I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon. I was seated very quickly. Waited perhaps 5 minutes. The person who performed the haircut was engaging and personable. I enjoyed my time sitting in the chair. I liked my haircut best of all.

Used the Supercuts App to schedule ahead of time - quick, easy and user-friendly. The stylists working that day were great, getting all three kids in and out within an hour! Location was clean and well-maintained.

First time back for a haircut by stylist since 97, I clipped my own hair, military, EMS style. My career allows me a bit of a style now. I was nervous going back, I was paired with a kind hearted, bubbly stylist named, Sydney. She was so sweet and attentive, I told her my head was hers to style, after showing her an idea from an image. Wow! What a great job, she is my stylist for good, she stated that she was helping at this location but her home store was Durham, NC. I will go to Durham if I have to! She finished up and cleaned me up with a hot towel, as I had to return to work. No itchies or stray hair.. it was perfect. Supercuts, you have a valuable employee! Keep her happy, she will no doubt, keep your chairs hot!! Thank-you!!

I went to this Supercuts on Millbrook Road because my normal Supercuts has not reopened yet. The place was clean, the hair stylist professional and talented. The only thing I have to say negative about it is that because they are owned by different owners, they did not honor my card for all my cuts from the location that has not reopened yet. I would think that those loyalty programs would transfer no matter what Supercuts you used. This location does have their own loyalty program which I am now enrolled in, but of course, if the one near me reopens I will go there and they probably will not honor this locations loyalty program. Seems to be a little crazy to me!Other than that, great place to get you hair cut and styled!

The haircut was excellent. But the stylist needs some skills in friendliness. Dont tell me: You need to hold your head down if you want your hair to be straight. It was their tone and I appropriately tipped because of it.

I was shocked! I needed a haircut on the fly and this Supercuts had an opening. I wish I could recall the stylists name but I cant. Anyway, she gave me one of thy best haircuts Ive ever had. And, I loved the scalp massage during the was. Supercuts? Really? I was surprised. Totally going back.

Scheduled my appointment online, got there a few minutes early. The nice lady was just finishing up when I got there. Only had to wait a few minutes while she cleaned everything. The cut was basic but looks really good.

We used the app to make an appointment. We walked right in at our time and they were ready for us. My daughter got a great cut and we were super happy. The location was great and right by our house.

Courtney was the absolute best! She stayed late just to service me and she blew my mind with my cut! She exceeded all my expectations and I can’t stop looking at myself or stop touching my hair! She’s a gem and illl definitely be coming back! Oh and she also told me exactly how to use the products I purchased so I’m so happy that I bought the wax and chopped my hair.

I called and asked for them to tone my roots, they claimed that would be color correction. There is no color in my hair to be corrected, I just need my roots done. I was going to have them cut my hair as well but I guess I’ll find somewhere else willing to fill in my roots.

My stylist and I recently broke up and I havent been able to find another one who knows how to cut short hair. I got so desperate that I went to a barber who assured me he knew how to cut my hair. Well.....he couldnt! I left the barber shop looking choppy, uneven, and unhappy. A coworker suggested SuperCuts. I was leary because I didnt think they would have a stylist who could cut my ethnic hair. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment on a Sunday and got TT as my stylist. When I tell you she just took those scissors and got to work on a sistahs hair - please believe me😉 I am sold now!!!! Thanks TT🥰

I was happy our stylist was great with my son but the haircut was really bad. My son has bald spots, uneven hair, and a really bad shape up. I wanted to go back to get it fixed but I don’t think this salon knows how to cut curly hair. Wouldn’t recommend for boys haircuts or if your hair is curly. I was pretty upset.

This was one of the best haircuts Ive had in many years. My stylist Yolanda, took the time to do it right. She asked questions and made great suggestions that looked super. There was no rush to get to the next patron like in so many other places. And the price was shockingly inexpensive. It was worth twice what I paid. Every time that I get my hair cut by the manager Tracy, I know that she is going to give me a great cut and provide excellent service. My last visit was in July during our pandemic and my first impression of the shop when I walked in was that this shop was sparkling and clean! Secondly, I wanted something different as my hair had grown exponentially since February 2020 (my last visit) . I got about six (+} inches of hair cut. She cut it to my liking and knew exactly what length I would like as I trust her so much, all that I had to say was to cut it in to a longer bob!Last but not least, I like the way Tracy interacts with other clients that come in for service. For example, there was a guy there in her chair when I arrived. While I watched her finish his hair, with precision, she was providing great customer service and he looked pleased with his results too. She made me feel comfortable as she sanitized the seat and station before she moved me into her chair. The haircuts, that Tracy gives me, would cost $65 dollars at a minimum at a traditional salon. I hope that the owner of this salon understands the type of employee that they have in Tracy! Tracy is a one of a kind and could work at a top tier salon with ease. That is just how good Tracy is!
