clean I said sure if thats what that involves thats all I need though.We no longer live in the house, so I wasnt there when they cleaned. I got to the house the next day to check on some things and see how well the cleaning went. The actual cleaning was good however, they removed a lot of things and threw them out kind of like junk removal. They took down the curtain that I had and the rod that was in front of the washer and dryer room along with a nice $50 shower curtain that was in our nicer bathroom and a brand new 72oz bottle of dawn dish soap which I left there for when Im working on the house. They also threw out a bunch of documents that went with the house such as Appliance manuals and things of that nature. Im a pretty chill guy and I dont get upset easily. When I saw this I went oh they threw it out no biggie Ill just go out of the trash can and get it. I did find the manuals, but that was all I found. All the other things that to curtains the rod soap and all the trash bags I gave them to use were nowhere to be seen. These all added up to a little over $105.95. And none of these things were in my trash or in the trash bags next to it. When I called the Tidy Maids they were helpful at first telling me beige look into it. When I got a call back they said oh they threw it out but they said it was already in a garbage bag. When they sent me a picture of the garbage bag it was of all the blinds I had stored away and not the items I was talking about. I didnt ask for those to be thrown away but once again I took him down because I didnt really like them so once again not really a big deal(even though those werent in my trash either.)Over the rest of the day when I called, they said I will get back to you by the end of the day and they never did. I called the next day and they said oh were still looking over some stuff and will call you later. That didnt happen either I finally got a hold of them later and thats when we had got to talk. The person I talked with gave me the whole narrative a how long it took them to clean the house and this and that to which I finally had to tell her I appreciate it all the hard work the maids did but I dont really care I want to know where my stuff is. She proceeded to give me another story about how on another house they didnt throw out something and the owners got really mad to which I had to stop her again and say my issue isnt that things got thrown out my issue is that when I go out into my garbage its not there. Eventually, she offered me a $40 compensation. I told her that my stuff lost was at least worth $90 and if I took the $40 but that would be the end of our business relationship. She said that was fine. So I said okay I suppose Ill take the $40 and now here I am writing this Google review.Summary:Understand that I want to leave a true review and one where Im not just venting. The Tidy Maids cleaning skills are very good. However, their communication skills are abysmal. Due to this, it caused them to mess up and left me unsatisfied as a customer. I dont blame them for for the mess up cause when it comes to running business stuff happens. However, instead of owning up an offering to make things right they gave me the run-around and sad offer of compensation that I had to hound them for. Theyve lost my future business and Ive gained negative word-of-mouth from me any time somebody asks for recommendations for a cleaning company. In a month or twos time when I need my new house cleaned Ill be contacting someone else.

After reading reviews on Tidy Maids, I was super excited to give them a call to take care of my house (I have a 2 year tenant moving out and just didnt want to tackle that on my own) for a biweekly cleaning service. Yesterday, 8/16, I left an inquiry on their website in the free estimate section and did not receive a call. Figuring they were busy, I decided to hold off on calling anyone else. This morning, I didnt get a call either, so I called them, thinking that maybe there was an issue with the website. Someone did end up answering the call, he took my information, then told me that he wasnt the person who could give estimates and book a time. He also told me that the person who does that had just stepped out and would be right back and call me then. Well, he must have fallen because it has been six hours and still no call back. I do not feel that I should have to chase a company for my business so, after six hours, I called another company in the area, they answered on the first call, put me in touch with someone who could give me an estimate and I am booked for an initial cleaning on Monday. Tidy Maids- I am a working millennial woman with no understanding of work life balance, a high disposable income and a hatred for household chores on the little free time that I do have. Had your customer service and cleaning been up to the standards that the majority of your reviews suggest, I am very confident that we would have had a mutually beneficial working relationship.

Overall the staff that does the cleaning is great, they have a great crew. The reason for the low rating is due to a horrible scheduling system. Multiple times the appointments are not scheduled properly. When they are, the arrival window is typically two to fours hours late.Highly suggest something is done about this problem. Specially when the clients have work schedules to manage.

Tidy Maids did an excellent job in cleaning up a big mess on our kitchen rug and also did the rest of the house. The Tidy Maid was very pleasant and helpful.

Ive once again come home to a squeaky clean house and boy, does it feel wonderful! I was hesitant to hire The Tidy Maids after a string of disappointments with other cleaning services. When I first spoke with Tidy Maids, I let them know that I had a few additional requests (simple but, so many kept forgetting), they agreed without even hesitating. The crew is always very pleasant to have around and I trust them in my home alone.Beverly has been wonderful. Shes been responsive and communicative. Shes even added a few more requests to my file (i.e. keep this door closed, keep this one open, use my bona mop, dont use chemicals on the induction stove, etc.) and I only had to tell her once. This sounds simple but, so many times I had to keep reminding previous crews because they always sent a new person and the message wasnt conveyed.Pros:- They do a great job and go above and beyond for the little things (i.e. moving light items to vacuum under, fluffing the kleenex, folding the tp)- Great price- Wonderful Customer Service- Trustworthy- Pleasant attitudesCons:- If you find one, tell them, I bet they fix it!

I have to cleaning a lot of things they missed . They did not cleaning the corner, and bottom of the wall never clean . Very disappointed.
