Excellent. I called, they ordered it. It came the next day. I had broken the clip that starts my washer. It works now. Easy Peasy process.

Repair technician arrived on time, was very courteous and professional, quickly diagnosed and repaired problem with my Samsung dryer - all under 2 hours! Great service today from Kysir! He was quick to respond, very friendly and fixed my stove in a matter of minutes. It wasnt a huge problem this time, but Im glad to have found a trustworthy company to call when bigger issues arrive.

Same reason as all the other 1 star reviews: No call, no show. I set up an appointment with someone for the morning which made planning difficult, but I understand people are busy so I cleared my morning schedule because I really need my dryer looked at ($105 fee just to come out and look...). Nobody ever showed up. Again, people are busy so I called the office to check in the afternoon and give them a second chance. Got their voice-mail, left a message, and never heard back. Dont risk it with them unless you have an extremely flexible schedule and a non urgent issue.

Nasser fixed my food processor, magimix 4500 which has a sticky button issue. He charged fairly for the issue. He is a nice, kind, handy man. I was thinking to mail it to the original magimix repair center in Utah(Le chef) but I don’t wanna take a risk to mail it because my food processor is a really expensive appliance. I gave a chance to try local repair center and I am so happy with my decision and Nasser’s work. Highly recommended... thank you Nasser and Raleigh appliance repair center...

I called The Appliance Service Center to repair my dryer. I explained my issue and the error code the dryer was displaying. Nasser came to my home told me he couldnt fix the dryer and if he could fix it he was too old to move my appliance to access the back of the dryer. He was literally at my home for less than 5 minutes and did NOTHING. If he was physically unable to service my dryer then he never should have accepted the job. He then proceeded to charge me $105.00. I DO NOT recommend this company. It was a total scam as far as Im concerned!

Have to say I was very disappointed by Appliance Service Center. Called on a Friday and scheduled an appointment at my home for noon on Monday. I work from home and have calls with Europe in the morning. Monday comes and I get a call in the morning that they want to come out. Explained that it needed to be at the scheduled time for my conference calls. At 1:30PM no service technician or call. I call them and they tell me they cannot come out now and want to come Tuesday morning. Again I say I have calls in the morning and tell them to forget it and I will call someone that can come when they say they are going to come. I call another place, have an appointment for tomorrow afternoon and $35 dollars cheaper. Would not do business with this company. Service and doing what you say still does mean something.

Showed up in less than 2 hours when no one else was willing to. Repair was fast, professional, and priced right!

I called last week when our fridge wasn’t cooling, so of course time was of the essence. He told me he could do the work and arrived within the hour! He worked on the fridge (freezer was actually the issue) efficiently, even while handling a few incoming work calls (is this a one man business? He seemed to be handling it all). He finished in good time and explained the fix he had done. Reasonable price considering the quick service. Fridge and freezer are still working at the proper temperatures a week later so seems to have worked- we are very grateful!

Called today to make an appointment and whoever answered the phone was blatantly rude. I didnt even get to explain the fact that it was a non-urgent issue before he told me has too busy.

I couldnt believe that I got a visit to my home within hours of calling. Kaiser was so kind and educated me step by step about what had happened to my freezer. I was so worried Id have to replace the whole thing since nothing I did seemed to fix the problem on my own. He came and correctly diagnosed the real problem and within just a few moments, my freezer was working like new again. His rate was more than reasonable and I will definitely use him again if I ever need appliance support again!

Initially responsive and setup appointment for the next business day. Service person even called to say they were on the way. They never showed up and were unresponsive ever since. Tried calling multiple times throughout the day and left voicemail for a callback. Still no response.

I dropped off a wine fridge for repair and was told $45 to diagnose, cash only. As I had only $22 in cash, a card reader magically appeared. Three weeks later, still no call and no diagnosis. Came by several times during normal hours and nobody was in the shop. I could see the wine fridge in the exact same place I dropped it off weeks beforehand, but now being used as a table for his microwave. Finally caught the owner smoking a cigarette in the back today, with no answers for the problem and certainly no solution. Sorry, but where are the positive reviews coming from?

Mr. Kaiser promptly arrived and fixed my oven, even though it took several days for me to available for him. He is polite and obviously comptetent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for whatever repairs are needed.

My wife informed me our washing machine all of a sudden was not spinning. I went through all of the novice trouble shooting steps with no luck. Since we inherited the unit when we bought our condo 4 months ago, I was ready to head to Lowes and buy a new one. Last step was to call a repair person to see how much it might cost to repair and how long it would take. I randomly called The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh and spoke to a nice gentleman. It was 15 minutes before they closed on Saturday. He asked if I had cleaned out the trap at the bottom of the unit, which I had not. He walked me through it and now it works perfectly! As a result, he lost a sale but hes gained customer.

Mr. Nasser is very thorough and has always given me an honest assessment as to whether appliance should be fixed, or if it is time to buy a new one. Their prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

I have used the Appliance Service Center of Raleigh several times in the last ten years including today, May 3, 2019, with great results every time. When I call they are at my home to effect repairs within two hours,, rather than the 7-15 days I get from the “Big Guys” in town. They also have all the parts for my ancient ( > 12 years old) appliances right there in their truck. Many of the “Big Guys” in the area no longer service older appliances out of warranty and, if they do, they can’t ever book something to happen within 10-15 days. So the Appliance Service Center of Raleigh is my Go To place!

My dryer would spin but would not heat up to dry my clothes. I called and the gentleman I spoke with verified that he had the part that I needed. I took the entire assembly into the shop and he used his multimeter to determine I only needed to make a minor repair instead of a more costly repair. He actually changed the part out for me at a very reasonable rate. Saved me lots of money. Great customer service on a Saturday when no one else was open!!

Excellent service! Mr. Nasser came out to my house to service my Samsung refrigerator within a few hours of my phone call. He diagnosed the problem right away and had the part on his truck to fix the problem. He is very knowledgeable and is a very kind person. I was having trouble with my convection microwave. I called several places and got ridiculous quotes to check out the problem. I had a friend to refer me to The Appliance Service Center Of Raleigh. I was given a quote of $45.00 for diagnostics.I took unit to his shop and had it back in three days and was very satisfied with my bill. I’m sending him to my daughter’s home to work on washer and dryer now. I didn’t realize he was that close to me on PeaceSt. and has been in business 38 years..

I called to make an appointment for service to my refrigerator and was told “we are booked and can’t”. I asked for how long they are booked and he said he didn’t know & could not look. Very dismissive and disappointing.

The service man arrived promptly, was professional and quickly identified a problem. Repaired that issue quickly as he had the needed part in his truck. However, several hours later there was still no ice and I had water on my floor. I made another call which was returned promptly. The repairman returned the next morning and quickly repaired that issue at no additional cost. I fact, the repairman telephoned later that afternoon to make certain my ice maker was working properly. It is making ice as it should. ( this work all on a 10 y/o GE side by side fridge)I will recommend this company to all my neighbors..

Such wonderful service. Noticed our fridge was warming not cooling. Guy was there and had it fixed within an hour. He had a replacement part in his van! Super helpful, polite and experienced. I would highly recommend. Price was fair and the service was above and beyond excellent.

I have used this service more than 15 years to repair a variety of household appliances big and small, and have always been impressed with their fast (same day) response to my calls, the skill shown in diagnosing the problem, and the ability to actually fix something long term. Kaiser will also tell you if replacing your appliance is best. He has a remarkable ability with mechanical things and I highly recommend this service. I have had Kysir from Appliance Service Center come on three different occasions now between 2012 and 2017 and have always been very satisfied with the service he has provided to me. He answers the phone when you call, gives you a specific time he will come not a time range and comes on time. These things are rare in this day and time. He also is very knowledgeable about fixing appliances and kind to work with. I always have a good experience when I use him.

I called about my washing machine, and they sent a very nice gentleman out within 30 minutes. He was very nice, and fixed my washer quickly. Im very happy with the service they provided.

For the past five years The Appliance Service Center has done repairs on everything from our refrigerator to our dryer. They are always immediately responsive (normally at our house within half an hour of our call). They understand that I like to repair rather than replace. Today, my dryer got a new lease on life! As always a great job.

Had my stand mixer fixed here. While I thought it would be a little finicky to have to schedule in advance, he was always accommodating to my schedule. Pleasant experience and a fair price.

My old dryer gave out the day before I was planning to go out of town. I called many places and got no results until I called Appliance Service Center. He came in less than an hour and fixed the dryer within minutes. Higher cost but better than carrying wet clothes to laundromat in the rain for a week. I will use them again.

Have used the Appliance Center, personally two times and have recommended them several times to others. First time, refrigerator stopped running and freezer was starting to defrost. Called around, no one available for days, Appliance Center came out same day, The part that was bad would have to be ordered, but he was able to remove part and substitute a work around that had the unit up and running that day. Saved the cost of the part and the potential loss of the contents of the refrigerator. Just had repair on same refrigerator, again was able to repair without having to wait on replacement parts. Total cost was less than what most companies want for just a service fee.

I called this morning (on a Saturday) to check and see if they have a replacement Water Inlet Valve for my Frigidaire washer. The man on the phone asked me what the symptoms were. He suggested i check something i over looked which required no purchasing of anything. It worked! He didnt have to come out and didnt charge me anything. He was very pleasant and most helpful on the phone.

Every time we have called Kaiser there, he has been able to come right out. Other places have been days or a week before a technician can make an appt. Super friendly man and fixed both problems fast and correctly with our fridge and dishwasher. The only thing i would say is to ask how much you think a visit and fix might be. As with most places, its $100 or so just to have someone out, but just make sure he can fix it by telling your problem. If its worth the money, hes worth the call.

I called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment on a Friday. They said theyd call me right back, and when they did, said they could come then (Tuesday.) I said again I needed them Friday, but they wouldnt give me a real window, just said theyd call on the day. They called on Thursday saying they were on their way, and I again stated I needed them on Friday. On Friday, I never received a call. Never heard from them again, wouldnt try to use them in the future.

I have a very old Mr. Coffee coffee maker that is the best-designed Ive ever encountered. When my original one died, I managed to get another which also lasted many years after I could not find anyone to repair it. I found a third at Retails. When IT died last week, I had three defunct coffee makers and found Kaiser at The Appliance Service Center of Raleigh. I had already purchased a new coffee maker that I did not like at all. Kaiser was able to take enough parts from my three elderly coffee makers and restore one to complete functionality, after Id been told elsewhere that it couldnt be done. I love this place! If youre the type who prefers to keep an excellent old appliance running rather than invest in a new model with tons of bells and whistles that break down within a couple of years, I recommend Kaiser at TASCR!

11-year-old dryer broke. After calling several places that could not come same day, I found this place on Google. Received a call back and Mr. Nasser arrived promptly. He found the problem and fixed it. Friendly.Update: Ive since use this company again and still remain satisfied with the same-day service.

He came out the same day. Had no issues with him calling me at work and allowing me to meet him at the house. Front loading Samsung washing machine was fixed in less than 15 min.Its always painful to pay repairmen. Especially when it took so little time to repair it. But its done, Im happy and Im able to wash clothes and bedding with 3 kids running around, 2 dogs and cats while working full time.Aint nobody got time to head to the laundromat!

With the raving reviews posted I was looking forward to having my washer and dryer repaired by this company. But Im slightly disappointed. I called to inquire about the services offered and whoever answered the phone stated, they are to busy to talk right now. If youre too busy, let the phone go the voicemail. I would have been happy to hear from you when you were available to discuss your services.

Had a problem with our Samsung washer while I was out of town; my wife searched for appliance repair, and called these guys. They came promptly, BUT: 1) missed the correct diagnosis (which should have been obvious - Ill get to that below), and 2) proposed as a possibility an expensive (and unnecessary) solution. So, we paid $155 for what was a useless visit. When I got back, I contacted Samsung, their online chat people were responsive, offered to send out a technician for free even thought the warranty had just expired 10-days before; that technician identified the problem (bad shock-absorbers) within 5 seconds of looking at and handling the machine, effected the repair within 15 minutes. Appliance Service Center of Raleigh does NOT know Samsung washers and should not pretend that they do and charge people for it.

This is a pretty strange place I would not recommend going here. The employee seemed drunk or very difficult to understand. Not sure why they advertise as an appliance repair. They don’t carry any parts. It was a waste of a trip.

It was a short notice and they came right to our home. I was very please in all they did. if you want work done on any appliance call him first.

We discovered the fridge in our new home was broken, called and had Kaiser within 20 minutes. Quick and easy to work with.

A man speaking broken English answered, I asked about a part in stock and was immediately told no, they dont have it. I asked if they sell parts or only do repairs (I didnt know) and he said they do sell parts but not that one. I asked if he could recommend another place. He read off a phone# and when I asked whose number he gave me, he hung up.

In July our dryer broke on the day we were supposed to leave on vacation. I called several places and no one would get back to me. I called Appliance Service Center and he was at my house in less than an hour and our dryer was fixed. I was so pleased with our service that I gave him a small tip. This week-end our washer broke. I reminded my husband what great service we had before and I went searching for our receipt. My husband called and made an appt for Monday morning. (We were not that desperate to have them come on Sunday.) He was here first thing this AM and our washer is up and running. I will continue to call on ASC for any appliance repair we need. They are prompt, respectful, and I feel their prices are absolutely reasonable. Id prefer to pay $150, $200....to repair what I have as opposed to purchasing something new. I would highly recommend ASC!!!!

I have never had a better experience. My kitchenaide 600 was repaired quickly and for a fair price.

I had a combo microwave-oven issue. One guy coming along ... I had to help him all the way holding the oven or the flash light.It took him a while to figure out that the temperature sensor was broken. Since I knew the controller was working OK, I had to push him to find the real issue - not impressed.Lastly, he came out with an outrageous bill and they dont accept credit card!!!I would not recommend them.

I called this morning at 9 because my fridge (older GE profile) wasnt working - Keysir(sp?) was at my house (dt raleigh) by 9:25 and even gave me a 10 minute heads up he was headed my way. He knew exactly what was wrong from me describing the issue over the phone (motherboard went out) and even brought the part to fix it. Seriously the fastest service ever. Ive had appliance repairs done at other properties and Ive never called and had someone at my house fixing it within 25 minutes, let alone completely fixed an hour after I called about the issue. He was so polite and friendly and he definitely knows his stuff. Exceptional service! Highly recommend!

Tiser is nice and professional and doesnt gouge the customer with over inflated pricing or trying to make you believe you need to get something fixed that doesnt need it. I always call on him on things I cannot fix myself and hes always on the spot!

Website is misleading. When I asked if they service Wake Forest (which is approx 12 miles away) they said no, they were over booked. So much for same day service or any service for that matter.
