This was my first time at Arrow. I was very pleased with the amount of staff and clients, and how they spaced everyone out in the chairs. Nice job!The haircut itself was completed quickly, but turned out great. She listened to what I was looking for, and offered suggestions. The price was pretty competitive as well.My only disappointment was that the person that I scheduled my appointment with is no longer with the company. That happens, and I understand. My hope was to find someone that I can go back to on a regular basis. They assigned someone that was filling in from another location. Dont get me wrong, she did an excellent job. But she wont be there next time.I will go back.

I’ve been getting haircuts exclusively at Arrow for the past 5 years. Throughout all their locations and all their stylists, I haven’t had a single negative experience. Well worth the premium for a great cut.

Loved it, took my son for a haircut. The new system to make appointments is super convenient and fast, they only had 3 people more being attended at that time, theyre taking all the precautions, place was impeccable, my kiddo was super happy with his haircut that went from long quarantine to a short not so short/layered beautiful haircut, he looked exactly like the picture I showed the stylist Maria. Were definitely coming back.

Arrow is a big step above the more inexpensive haircutting places. Many of the stylists have worked in beauty salons and are excellent at cutting women’s hair. I enjoy the atmosphere. It’s fun to be around more men than women. Their haircuts are inexpensive, and excellent. I highly recommend

I got a bald cut and and beard cut here with a straight razor and could not have been happier. It was a day before my wedding and I wanted to look sharp and this place nailed it! Definitely worth the money. They offered me 2 beers while I was in there and I got the rocket science which is now a new favorite of mine. I highly recommend Arrows to anyone interested or wanting to try something new.

This was the best experience I have ever had getting my hair, and large beard trimmed. My experience started with the gentlemen named Ammo providing exceptional customer service. He even let me know I could have a beer as I waited. (How awesome is that). He did a great job explaining their services and is the reason I decided to try Arrow today. My barber/stylist named Tiffany was awesome. She was nice, attentive, and paid close attention to detail. This is the best haircut/beard trim combo Ive ever gotten in my life. She has some serious skills! I have went to several barber shops around the Raleigh area, this was my best experience by far. Other shops left me wanting to try new places. I will only go to Arrow from now on. The store environment is cool, but their staff is superb.

Ive been going here for almost 6 months now, and Ive been really happy with the haircuts I get from Troy. The staff are all friendly, and they even offer a beer while you wait. Just make sure to book enough ahead of time, because theyre usually fully booked each day. That being said, I did come in one time after having missed my appointment by over an hour, and they were able to fit me after a little wait.

This is just another one of those “we serve beer, so we must be awesome” hair cut places. I would rather they actually hire talented hair stylists. The entire cut took 15 minutes including a “wash” and cost $30+. Barely cut my hair, had to provide very clear instructions several times and my hair looks terrible. Not sure where the good reviews are coming from.

If you want a super great treat make an appointment with Justeen for a straight razor shave. It won’t be your last. She is fantastic as is all the staff. The place smells great and the music they play is awesome too. And a good cold beer is offered when you arrive. Wish I could go every week!

We had a contest at work that ended with me getting my head shaved. Laura came over to the office to do the shave in front of the whole group. What an amazing sport she was. She did a great job and was happy to help with the mohawk the group wanted.After work I headed over to Arrow so she could clean it up for me. Great shop! My first time in this location, but the crew were friendly and a great camaraderie could be felt. Also they offered a beer during the cut.Laura was great! Please use her. Nikki is the best hairstylist I have ever had! Every time I am in there she is super friendly and helpful. Her cuts are always great and she listens to the requests I have. Unless she leaves, I will not be going anywhere else for my cuts. Great location, great price, great overall experience.

Came to visit for a friends wedding and needed a last minute haircut. I stayed at the Hyatt House nearby and decided to walk-in the day before the wedding. I had my haircut with Breonna (I think?), and she was amazing. I showed her a picture of the haircut I was expecting and it was nearly perfect. I love the concept of getting a nice brew while getting your haircut and it was chill.

I didnt know this location was open until recently! The decor is super fun, making it look like a rock climbing gym. I got one of the best hair cuts that I have ever gotten at a arrows here. I will definitely be back soon! Parking can get a bit tricky since its in North Hills.

You can always count on Arrow for a good haircut. This is their smallest location, so it gets booked pretty quickly. You can make appointments online about a week in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but if everyone is booked they might not be able squeeze you in.

Got a great haircut from Claudia! Price is really good for the haircut you get considering youll spend at least $15 at Sport Clips. Good atmosphere and a free can of suds while you wait...this is my new spot!

Very little wait time if any for scheduled appointments. Excellent hair cuts all the time. Claudia does excellent work! Arrow was recommended by my son-in-law, and now I see why.

I booked an appointment at the Arrows in NH because I had heard some really good reviews of the place. When I walked in the layout of the salon was awkward and uncomfortable, I had to walk to the very back of the salon just to check in.During the haircut the stylist ignored my requests for how I like my hair done. The shears that she used were dull and started to fray my hair. The product she used in my hair was cheap and began to come out less than an hour after I left the salon.All of the staff members were dressed poorly and seemed unfriendly and disinterested in their clientele. Overall a very poor experience and I will certainly not be going back.
