Fogg HVAC just completed installation of a new A/C and I could not have not been more pleased. After getting several estimates, Fogg’s estimate was the most reasonable and more importantly was the only company that could get the brand I wanted and needed (another contractor claimed they could not get the brand I wanted for 4-6 weeks). Installation, including upgrading ducting and exchange boxes, went smoothly with Stanley’s crew being completely professional and efficient, and Stanley checking in and overseeing the whole process throughout. I would definitely recommend Fogg HVAC for any future needs as Stanley is honest and trustworthy.

We used Fogg HVAC to upgrade our existing system to accommodate our finished basement. Stanley came out immediately and walked through our basement to learn of our plan and discuss options. He was responsive throughout the entire build and his team worked hard to reroute flex duct where the builder took shortcuts. We are very pleased with the quality of work and interactions with him and will be using his service exclusively for our future needs.

In our experience, the contractors were very polite, professional and easy to work with. We needed to address an issue with the HVAC so we call the owner, Stanley. What was supposed to be a professional conversation about how to fix the problem, his professionalism went out the window. He insulted my husband and said we were trying to “con” him. What a way to get my business, Stanley. I am a local business owner and Interior Designer. Not offering solutions and then insulting a client on top of it is how you lose business. We regret contacting him and losing $400. Shockingly unprofessional.

Stanley is great. He is very responsive and is fair with his pricing. Ive been doing business with him for a number of years now. Hes installed 2 units at my house, 2 at my sisters and one at my moms house. Great, honest, small business man. Highly recommend.

Finally an honest HVAC company that only repairs what is needed! These guys are professional, fast and do great work. The owner has a great pulse on his business and this is the only HVAC company I will trust with my units.

Excellent service during the hottest week of the year. Stanley and his staff replaced my entire A/C system had had me up and running in less than 24 hours. We were expecting house guests the following day and Stanley assured me things would be completed and working properly in time for our guests. Very reasonably priced considering the circumstances. Highly recommend this firm.

Completely impressed with the level of service and care shown. I called them at close to 5pm yesterday because my heat had stopped working. They were at my house at 8:45 this morning and quickly diagnosed the immediate cause. They also pointed out potential issues and gave me very informed opinions and quotes to match possible options. I elected to replace the entire HVAC unit. After some quick discussions, the ball was in motion and by 3pm, a new unit was installed and my house had heat again. Very professional and it’s a relief to feel like a maintenance company was more interested in taking care of the needs of the costumer than simply selling or fixing something. I was extremely pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company.

Called for service at 7:30 this morning (a Saturday), tech was here as promised at 8:30, problem located, fixed and he was gone by 9:15. Cant beat that. Will definitely be my go-to again...same problem was fixed this past summer (blown fuse) but the root cause was not - Fogg tech found the cause and fixed that too.

I got Fogg HAVC from a co-worker who has used them for years. I called and Stanley answered within 2 rings, and was very professional. Unfortunately my Heat Pump (all in one unit) went out during the big cold snap in January and during the snow. Stanley came out in the snow just to check it out. He provided me with 2 options: repair or replace. The quotes were for multiple levels of replacements, and ended up going that route as the unit was ~8 years old. Stanley even went above and beyond calling his vendors cell phones for pricing and availability as most places were closed due to the snow.His price was right inline with others, so I got order and installed in a couple days since it wasnt in stock anywhere in the Raleigh area. Install was quick, neat, and Stanley checked in throughout the process. Hopefully I dont need HVAC work anytime soon, but if I do, Fogg HVAC will be the only call I need to make.
