Our stay at Quarry Hills Apartments was great. My wife and I have stay at a few different apartments, and our experience at Quarry Hills was the best. Christine and Barbra were amazing. In the rare times things needed to be fixed, their team was there promptly and were extremely polite. I always enjoyed and felt safe walking around the grounds and my packages were always organized and ready to pick up in the office when delivered. I couldnt have asked for anymore. Thanks again Christine and Barbra for the great experience!

Loved living here. Nice neighbors and lots of dog lovers. Great apartment layout, awesome community managers, prompt maintenance, and a pretty little community to walk around in. Also, the nearness to Blue Hills and Granite Links is unmatched!

I have lived at Quarry Hills for over 4 years now.I think that some people view the apartments as a temporary stopping point between houses or other points of destination. I think it is the perfect place to live forever! It is convenient and spacious with great views into the city. They have a caring staff that responds quickly to my every need. What more could you ask for?I would never want to leave it! When the weather warms and the pool opens, it adds another dimension to the property too! You can even grill right there.It is truly HOME!

Quarry Hills apartments are the most wonderful apartments Ive ever seen. My husband and I went for a tour and we fell in love with it right away The place is really nice and clean and quiet. The leasing manager ( Christine) is wonderful, kind and patient. She answered all the questions we had and she made us feel comfortable. I love it there!

Poor, just poor overall.Its a glass house. Everything looks great for presentation but not sufficient amenities or the bare minimum.Overwhelming how poor management takes care of issues, with many lasting weeks before beginning to be resolved.Boston is a challenge to find an apartment but dont come here. Anything is better than here. Dont find out on your own, captain hindsight here letting you know before its too late.

Living in Quarry Hills Apartments has been a great experience. Our young family moved in about two weeks ago. The staffs were extremely helpful and made it feel like home for us. The apartment is spacious and well designed. It has certainly been a great experience and we would highly recommend anyone.

We have enjoyed our time at Quarry Hills. The location is excellent. The staff is responsive and helpful and maintenance is quick to respond to any issues. The apartment is spacious and attractive and quiet. The community itself is well kept and being a gated one satisfies our safety concerns. No complaints.

Quarry Hills Apartments makes living easy! Big walk in closets, good size rooms, a great gym and clubhouse with a pool that makes it feel like a resort. The staff is very accommodating and so helpful - I would stop in the office with my dog just to visit - my dog got very spoiled with all the attention and treats (she just loves Auntie Barbara!. They have lovely events several times a year and it feels very safe. I thought we would be there about 1-2 years and it ended up going over 7!

Starting a new job is stressful, but moving from the West Coast to the East Coast doubles your stress level. I am so thankful Quarry Hills was just like the pictures and described on the internet. My experience with setting up a tour, leasing process and moving in was seamless. All my questions were answered before I could ask. Barbara from the leasing office is fabulous. If you are looking for a new home, you should check out Quarry Hills Im glad I did.

We lived at Quarry Hills for 3 1/2 years. Great facilities and wonderful staff. Any service requests were promptly taken care of with a smile. Having lived in a beautiful home near the ocean for 17 years, i wanted my next place to feel like home. At Quarry Hills, you have these spatious luxury apartments with big windows, lots of light and all the comforts of home. In addition, the service and attention to each tenants needs are remarkable!!!

We had an apartment for two years at Quarry Hills that we used seasonally. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests were always completed quickly. The apartments are very well maintained and comfortable.

All of the staff at Quarry Hills have been welcoming and supportive, as have the residents. Its kind of like moving into a little village--everyone is eager to meet us and help us out with anything! I love the feel of the apartment. After visiting some of the high rises in the city, surrounded with concrete and blacktop, the noise of the traffic, and sirens--this is like living in the countryside. Its actually completely quiet at night and you can open your window! Im very happy to have found this oasis of calm. It is home!

I moved in September and have had a wonderful experience so far. The community is beautiful and the staff and friendly and helpful.

Great experience for a year and a half until move out. Was notified that our lease ended on the 1st and they charged us for 1 days rent. They should have disclosed this at signing. Poor customer service at the end of a good relationship. Ask a lot of questions, or fees etc will haunt you at move out.

We have been so pleased here. The staff is fantastic and the grounds are beautiful. When we have service requests, they are taken care of immediately! It is great community.

I have been living at Quarry Hills for almost year and overall it has been a great place to live.The Office and Maintenance Staff are great and always helpful and friendly. The complex is clean and quiet, and most of the residents are very friendly. Though, if youre right of college and looking for a place that has a huge party scene, this probably isnt the place for you. Most of the residents are older and past their years of constant partying .The pool and fitness center are great and both are well maintained. The only complaint I have (more of a pet peeve) is that I wish everyone who used the fitness center would re-rack the weights. Quarry Hills is a great place to live and I plan on renewing my lease when its up.

We absolutely love living at Quarry Hills! The apartments are spacious and the location is perfect. We moved in a few months ago and have nothing but good things to say about the community & the staff!

Just a month into my lease and it feels like home! This is an amazing community with an amazing staff - leasing to maintenance. Ive moved 19 times over the course of my life. This has been one of the easiest transitions. A perfect setting, beautiful apartments and all so close to Boston without any of the hassles that Boston can so often have! Dont miss the chance to live here if you are looking for the perfect place!

Ive been a resident for 5 yrs and really love living here! The community is outstanding and located in a quiet setting overlooking the scenic golf course. Great facilities and wonderful staff!

As a member of the Leasing Team and current resident of 7 years, I cant say enough about this community! The apartments are beautiful and I have a garage!!!The views are amazing, you can walk to the Tavern and everyone you lives here is very friendly and professional. I do hope I can live here for many more years...
