I wrote a review before but it was deleted for some reason- a google glitch maybe! Living at eaves Quincy has been nothing, but comfort and joy! From my very first visit, I knew this would be a great place to live. The leasing team are all kind and patient. I worked with Darlene who had to put up with so much annoyance from me, but never once lost her cool. I had an issue when I first moved in with my heating and Darlene made sure to take the extra steps to get it fixed. The grounds are super clean, the grilling area are never crowded, the pool is clean and never crowded, balcony is a good size, walls are thick enough that you don’t hear anyone (literally only when you leave your unit and enter the hallway.) The maintenance team is amazing, I’ve really haven’t had a negative experience here and I’m so thankful for that ! Truly feel like I lucked out in my apartment search in finding this Gem. The only thing I’ll say is the heater is a bit loud, but not unbearable. This is a great place to live ! You’ll be super comfortable! Look no further !

I moved into a one bedroom unit about a month ago! Leasing consultants are AMAZING! I want to shout out Shannon in particular! I had a bunch of questions during the move-in process and she was so informative and helpful!! The apartment itself is gorgeous. It was newly renovated when I moved in. It was left clean and ready for me to move into! I couldn’t be happier with where I live. The rooms are spacious and there’s plenty of closet space. The extras such as the fitness center and pool are nice. And I love that I never have trouble finding parking. Also I frequently take my dog to the dog park so I was elated to find out the fancy Quarry Street Dog Park is right across the street from me! Super convenient!!

I’ve been living here close to a year and my experience has been great so far. The office is always available, and the maintenance team is super responsive - Just last week an alarm was going off in the middle of the night and Robert from the maintenance team came and got it fixed. Looking forward to keep on calling eaves home!

I really love this community. Before visiting here, I went to a lot of apartments. However, when I see here, I decide to live here. I really appreciate Shannons help. She was so nice and warm-hearted, always so patiently. After move-in, I had a deep feeling for this community. The neighborhood are so nice, and service provided by leasing office is so great, which makes me feel home welcoming. I really recommend you come to here.

I have been living at Eaves Quincy for 8 years and really enjoy staying here. Darlene has helped me showing the apartment since day 1 and always been there to assist me with everything. Her support is greatly beyond my expectations.The building is very well maintained. I alway see an upgrade throughout my stay in the past 8 years. Maintenance request is resolved within the next day the staffs are very polite. I highly recommend Eaves Quincy!

Been living in this community for two years with my partner. We decided to upgrade to a two bedroom and one of the leasing office workers Darlene was very helpful in getting us the apartment we wanted. Whenever Ive had a problem maintenance is always quick to respond.

Really love living here! Can’t complain. Maintenance and office staff are very responsive and communicative. Also the grounds are well maintained and there’s always parking despite the amount of people who live here.

I have been living at Eaves Quincy for about 4 years now total and I really couldn’t be happier living here. Darlene, one of the Leasing supervisors is one of the kindest people you’ll meet here. She has gone above and beyond each and every time I needed assistance with something apartment-related. Everyone one is so nice and the amenities are pretty good. From being able to have a shuttle to and from the train station during rush hours, a large parking lot, pool, a gym, laundry machines on each floor, an Amazon hub to safely and securely hold my packages, and a really great maintenance team who is communicative and almost always available, there’s not much to complain about.Plus, as a new dog owner, eaves cares very much about making sure dog bags are stocked and the trash is taken out, as well as the landscaping being taken care of- which I really appreciate.Overall, living here is great, but the people make it so much better. I’m glad I’ve spent the last few years living at eaves!

I have lived here exactly 3 months Today! I really love the peace and community. I feel safe as I am a new mom with a newborn! Everyone is very very kind and willing to offer a helping hand while also keeping social distance and respectful of space! I have already recommended friends to look in to Avalon and Eaves. Its alway clean and maintenance is swift and efficient. 10/10

I went to visit the eaves the other day. And I 😍 the self guided tour. You dont have people looking over your shoulders and you can talk and give honest opinions with the people you are with. And if you like the place you dont have to feel bad and 🤥 and say the place is nice. I gave them a 4 star because of few things. West building did not smell too great. I think it was all the seasonings from peoples houses coming from under the doors or maybe it was because all the smells are stuck in the hallway carpet. Both apartments I seen, dogs were barking in the apartments as we walked by. I am not sure you can hear them inside the apartment because they stopped once we past. The heating systems were propped up with a piece of wood. The kitchen is kind of dark. I think that if the appliances were white it would brighten it up. Both building did not have microwaves. I know they have no control over the building next to them., but its not a nice view to look out the window or be on the balcony. I honestly cant see myself living in the west building. The east building I loved the new renovations. It has 2 bathrooms and alot of closet space. Most apartments I seen have no linen closet but they have two. The price was great. The building smelled ok. I did not hear any dogs. Overall I liked the building.

Stayed for two years between renting a house and owning my first. Management personnel like Darlene Hazelton were some of the best people to work with; kind and thoughtful and patient. Maintenance was very prompt and understanding. Facilities were well kept and constantly refreshed. I would recommend the Eaves Quincy to anyone.

Living here is nice but what makes it really wonderful is having someone as nice professional and great as Filip.

As with any apartment complex, the management office has the ability to completely make or break the experience of living here - and they are AWESOME! We lived here previously then chose to move back based on the management team alone; they do not miss a beat, they always seem to be friendly and happy to help and accommodate, and the move-in process is very streamlined and well-coordinated. In terms of the actual property, the building (common area) is always very clean (which counts for a lot), the grounds are well-maintained and the landscaping is thoughtfully mapped out. There is plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. Our 1 bedroom apartment is an average size with typical amenities but the floor plan makes the most of the square footage and it was absolutely spotless when we got the keys (a crucial point to mention during COVID-19 times). But again, the people who work here are what sets the complex a notch higher than the competition; if you want management personnel who will pick up the phone, remember your name, and go way above and beyond to make sure youre happy here - look no further!

Move here since mid June of 2020, not a bad place to live the worst part is that you will ending up paying someone else water and sewer bill here. The reason I said that because we only have two people living in the apartment and which we don’t use water much plus there are no washer and dryer machine in unit but our water bill said that we used 1800 gallons of water the first month in July and over 3000 gallons for the second month in August We have already told the apartment leasing office about the situation and they already send someone to take a look in my apartment to see if there any water leaks in July but there are no leaks, so they take a look at the water meter and they told me that the meter is running even I’m not using any water. Since now the water bill is getting higher and higher and look like they haven’t have that situation fix. Too bad my lease just started for three months and still have nine months to go, planning to move already.

This is one the best community to rent, stayed here with family for almost 2 years and experience was amazing. Leasing team and maintenance staff are so wonderful and very responsible. The Apartment was very well maintain in Hallways, Gym etc... One more thing, I liked most was occasional parties arranged by the management. I would definitely, recommend this apartment.

I moved in Eaves Quincy in Feb. 2020. As much as I enjoyed the facility, the highly responsive staff and maintenance team, the noise issue makes everything a struggle. I have been disturbed by the tenant both above and below my apartment countless times and woken up by parties, dog running around and scratching noise in the middle of the night. The walls are not soundproof at all and any noise made by people living above you is very audible especially during evening. Besides, the tenant living above me even let his/her dog pee on the balcony and the urine dripped onto my balcony, creating a mess and an extremely unpleasant smell.Everything else about the apartment is great, except that its pure luck whether your neighbors are decent people. If you are a light sleeper and want to move in, I would encourage you to figure out if people living above you own a pet before you make a decision.

It’s a fantastic community with outstanding amenities. I have never seen a more helping staff in any community than here. Maintenance requests are addressed at the earliest. Me and my wife have been staying here for close to 3 years and I must say that they genuinely care for their residents by doing the best for residents.

The maintenance crew at Eaves Quincy is the absolute best! My husband accidentally dropped my set of keys down the elevator shaft. The staff immediately got to work and achieved we thought would be impossible! i now have my keys back!! i am so incredibly grateful for their dedication to the work that they do here. I and my wife are living in Eaves Quincy from almost a year!Its truly a great community. A very friendly lease office Staff. Peter and Darlene, are so warm, welcoming and friendly.The grounds are well kept, the gym is convenient and the pool is perfect in the summer. Excellent customer service. They collect all Deliveries and if needed, move to right in your apartment.The maintenance team is prompt and efficient as well as hard working. They do REALLY good job!I95-I93 are close by and lots of convenience shops are in the area. Also, community offers Shuttle service to nearest train station which is also a plus point to live here.In a whole, I would recommend Eaves Quincy as a home to anyone! The staff at eaves is so accommodating, you can tell they pay attention to every little detail to make you feel welcomed.I came a month before signing the lease to tour the place. During move-in day, I walked into the office and Maria remembered who I was without me saying anything - management please give her a raise!I’ve lived in many poorly run apartment complexes (mostly in chinatown) and I have to say Eaves Quincy blows them all out of the water.

Eaves Quincy is an excellent place to live! The floor plans are spacious and you can’t beat the amenities – pool, gym, laundry in building, Amazon lockers for packages, quick maintenance services and pet friendly! On top of this, the staff at Eaves is amazing. Everyone from the office staff to the maintenance team are so friendly…they really make you feel like you are a part of a community (and organize lots of fun community events!). I want to give a special shout out to Darlene, who has been so helpful and kind over my 5+ years of living here. I would highly recommend Eaves Quincy as your next place to live!

We have been staying here very long, very good community. Super responsive staff. Darlene, Alayna at leasing office are very helpful, super responsive and do listen to your concerns and answer them the right way. Maintenance staff is super awesome, very fast in response. Armando, Briz, Scott, etc., all of them are very good in fixing your problems at your apartment unit. I would definitely recommend this community.

The spaces are clean/comfortable, the leasing office is helpful, and the maintenance staff are very attentive to any issues. The online system to submit requests (fix a clogged drain, etc.) is straightforward and the staff are always very timely. They have a basic gym and pool, and the shuttle to Quincy Adams station is always on time and very useful!

Our family, my husband and two little dogs, just love our home here. Many things make this our home rather than our apartment. First and foremost the entire staff are amazing and accommodating. We have had no issues whatsoever with our apartment. Everything is as described. The central air has been a godsend during this very hot summer. The views are lovely. I am constantly amazed at just how quiet it is and how friendly and helpful our neighbors are. The rooms are bright and cheerful and having the balconies (2) makes it so cheerful; pleasant to decorate for the different seasons.We are very thankful for finding our home here and we are blessed with a wonderful staff especially Ashley Callahan who assisted so much in making our move painless and stress free.

I recently moved to the place and I love it. The staff is very helpful. The maintenance people are really good, they installed some extra stuff we wanted without question.Ashley and Scott in particular has been great to us!There is a shuttle service that goes to Quincy Adams too. I wish if they could add Quincy center...Other than that Ive had a hassle free, no issue stay !! Just the way anyone would want from their apartment management :)Update: Lived here for 2 years...signing for a 3rd.2021 update : Filip is a magician, he came in to fix a water leakage and noticed something I was trying for our home decor. He quickly came up with a solution and helped me out. He even followed up to check if it worked fine. Thank you for everything ☺️

I have lived here for 12 years it is a great place to live . The staff are very professional & friendly they go above & beyond the call of duty whether it is the front office or the maintenance crew they keep this place running like a well oiled machine I got to know the staff by name there two ladies in the front office Elanea & Darlene no matter what the problem is they fix it I am handicap they always help me out I feel like they are family I feel truly blessed. There are a a+ maintenance workers they are on top of everything & very helpful weather it is something that needs fixing or they see me carrying something out of my car they always offer help this place is a hidden gem

I loved calling this place home for 2 years. The staff was exceptional and concerns were always addressed in a friendly and timely manner. Darlene helped me sign my lease at the beginning of my time here, and she was my go to for many things throughout my time here, and helped make life so much easier. This is a perfect community for families, singles, those with pets. Conveniently located and the staff really cares about the residents.

Ive been living at eaves for about 7 months and love it here. The staff and maintenance are friendly, responsive, and helpful. The Amazon lockers are a nice addition that provide us with a sense of security when we order anything from Amazon. Additionally, Starmarket and Rite Aid are less than a minute drive which is incredibly convenient, and I-93 is very close which shortens our drives.

The experience is so far great. Its peaceful and vibrant. Nice place to live with good safety and security. The maintenance requests were quickly fixed and everyone has been very friendly, close to Red line and schools. The only thing is that the shuttle bus service should extent to 290 quarry st, Overall its a nice place...

I have stayed in Eaves Quincy for almost 2 years and it was a very good experience. Location wise it is a prime location whether you work in Downtown or Quincy or some nearby places. Near to Red line, South Shore mall, shuttle service for red line, and the best part is about maintenance team which is just awesome. Living here for almost 2 years. Best community to live in Quincy area and surroundings. Everyone here at community office puts a lot of efforts to make your stay easy and best part is resolution of your issues which you encounter in your apartment. Bonus is they dont charge for any issue resolution and gets fixed on same day. I recommend this community to make your nest for peaceful life.

I like living here and call it my home. The management is always helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff are very competent, polite and and work hard to keep the building clean and running smoothly. Whenever I need them to do work in my apartment, I call and they respond quickly and handle the situation promptly. They are great guys.

Living at Eaves Quincy has been a great experience for me. The location is great and the community well kept. The staff is extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. The apartments are bright and cheerful. They also offer many amenities most other complexes do not.

Very good experience The staff was very attentive to repairs and concerns about apartment living. Also a great effort was made to keep tenets aware of fire alarm testing or general repairs to the structure. The pool area and staff were out standing the water was kept crystal clear and there was always a lifeguard during operating hours. Pete was great to work with made the leasing process a breeze many thanks.

I have lived here for the past couple years and have loved it! From the office to maintenance the whole staff will always go out of their way to help you. It is right near the train and highway so getting anywhere is very easy. The apartments are spacious with lots of closets. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

I am a long-time resident of Eaves Quincy and Ive had nothing but good experiences living here. The leasing office staff is professional and courteous. Also the maintenance staff is top notch fixing most emergency maintenance requests within a couple hours of calling it in. I would highly recommend living here to everyone.

Lived here for a couple years. Very nice building that was always well maintained, super friendly and responsive staff, plenty of parking space, convenient free shuttle to the nearby red line station, and surprisingly quiet in the apartments themselves. Great experience overall.

Overall, great place to live! The community is easily accessible to the MBTA (subway and commuter rails), expressway, grocery stores, shopping malls, and restaurants. The building has plenty of parking spots and is very safe. The maintenance and office staff are always very pleasant to speak with, respectable, and cater to our needs as best as they can. The office will hold your delivery packages and you can pick them up when you get a chance. Washer and dryers are available on every floor. The community offers grills, swimming pool, and fitness center.I really wish that the community shuttle would pick up residents at the West building. It would be nice to have a fitness center in the West building too. They have decided to make this community smoke-free, which is an added bonus! Dont miss the opportunity to live here, you wont regret it!

Great Experience. Professional and most of all very welcoming. The staff really seems to care about everyone. They knew peoples names as we walked to tour the facility and there are A LOT of people there so it was actually very surprising.

Amazing and helpful office and maintenance staff, very responsive to tenants needs (especially Peter and Shawn). Friendly neighbors as well. One fantastic feature is the soundproof walls, wont be hearing a sound!! Located in a great neighborhood with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the eaves shuttle bus which drives to Quincy center. Great place to live!

Ive only been a resident for 2 weeks but so far so good. Its family friendly, clean and quiet during the day and night. I and my family are very secure here. Looking forward to more great experiences here and enjoy the dry cleaning service as well as the timely and complimentary service.

I have enjoyed living at eaves in Quincy, MA for the past 5+ years. The office management team, i.e., Darlene and Pete are awesome. They are always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Sean and the maintenance team are professional and friendly. Their work is quality; and they are always professional and helpful.

Everything about this place is amazing except for the fact that my room has HORRIBLE service and all my calls get dropped, and my text messages barley ever go through. This is inconvenient when I get an important phone call. I also dont like the fact that you have to pay to wash your clothes my last apparent had washers and dryers in the rooms. Other than that they allow pets which is great, its quiet, the pool is awesome, I love the fact that the gym is free and never crowded and everything is within a 15min drive.

The staff here (both office and maintenance) are fantastic. Polite, friendly, attentive, always there to help. Sean has been nothing but great when it comes to helping us out! Were been here for a little over a year now and we couldnt be happier. Location is great both for getting around Quincy and getting in to Boston. Cant wait to renew for another year!!

My husband and I have lived at Eaves for about 3 and half years now. I must say that the greatest part about this apartment is the maintenance team. Anytime we have had an issue with our apartment maintenance has handled it quickly every single time with a smile on their face. They go above and beyond in making sure the maintenance requests that you put in are handled the very next day or sometimes even the same day.I have never had a bad experience with the office either. Anytime I need to go to the office they are very friendly and always help as best they can.If I had to be picky it would be nice to have a small dog area that we can let them off leash to play with the other dogs in the building; especially since we live on a busy street. Putting in the pet program was a great addition mainly because I think more people are cleaning up after their pets and the property looks great.Be prepared for lease renewal because the rate the apartments go up each year are high. Otherwise I would absolutely recommend Eaves to anyone.

I have lived here for two years and have had a wonderful experience. The management is quick to reply to any concern, and seems to be always available. Any time I entered a maintenance request via the website we had someone come within hours to take a look. They offer tons of services you can pay a nominal extra fee for to make your life easier like dry cleaning drop offs, furniture removal, cleaning etc. They even let you reserve a private elevator, dollys any everything else you need to move in for free. Their events such as ice cream truck events, dog parties and halloween parties bring everyone together as community. I could not speak more highly of Darlene (supervisor), Bill (amazing free shuttle bus driver) and the rest of the staff here!

I have been happy to call Eaves Quincy my home since March of 2014. I have lived in several apartment buildings over the years and have never felt as comfortable and at home as I have in this apartment community. All the staff are super friendly, warm and caring and are always eager to help. The maintenance staff fulfill all my work order requests promptly and efficiently and always with good humor. The facilities and common areas are always well-maintained and kept extremely clean. To show their appreciation for their residents the management staff schedule special events throughout the year and during holiday times. There is even a shuttle bus that goes to Quincy Center several times a day on weekdays. If youre looking for a clean, quiet, and comfortable place to call home that has all the amenities you need, Eaves Quincy is the place to be!

We have lived at Eaves Quincy for over a year now. This was only the 2nd apartment we looked at and once we went on the tour, we knew we wouldnt have to look any further.The buildings and landscaping are very well-kept. After we were there for just a few months, the hallway carpets were replaced and all the front doors repainted. There is a great outdoor pool and a fitness center on the bottom floor at 150 Quarry St. Its awesome to have a gym right in the building!The maintenance team is great and always ready to help out. We had a few broken vertical blinds on our sliding door (my fault) which were fixed the very same day. After one year, we got to have our carpet cleaned. When the first snowflake hit the ground last winter, they were already clearing the parking lot. It is a pet-friendly community, and they even feed our cat if we go away, so we always have peace of mind that she is well-cared for. Everyone in the office is awesome and helpful with any questions we have, or holding our packages so they are safe.Quarry St. is a great location. It is an easy walking distance to the Quincy Center T station, as well as a huge variety of shops and restaurants downtown. The proximity to the highway is hugely convenient too, although it is still in a quiet, residential neighborhood.I would recommend Eaves Quincy to anyone! We have no complaints. We already signed on for another two years and Im glad we can call it our home.

My home for 6+years. I have seen the transition from Avalon to eaves, and also change in staff. Its a well maintained and managed community. Wouldnt have left if it were not for the circustances.Staff: friendly and very helpful. They communicate well, handle packages well- even drop it at your apartment if you prefer. Service requests are handled promptly during business hours.Special shout-out to Sean and Pete who have been very helpful.Every year you renew the lease your apartment gets a free tune up, and a carpet clean (for the ones that have it)During SNOW the community is well salted and the snow removed on time.Complaints: zilchI dont write much reviews, but this one i had thought of doing a while ago... but it just kept pushing to the next date ...Keep up the awesome work.Kudos to the management.

Eaves Quincy is a home to me, I have been here for 11 years in the west building I love my apartment with the beautiful view from my balcony. The place is amazing and the apartments are very quiet they keep the ground very beautiful and also they keep it very clean inside the building and outside, And always they keep up with changing the carpet and painting in the hallways. They have great amenities at eaves Quincy the gym, nice pool very clean and great atmosphere with nice neighbors. It’s very close to 93 and 95 north and south and very close to the train station.The leasing office staff are so wonderful, helpful, caring and very pleasant specially Darlene she go out of her way to help you.I would like to comment the maintenance crew for their tremendous help to me during the recent renovations to my apartment. Armando, Briss, Philip and Scott, the team is so dedicated to the tenants and they respond to any issues within an hour or so. I am so grateful to be living in a place where tenants are so valued and so well take care for.I especially want to thank Briss for the wonderful help he personally gave me during the renovations. I am an Amputee on my right leg and it limited my movements. Briss moved my furniture, brought me bins to pack my belongings, move the bins and then move them back into my apartment. He was so responsive to all my needs and I could not have done this without his help. He truly is a huge asset to the maintenance department at Eaves.I also want to thank Philip for all his assistant. He did an incredible job installing my new appliances and he did it so professionally, and always with a smile on his face I am so appreciated of his help.I love living in this apartment. I live here and among other things maintenance people are awesome. For example today my car run out of battery and Sean Fennelly from maintenance went out of his way to help me at 530, he was about to leave but stayed a little longer to help me. Great service !

Safe neighborhood and great location. A very friendly lease office. They collect all Deliveries and if needed, move to right in your apartment. The Support staff is very prompt and resolve your queries within a day. Lease office remind us every important date before going to close. Shuttle service is also a plus point to live here. All in all its good place to live with in nature friendly environment.

Maintenance absolutely takes care of everything youd ever need to reasonably ask for, and the rent is incredible for the amenities available, especially if pets are a requirement when looking for an apartment

Great place to live! Ideally located with quick access to the major highways. So close to Boston with all it offers yet also close to major attractions on the South Shore.The office staff are welcoming, helpful and responsive. The maintenance staff keep the place in tip top condition at all times and are always prompt in making needed repairs whenever needed. This place feels like home. Just today, I had a disaster and they quickly came to fix the problem! I cant say enough good things about how great the maintenance staff is and how that plays a major role in deciding to renew every year. Its an easy decision; Eaves Quincy is home!

We are getting ready to sign our 6th lease here in January and love the people here. Just recently i needed a couple of things done from maintenance and was so pleased with the work. I asked Sean how long it would take and he said he would be right up. 10 minutes later he was done. SEAN YOU ARE THE. BEST!!!! You are alwys there when needed....thanks!!!

We have been living at the 150 building for about 3 years now, and love to call Eaves our home. The whole staff team are amazing, they always respond to any of our problems/maint. request promply and ensure that we are safe and well taking care of. Darlene and Pete are the Best!!

Great residential environment

We moved to the Eaves in Quincy knowing it would be short term until we bought a home. We have lived here for a year and cannot express how satisfied we were with The Leasing Office Staff. Darlene and Pete are exceptional. They addressed every concern and need we had immediately without hesitation.The Maintenance staff are truly remarkable. Ive only been a resident for about 2 weeks, but so far so good. We had a problem with our lock the first night (of course my luck) and it was handled immediately by maintence who knew exactly what needed to be done.The property is clean and quiet during the day and night. I have not grilled or went swimming yet, but having all this right outside is great and also looks clean and well maintained. Parking is easy and plentiful.Office staff is extremely friendly and never makes you feel like you are bothering them..So far, loving it.

I live here more than a year, so I am very happy I chose Eaves to live,best place to live with kids and pets, the staff is very helpful and do different activities for kids, thank you so much, I hope I will stay for a couple of years

Way tooo expensive.

Ive lived here for almost five years, and love it. I have no plans to move, as the apartment is spacious and well laid out, allows dogs in a sensible manner, and has the most helpful and wonderful staff. It is amazing how nice these people are. As a matter of course, they collect and secure the packages I have delivered, and if they are too huge for me, they bring them to my apartment. If something in my home breaks, they are on it and arrive within minutes of my sending an email.We have all the amenities I could want and more.We have beautiful grounds which are tended to at least once a week, and snow is removed as it falls. Even a few years ago when we had tons and tons of snow, the walks were cleared as the snow fell. It was amazing. We have a beautiful gym, which I should use more often, storage areas and garages available for an additional sum, and public transportation stops right at the dnriveway. I once asked about a bench at the back door, wouldnt have to stand and wait when I went out, and one magically appeared. Not that I make many requests, but that one truly impressed me.Safety is taken vey seriously here. There is no list of tenants and apartment numbers at the doorbell, the staff wont tell anyone you live here, either. (within reason) Even your mailbox is anonymous to everyone but the mail delivery person. We have electronic door locks on our apartment doors, so that I feel secure knowing that a previous tenant hasnt distributed door keys to everyone he knows. Obviously there are more amenities, but these are the ones which are most important to me.I know this is long, but if you are looking for a place to live you should know all of this information. Im very happy living here, and if you think that safety and comfort are important, youll be happy, too.

Renter beware. Problems with no hot water during cold weather, rental agent will lie about elevator noise, and they will ignore maintenance problems for months on end. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: I submitted 7 maintenance requests in the last 3 months that I lived there. I received ZERO response, and the problems were never resolved. In fact, the person who wrote this response didnt bother to respond to my direct email to the person. But they wrote this here so that people would think they might. Dont buy it.

Scott went above and beyond for me when I needed help the most. The package delivery serice is second to none however; my package was mistakenly left downstairs by the mail boxes & Scott went and found it, opened it for me & also locked my door as he left. It is by far the best apartment I ever lived. The apartment is very clean, and maintenance team response within few hours once requested online. Pete and Darlene of leasing office are very nice and always ready for help. It is very close to I93, so you can go to AMC braintree, south shore plaza in less than 10min drive, going to downtown takes like 18 min at night. If you like Asian food, the biggest Chinese supermarket around Boston area Kamman is around 5 min drive. The apartment is very quiet, and get almost everything that a modern apartment have. And lots of parking space, dont need to worry you friends wont get parking space if they want to visit you. Highly recommend.

Nice apartments, quiet, and great location. There are grocery stores and restaurants less than 5 min drive.
