First time at this Salon, but the new Manager, Wendy, has been my hair dresser for about 4 years! I got a thermal press and little trim!Very clean store and procedure was very covid friendly! Super convenient location!Ps. The picture posted is 2 days after service, and my hair is still soft, fresh, healthy, and fabulous!

Lita was great! She was kind, considerate, demonstrated superb knowledge of hair styles and was gentle on my tender headed scalp during my shampooing! I highly recommend going to see her for a timely, affordable cut and a great overall experience.

If I could I would give this place zero stars!!!! I made an appointment. Got to the salon and waited an hour snd 30 minutes.... The stylist hushed to do my locs because someone had over booked her!!! My color didn’t come out right snd she didn’t ask me any questions about my hair before getting started!!!!

I like them, both times did my hair really well. I was very nervous but very happy afterwards both time. I look great and Aquarius is awesome.**Aquarius quit apparently in the middle of the pandemic & I understand. I go to a different SmartStyle now. Another woman bu the name of Corinthiad cuts my hair now and she is AWESOME.

I made an appointment to get my haircut yesterday’! The lady that cut my hair was Angie the New Salon Manager! She was not only very sweet person but very knowledgeable as well . I didn’t have to wait long! She did a great job! If you need a haircut I would highly recommend Angie at Smartstyles!

Want to start off by saying Brooks was the only competent hair stylist they had. I went to get an appointment with him and he had quit. (He was too good for them to say the least.) Decided no one could screw up a dead end trim that badly so I saw someone else.My mistake. I wound up walking out with the front of my hair 2 inches shorter in the front than the back, cut straight across my ears like a cocker spaniel. The way she styled my hair back while it was wet covered this up.Got home, realized how terrible I looked after I dried it out and styled it normally, went back and asked the manager on duty to even it out and fix it. She screwed it up even worse by trying to RAZOR the front into the back and wound up making it SHORTER, without cutting the back to match the front. Now I had cocker spaniel ears AND a mullet.I had to walk around like this for three weeks during the holidays until my colorist had an opening for a haircut - it cost me literally $250 to fix the mess they created and I lost over 3 inches of growth.Matt over at tHAIRapy said to me, in verbatim, I have no idea how someone could have butchered hair so badly. I didnt think it was possible. The sheer amount of oh my gods and sighs while he looked over the mess they made was embarrassing.Never. AGAIN. Not even just for a 1/4 inch trim. Stay FAR FAR FAR AWAY.

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst customer service ever. Came in lady told me she will be ready for me in 15 mins. I came back in 15 she told me to have a seat. I sat there for 30 mins and still no one even talked to me. 2 of dressers were done and walking around like damn idiot didnt know what to do. While the 3rd dress or took a women who walked in 20 mins after me. I got up and started to walk out and all they did was stare at me. Did not even attempt to stop me. I really dodged a bullet to. The women who just had her hair cut there looked horrible and was extremely upset with cut job. She refused to pay and walked out. This is the most horrible place ever. They need to fire everyone and start over with this place. I would rather pay more and go across the street then let these incompetent idiots do my hair.

The girl colored my hair and made the roots orange, or hot roots. I am not happy.

It was horrible, the lady was very rude we left a few hours later we all found head lice on us I called back and the lady wouldnt give me the Manager and told me to call Walmart, but Walmart has nothing to do with them REALLY ! Warning to all people do NOT go there!!!!!!

The black womans cut my hair, it is very bad and I am very sad.
